Personel hotelu niesympatyczny. Brak kontaktu wzrokowego , brak powitań typu Good morning , Thank you - dosłownie nic. Wczasowicze traktowani jak powietrze, z wyjatkiem modych kobiet , które sa adorowane głównie przez animatorów i kelnerów. Kelnerzy to jedna porażka. Ich obsługa ogranicza się do zabrania talerzy , natychmiast po ostatnim kęsie jedzenia. Prośby o podanie przysługujących napojów all inclusive do posiłków trzeba powtarzać wielokrotnie.Ogólny brak znajomości angielskiego , część personelu zna dobrze rosyjski. Posiłki - sniadanie , obiad i kolacja - ten sam nudny zestaw , bezsmakowy. Ilościowo ile kto chce , kilkadziesiąt pojemników z posiłkami - smakowo bardzo marne. Posiłki właściwie dla wegetarian. Jedzenia za dużo ale kiepskiej jakości. Owoce , melony i arbuzy niedojrzłe . Właśnie wróciłem ze zwykłego targu pod Piadecznem. Mistrzostwo świata w porównaniu z Turcją i ofertą hotelu IMBAT. Plaża za mała na taką ilość pokoji i wczasowiczów . O łóżka przy basenie i na plaży walka rozpoczyna się na długo przed sniadaniem. Animatorzy trochę beszczelni , produkują głównie duże ilości debilnej muzyki. Im głośniej tym lepiej - do sniadania , do obiadu , do kolacji , w windzie i na plaży. Trochę to wyglada jak kolonia karna w celu wysłuchania setki godzin łupu-cupu. Rozmawiałem z dużą grupą polskich uczestników.Opinie podobne , tylko jeczcze ostrzejsze. Niemcy , Anglicy i Holendrzy potwierdzali nasze spostrzeżenia. Tak naprawdę to atutem tego hotelu jest pogoda ( jeżeli nie wieje północny wiatr Meltemi ? ) i wyjazdy do Efezu , Pamukkale , Prienie , Mitetu , Didime i innych. Żałowałem że nie zabrałem ze sobą kilku puszek szynki konserwowej i żółtego sera. W zeszłym 2012 roku byłem z ITAKĄ w Oludeniz. Oludeniz - Blue Lagoon świetne - IMBAT hotel Kusadasi - duża lipa. Namawiam do wycofania tego hotelu z oferty ITAKI. Pozdrawiam.

Hotel IMBAT w Kusadasi, mimo że położony w mieście, jest dobrze izolowany od niego dzięki posadowieniu na wysokim klifie wcinającym się w zatokę, posiada własną, piaszczystą plażę z łagodnym wejściem do czystego morza oraz dużo platform do opalania wokół basenu, na pomoście wybiegającym w morze jak i u podnóża głównego budynku. Z tych względów godny jest polecenia jako basa wypadowa dla osób interesujących się zwiedzeniem położonych w pobliżu zabytków Efezu, Priene, Miletu i Didymy. Niestety poziom wyżywienia jest jakościowo fatalny, dotyczy to ciepłych dań obiadowych i kolacyjnych, źle przyprawionych o zbliżonej teksturze i smaku niezależnie od użytych produktów, często przygotowywanych z pozostałości z dnia poprzedniego. Na pytanie skierowane do szefa sali restauracyjnej dlaczego jedzenie jest tak fatalne, odpowiedź brzmiała 'bo państwo zbyt mało płacicie' (??). Obsługa kelnerska także prymitywna, a personel recepcji bardzo mało komunikatywny. Gdyby te elementy uległy wyraźnej poprawie, hotel mógłby być polecany na dłuższy niż tygodniowy pobyt.

