Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, wszędzie czysto. Basen dość głęboki oraz jeden brodzik. Blisko baru i basenu jest plac zabaw oraz mały domek z łazienka dla dzieci. Plaża przy samym hotelu, piaszczysto-kamienista, zejście do morza łagodne. Jedzenie smaczne, z jednej strony trochę monotonne, ale też trafiały się dobre dania tylko już się nie potworzyły.

Hotel i obsługa zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Pokoje duże z pięknym widokiem na morze za niewielką dopłatą, położenie przy samej plaży, jedzenie urozmaicone i pyszne. Obsługa na stołówce przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Warto wspomnieć o przewodniczce Ani, która była z nami w Efezie, kompetentna, pomocna, dużo informacji nam przekazała. Jedyna sprawa to fakt, że Itaka wywiozła nas na lotnisko ponad 4 godziny przed wylotem :(

Hotel lata świetności i czystości ma już dawno za sobą. Zarówno pokoje, jak i łazienki wymagają remontu - nie odświeżenia. Cienkie ściany - słychać sąsiadów bez problemu :-). Personel miły i uczynny. Jak na XXI wiek dostęp do wifi w hotelu to żenada. Oprócz lobby prawie go nie doświadczysz. Jedzenie - nie brakowało, ale monotonne. Plaża - rzeczywiście kamienisto-piaszczysta. Ilość leżaków - wystarczająca. Dużo kotów i bezpańskich psów. Pokój z widokiem na morze - może i tak, ale na wyższych niż pierwsze piętrach. Na pierwszym piętrze - widok na morze, po wycięciu palm. Dopłata do pokoju ABSOLUTNIE NIEUZASADNIONA. Wyjazd z hotelu o godzinie 23.45. Samolot 4.45. Dojazd na lotnisko około 40 minut. Ponad 4 godziny na lotnisku w Izmirze - dziękuję, więcej nie skorzystam z takiej oferty.

Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, śniadania raczej te same, ale zawsze był duży wybór. Na obiad i kolację codziennie było coś nowego podawane. Każdy znajdzie coś przepysznego dla siebie. Kelnerzy bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Animacje w ciagu dnia te same, wieczorami coś innego. Nie było problemów z wolnymi leżakami przy basenie i plaży. Plaża hotelowa piaszczysto-kamienista, codziennie sprzątana ze śmieci. Bazar i sklepy tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu. Transfer z lotniska poniżej godziny.

Do hotelu dotarliśmy o 3:00 w nocy po 1,5h podróży po Gumuldur. Kierowca wysadził nas 500m przed hotelem, ponieważ stwierdził, że nie będzie podjeżdżał pod hotel. Po dotarciu do recepcji z walizkami okazało się, że hotel nie ma pokoju dwuosobowego z pojedynczymi łózkami, dlatego jedna osoba musiała spać na dostawce. Sytuacja nie zmieniła się przez cały pobyt w hotelu. W dniu wylotu nie było możliwości przedłużenia pobytu w pokoju, nawet za dopłatą, co było obiecywane przez biuro podróży. Wymeldowanie z hotelu o godzinie 12:00, wyjazd na lotnisko 20:00. Bardzo słaby internet, czystość okay, dobre jedzenie, ładna plaża.

Bardzo fajny, można powiedzieć kameralny hotel. Jedzenie, jak na 4* różnorodne i ciekawe. Dużą zaletą było to, że nie było kolejek w oczekiwaniu na stoliki, czy po jedzenie. Obsługa bardzo miła i chętna do pomocy. Leżaków było bardzo dużo i o każdej godzinie można było znaleźć wolnych kilka obok siebie, tak żeby nawet 2 rodziny wspólnie spędzały czas, pomimo tego, że niektórzy "rezerwowali lepsze" miejscówki. Polecam w szczególności dla rodzin z dziećmi, również tymi większymi, ponieważ aquapark pod kątem zjeżdżali robi olbrzymie wrażenie i dostarcza wiele emocji. Bardzo brakowało animacji po polsku.
