Jedzenie....BAJKA jest bardzo rozmaite i jak człowiek chciałby spróbować wszystkiego, to wakacje w tym hotelu musiałyby trwać dwa miesiące. Stołówka jest naprawdę ogromna i nie ma kolejek po jedzenie, wszystkiego pod dostatkiem, niczego nie brakuje i naprawdę czysto! Obsługa bardzo sprawna i ogarnięta. Co nas zaskoczyło w hotelu jest bardzo mało polaków (byliśmy w szczycie sezonu) może 2-3 rodziny na cały hotel, nam to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało- wręcz przeciwnie! Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel, cena nie należy do najniższych, ale wiadomo na co się wydaje pieniądze. Poza hotelem trzeba dojechać do miasta taksówką, ale w hotelu jest naprawdę wszystko i nie ma potrzeby wychodzenia do sklepów...sklepy są także w hotelu. Aqua park MEGA pozytyw NIE TYLKO DLA DZIECI! Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!. Jedne z najlepszych naszych wakacji.... Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!!!

Jeśli chodzi o rezydenta oraz wycieczki fakultatywne to za każdym razem organizujemy sobie atrakcje na własną rękę. Najważniejsze jest to, że rezydent jest pomocny, odpowie na każde pytanie i można się z nim kontaktować poza godzinami dyżurów.

Obsługa codziennie dokładnie sprząta każdy basen, aquapark w cenie zawsze czysto mimo bujnej roślinności i wielu ratowników dbających o bezpieczeństwo. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i ładnie wysprzatane pokoje. Jedyny mały minus to piasek na plaży który jest ciemny a czasami czarny i w miejscach robi się błoto.

Czasem zdarzało się , że nie było wody do picia butelkowanej w barze przy basenie. Okolica bardzo fajna dużo zieleni i piękne widoki , wycieczki bardzo ciekawe. Nasza rezydentka Pani Ewa bardzo miła wspaniale prowadziła wycieczki i opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt.
