W dniu 07.10 . przyjechaliśmy do hotelu, pokój który otrzymaliśmy! załamka. Dostaliśmy trzy osobowy pokój na poziomie -1 z pięknym widokiem na budynek w surowym stanie i piękny hałas wentylatorów , wychodzących z kuchni, oprócz tego nie miły unoszący zapach w pokoju i łazience. Po interwencji mojej, na drugi dzień dostaliśmy normalny pokój, taki jak zawierała umowa czyli dwuosobowy. Dzwoniłam w tej sprawie do naszej rezydentki, twierdziła, że zna te pokoje i uważa, że są ok. Żadnej pomocy !!!

Hotel, dobra lokalizacja jeśli ktoś nie chce mieć sprzedawców zaraz po wyjściu z Hotelu. Ciekawa restauracja w odległości około 10 min pieszo. Sprzątanie pokoi ogranicza się do wymiany ręczników, opróżnienia koszy na śmieci. Wyżywienie OK. Maruderzy zawsze znajdą coś do czego można się przyczepić. Dla mnie OK. Zawsze można znaleźć coś dla siebie. Grill na klacie wysmienity. Pokoje - uwaga duży hałas od ulicy. Dodam, wyjazd październik - końcówka sezonu.

Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji było smaczne, różnorodne, a bufet oferował wiele opcji do wyboru. Warto również podkreślić, że dania były świeże, a atmosfera w restauracji była przyjemna. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Hotelowa plaża była czysta, dobrze utrzymana i niezatłoczona, co pozwalało w pełni się zrelaksować. Leżaki zawsze były dostępne, a widoki z plaży były wspaniałe. Podsumowując, hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania i spędziliśmy tam wspaniałe wakacje.

Ja pytam z jakich i czy to na pew o ten sam hotel bodrinki z najtańszych tureckich alkoholu zrobione dosłownie na odwal się to nie jest szczyt marzeń na ultraall. nawet jak barmani dostali napiwek to drinki byly słabe, czasem nawet w mohito nie było cukru co jest podstawą... Początek i czystość? Zart. Sprzataniw polega na wymianie ręczników i papieru. Woda śmierdzi szczególnie ciepła. Ogólnie w łazience okropny smród. Cena nie keat adekwatna do jakości i czujemy się w pewnien sposób oszukani kiedy mówiono nam że jwst to super hotel.

Hotel ciekawy architektonicznie, nowoczesny, z dużym lobby. Pokój przestronny, atrakcyjnie zaaranżowany, wygodne łóżka, sprawna klimatyzacja, ładna łazienka, wystarczająco miejsca do przechowywania; sprzątany codziennie z wymianą ręczników. Napoje w minibarze uzupełniane codziennie. Balkon duży, przydatna suszarka na kostiumy kąpielowe na ścianie. Dobrze wyciszony pokój -nie słychać hałasu z zewnątrz i innych gości hotelowych. Zadbany zielony teren wokół hotelu, duży basen, dużo leżaków nad basenem i na plaży nad morzem. Plaża kamienista, krótki odcinek z płytką wodą, raczej nie dla małych dzieci. Jedzenie i picie dostępne w wielu miejscach. Sprawne sprzątanie terenu, okolic leżaków, barów i restauracji. Odpowiadające mi jedzenie.

Sam hotel bardzo ładny i nowoczesny, jednak problemem jest poziom czystości w pokojach. Zdarzyła nam się pleśń w łazience oraz sam pokój wygląda jakby był tylko powierzchownie sprzątany. Problemem jest to, że sam hotel znajduje się około 30km od Side i podobnie od Alanya, przez co nie ma co robić poza hotelem. Na plus jest to, że jest położony przy samej plaży przez co można się udać z basenu hotelowego na plażę w 5min. Ogólne odczucia się pozytywne, duży wybór jedzenia, ładny i spory basen oraz praktycznie ciągły dostęp do napojów oraz jedzenia ze względu na przystępne godziny otwarcia barów i restauracji. Na minus właśnie ten poziom czystości i lokalizacja hotelu, jeżeli ktoś lubi wyjść wieczorem do miasta.

Mogę z całą stanowczością zaświadczyć, że jakość hotelu była na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel nie odbiegał od oferty i zdjęć ujętych przez biuro Itaka. Czystość w pokojach hotelowych beż zarzutu! Wyżywienie urozmaicone i smaczne, Co do plaży i jej oceny to jedyny mankament - kamienie! Niestety należy koniecznie zaopatrzyć się w buty do wody!

Byłem już w tym hotelu rok temu. Byłem zachwycony, dlatego też i wybrałem się w tym roku, zabierając przy tym całą rodzinę. Niestety jednak się zawiodłem. Jedzenie w restauracji głównej strasznie się pogorszyło- makaron rozgotowany, mięso twarde, potrawy niedoprawione. Cały wyjazd bazowałem na frytkach bo to akurat się nie popsuło. Potraw, które w tamtym roku mnie urzekły już nie było i nie mówię tutaj o niczym wykwintnym - nie było lazanii, krążków cebulowych, kuleczek ziemniaczanych. Pokoje w tym roku bardzo słabo sprzątane, piasek na podłodze towarzyszył nam od początku do końca pobytu nawet pomimo zostawiania napiwków. Część kelnerów nieuprzejma - często zamawiając moqito dostawałem wódkę z Sprite. No i to boisko od siatkówki - możnaby się pozbyć kamieni chociaż na tym niewielkim obszarze. Jedyny plus w tym roku to animatorzy - wszystko rozgrywało się o zaplanowanych godzinach i dobrze zabawiali ludzi. Wi-Fi w tamtym roku dostępne nawet na plaży - w tym roku na plaży Wi-Fi już zabrakło. Hotelu w tym roku zdecydowanie nie polecam. Coraz więcej stoisk płatnych z przekąskami - popcorn, drinki bezalkoholowe, zapiekane chipsy - nie rozumiem w takim razie formuły ultra all inclusive - zawiodłem się i jestem w szoku jak mocno można popsuć się w przeciągu roku.
