Podłogę powycierano w pokoju chyba raz na przestrzeni tygodnia, o mydło trzeba było poprosić. A fakt wydawania jednej karty do pokoju to już totalne nieporozumienie ze jadąc na wakacje do 2 osoby jedna jest więźniem drugiej.

Hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5*, europejskie to raczej 3*. Pokoje jak i cały obiekt wymagają odświeżenia i renowacji. Deszczownica nie działała i nie została naprawiona mimo zgłoszenia na recepcji, to samo z drzwiami suwanymi w szafie. Windy nie działają lub działaja bardzo wolno, brak w nich klimatyzacji. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma, a jeszcze milsza gdy się daje napiwki ;) jedzenie bardzo monotonne, mały wybór w porównaniu z innymi hotelami 5*. Lody dostępne tylko w jednym miejscu między 15 a 17. Napoje tylko z dystrybutora, zarówno gazowane jak i owocowe. świeże soki za dodatkową opłatą. Przy plaży zarówno lody jak i świeże soki dodatkowo płatne. Basen przepełniony, leżaki "rezerwowane" już w nocy i czasem nieużywane przez cały dzień. Animacje dość słabe jak na 5* hotel.

Mało miejsca na leżaki o które jest nieustanna walka .Przeciętne jedzenie bez smaku i codziennie dyzurne te same potrawy.Ludzie którzy piszą że jest pyszne chyba wcześniej nigdzie nie byli a zwłaszcza w Turcji. Plaża i morze rewelacyjne ale wiadomo że ten region słynie z plaż.Napoje nie do picia .Robione z koncentratów w takich proporcjach że smakują jak sam cukier.Po kolacji stoły są zastawione pełnymi szklankami"pepsi" .Co mądrzejsi przynoszą z pokoju puszki z minibaru albo piją najlepiej wodę.Na plus dobre lody 2 godziny w ciągu dnia oraz Ayran.Reszta przeciętniactwo i za niewielkie pieniądze można jechać.Ja niestety nie pojechałem za niewielkie bo to sierpień .Kelnerzy nie znają słowa po angielski(dominuje niemiecki). Na słowo water kelner a kolacji przyniósł wódkę (ochydną zresztą). Ciepła woda w basenach ale ścisk niemiłosierny o pływaniu nie ma mowy bo baseny na taką ilość ludzi są wręcz mikroskopijne..Nie ma żadnych ratowników więc np dzieci skaczą z pomostu nad basenem do wody.

Pokoje o "podwyższonym standardzie" za dopłatą znajdują się od strony hałaśliwego basenu, na którym do północy gra muzyka. Pokoje niewyciszone. Za to ładny nocny widok na podświetloną okolicę. Posiłki różnorodne i w dużej ilości. Niektóre posiłki zimne bo przy tej ilości gości przygotowywane dużo wcześniej. Obsługa się stara lecz jak przyjdzie się w późniejszej godzinie to brakuje miejsca i talerzy. Tłok na basenie i od rana zajmowane miejsca. Przewyższająca liczba gości to Niemcy i Rosjanie.

W hotelu byliśmy 2gi raz. Pierwszy raz 12 lat temu kiedy hotel był nowo otwarty i byliśmy zachwyceni dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na niego ze względu na sentyment. No i niestety przeżyliśmy (...)
W hotelu byliśmy 2gi raz. Pierwszy raz 12 lat temu kiedy hotel był nowo otwarty i byliśmy zachwyceni dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na niego ze względu na sentyment. No i niestety przeżyliśmy ogromne rozczarowanie i to już pierwszego dnia. Trafiliśmy do pokoju, który miał widok na sąsiadujący hotel, łazienka, firanki brudne. Mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój rodzinny na miejscu okazało się że są lepsze pokoje z widokiem na basen i zjeżdżalnie za który ostatecznie dopłaciliśmy 105€ bo codziennie wstawanie i patrzenie na inny hotel okno w okno by nas dołował. Łazienki jak i cały hotel potrzebują, wręcz błagają o remont. Mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że od 12 lat niewiele się tam zmieniło. Może jedynie kanapy w holu i armatura w łazienkach. Mnóstwo niemieckich Turków, którzy palą fajki gdzie popadnie, jedynie nie na stołówce i holu . Polaków lokują w tym gorszym budynku z widokiem na ten hotel obok. Animacje w języku Niemieckim. My już tam nie wrócimy. Na plus jedzenie, baseny, plaża i to wszystko. Wiemy, że Turcy z Niemiec za ten sam hotel płacą mniej niż ludzie z Polski.

Ilość warzyw i surówek zadowalająca. Jedzenie urozmaicone. Bardzo duży wybór. Czasami brak opisów potraw (dodatków) był utrudnieniem.

Hotel napewno nie na 5* ale całkiem przyjemny, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, w hotelu jak i przy basenach czysto, jedzenia bardzo duży wybór, ale często zimne i przesuszone (wszystko w bemarach, więc nie ma się co dziwić) brakowało menu dla dzieci, blisko do plaży a i tak jeździł co chwilę busik hotelowy, duży minus za bar 24h zamiast w lobby, otwarty był przy basenie. Za mało leżaków przy basenach w stosunku do ilości gości, za to na plaży było bardzo dużo, plaża super.

Na korytarzu spaceruja mrowki Teoretycznie dwa baseny jeden ze zjeżdżalniami plus brodziki z bardzo ograniczonym dostępem do leżaków. Leżaki oczywiście są ale nie ma ich gdzie postawić.Basen kryty bez wody .Plaża brudna ale leżaki dostępne o każdej porze. Wyżywienie roznorodne Absolutnie nie jest to standard 5*