Wakacje w hotelu Imbat spędziłem wraz z dziewczyną i była to nasza pierwsza wizyta w Turcji. Hotel położony bardzo blisko centrum Kusadasi (około 5 minut jazdy lokalnym busikiem), które tętni życiem praktycznie całą dobę. Na terenie hotelu jest dużo zieleni, mnóstwo kolorowych kwiatów, piękny ogród. Można wyróżnić 3 baseny (brodzik, o gł. 1,4 m. i 2 m.), choć w praktyce jest to jeden kompleks. Baseny czyste i zadbane, wiele dostępnych leżaków, możliwość wypożyczenia ręczników. Animacje (prowadzone w popularnych europejskich językach) ciekawe choć powtarzalne (do wyboru np. aerobik w wodzie, konkurs rzutek, mecze piłki wodnej, wieczorami animacje w sali na dachu hotelu - co środę bardzo ciekawa noc turecka). Do pokoi ogólnie nie przywiązuje większej wagi, gdyż w nich tylko śpię, jednak temu nie mam nic do zarzucenia (balkon, klimatyzacja, telewizja satelitarna z 2 polskimi stacjami, bezpłatny sejf, lodówka z regularnie uzupełnianą wodą jedynie łazienka mogłaby być odrobinkę nowocześniejsza - lecz wszystko czyste, schludne i wygodne). Obsługa hotelowa zasługuje na ogromny plus. Wszyscy sumienni, zaangażowani, uśmiechnięci i chętnie służący radą :) Wyżywienie w opcji all inclusive zróżnicowane, świeże i smaczne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedynie popołudniowe przekąski w barze przy basenie to zawsze zestaw: hamburger + frytki co po kilku dniach staje się dosyć monotonne. Alkohole lokalne okej, bardzo dobre piwo. Plaża przy hotelu dosyć wąska i odrobinę kamienista, lecz zawsze zadbana, regularnie sprzątana, dostępne leżaki i materace, na ogromny plus zasługuje bardzo malownicze molo oraz bar położony bezpośrednio przy plaży. Dla aktywnych dostępna siłownia oraz sauna (bez dodatkowych opłat). Ogólnie hotel zasługuje na duży plus i wywarł na nas bardzo korzystne wrażenie :)

Bardzo mila obsluga, zawsze skora do pomocy i reagujaca na wszelkie sugestie ze strony klientow hotelu. Niesztampowe animacje, rewelacyjne wieczory z muzyka na zywo i cudowne wieczory tematyczne,jak np. wieczor turecki. Po raz pierwszy spotkalismy sie z hotelem,ktory posiadal wlasna dyskoteke, na najwyzszym pietrze hotelu,gdzie kazdy kto mial na to ochote mogl sie bawic i dodatkowo podziwiac zapierajaca dech panorame Kusadasi noca. Otoczenie hotelu urozmaicone i bezpieczne.nie bylo absolutnie zadnych problemow z wyjsciem i poruszaniem sie poza terenem hotelu nawet w poznych godzinach nocnych. Wokol bardzo duzo sklepow, tawern i restauracji. Swietna, niezwykle energiczna i kontakotwa grupa animatorow, ktorzy naprawde dokladali wszelkich staran,aby umilic i urozmaicic pobyt gosciom hotelowym. Bardzo bogata opcja all inclusive.Jednym slowem rewelacyjny hotel Imbat = niezapomniane i niezwykle udane wakacje!Szczerze polecam kazdemu!

Woda czyściutka. Basen jest nieduży, ale wystarczający. Zawsze można było znalexc wolne leżaki. Jedzenie wspaniałe, cały czas pilnowano aby nic nie brakowało. Nie było żadnych kolejek ani przestojów. Obsługa bardzo dobra. Jak na tak duży hotel bardzo dobra organizacja pracy. Naprawdę nie ma się do czego doczepić. My byliśmy z dwójką dzieci, 9 lat i 2 latka. Dzieci przeszczęśliwe Wakacje super!. Napewno tam jeszcze wrócimy:)

Obsługa pokojowa zostawia wiele do życzenia natomiast kuchnia i jej pracownicy super. Bardzo malowniczo położony hotel jednak dla osób podróżujących bez dzieci. Niestety tylko jeden basen i mały brodzik. Przyhotelowy deptak na którym jest mnóstwo atrakcji. W łatwy sposób można dostać się do miasta a tam mnóstwo sklepików z regionalnymi gadżetami. Ogólnie polecam. Aczkolwiek cena i jakość trochę mnie zawiodła.

Od ponad 10 lat korzystamy z usług biura ITAKA i za kazdym razem trafiamy w dobry lub bardzo dobry hotel , miłą obsługę i dobrą opiekę rezydenta. W hotelu Imbat było podobnie, pięknie połozony i przepiękne widoki i miła obsługa. W tym roku niestety z przyczyn rodzinnych nie mogliśmy wyjechać na wczasy, ale w przyszłym roku na pewno skorzystamy z usług biura Podrózy ITAKA.

Zgadzam się niestety co do stanu hotelu: mogłoby być czyściej. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie - może być. Na wakacjach aż tak bardzo nie wybrzydzam. Obsługa hotelowa jak dla mnie może być. Pan z recepcji trochę nieuprzejmy. Animacji nie widziałam prawie wcale - więc nie mogę ich ocenić. Pozdrowienia dla przewodniczki z Itaki - Ireny - super kobieta, bardzo zaangażowana - to rzadkość Ogólnie oceniam te wakacje jako bardzo udane i myślę, że jeszcze tu wrócimy.
