Hotel pięknie położony .Plaża czysta .Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Blisko do centrum Kemer. Niestety restauracja hotelowa przypomina bar szybkiej obsługi na dworcu kolejowym z dawnych czasów. (duży hałas powodowany pracą kelnerów) Kilka osób z naszej grupy uległo zatruciu. Fakt, że to był koniec sezonu nie jest usprawiedliwieniem dla hotelu *****.. Po przybyciu do hotelu czas oczekiwania na otrzymanie klucza do pokoju przekroczył 4 godziny .

Hotel bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, bardzo dużo smacznego jedzenia praktycznie o każdej porze dnia, miła obsługa jednak bardziej nastawiona na turystów z Rosji. Plaża kamienista, ale bardzo dobrze zagospodarowana z drewnianym podestem i ścieżkami. Piękny, duży basen, czysty.

Mieszkaliśmy z żoną w pokoju nr 1104.Obsługa hotelu fatalna. B. słaba znajomość j. angielskiego niektórych pracowników recepcji. 2 razy zamawiałem budzenie poranne - 2 razy nie obudzono mnie wmawiając: jeden raz, ze dzwoniono a w drugim przypadku, że budzenie nie zostało zamówione. Obsługa pokojowej fatalna. Leżące na wykładzinie kruszyny chrupek (z poprzedniego turnusu) nie zostały odkurzone do końca pobytu. 1x piżamy pozostawione na łóżku zostały rzucone na fotel, łącznie z narzutą, która nigdy podczas pobytu nie była na łóżku rozkładana. Kosze na śnieci nie były opróżniane. W pokoju było uszkodzone jedno gniazdko telefoniczne (działał tylko telefon w łazience). Podkładka przy wylewce w barku była uszkodzona lub jej nie było, gdyż po odkręceniu wody, pryskała ona górą. Znajomi mieszkający na innym piętrze nie mieli takich złych doświadczeń.Ciągle brakowało dużych ręczników plażowych. Żeby je można było otrzymać należało być w punkcie ich wydawania o godz. 11. Hotel oznaczony 5 gwiazdkami pod względem komfortu w pokojach zasłużył na 3. Jednak hotel jako całość (pod względem infrastruktury) bardzo przyjemny, ładnie położony, posiadający duży teren oddany do użytku gości.Bardzo wygodne i bliskie dojście do plaży z dość licznymi leżakami, sprawna obsługa restauracji i na zewnątrz hotelu oraz nie duża odległość centrum Kemer są mocnymi atutami. Niezawinionym przez hotel mankamentem jest b. głośna, dudniąca \'muzyka\' docierająca do pokoju (w nocy)z sąsiednich hoteli.

Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie, przemiła obsługa, wspaniałe jedzenie - śniad. obiad i kolacja w formie stołu szwedzkiego + przekąski i napoje w barze przy basenie. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Pokoje wygodne, czyste. Dobrze funkcjonująca klimatyzacja. Komunikacja w języku rosyjskim, angielskim, nieznacznie w niemieckim, w polskim brak.

PRZECZYTAJ ZANIM SIĘ ZDECYDUJESZ!!!!!!Hotel masakryczny. Nigdy w życiu nie dostałby od nas 3 gwiazdek, skąd ma pięć nie mamy pojęcia. klima oczywiście nie sprawna, w łazience odpadające płytki, urwany kran trzymający się na rurce doprowadzającej wodę, GRZYB!!!, podarte ręczniki, które pomimo ich wymiany wcale nie były w lepszym stanie (szmaty do podłogi mamy lepsze). Ręczniki plażowe wymieniane na wysuszone lecz nie wyprane!!! Jedzenie cały czas to samo, bardzo kiepskie, jeżeli nie ustawisz się pierwszy w kolejce i przyjdziesz troszkę później możesz się na niektóre rzezy nie załapać, dym z grilla wlatuje prosto na salę restauracyjną ( w czwartek widoczność sięgała 20metrów, nie wspomnę o zapachu) Był to może nasz trzydziesty wyjazd i jak do tej pory hotel ten oceniamy jako pierwszy niedostatecznie. Animacje hotelowe żenujące. Telewizja choć wcale nam nie potrzebna ma kilka tureckich, 2 rosyjskie i 3 niemieckie kanały. Internet ZAPOMNIJ że działa pomimo zapewnień nawet ITAKI. Zajęcia np fitnessowe prowadzą osoby, które nie mają o tym zielonego pojęcia - mogą Cię trwale uszkodzić. Plaża brudna. Szkoda tylko, że pracownik biura podróży zapewniał mnie, że opinie dotyczące tego hotelu nie są prawdą a on osobiście daje dobre cztery gwiazdki temu hotelowi, może to świadczyć o tym, że chyba nie widział innych 5-cio gwiazdkowych hoteli albo najzwyczajniej nas okłamał

niestety hotelowi dużo brakuje do 5 gwiazdek jakimi się szczyci, nie zauważyłam rzekomego remontu który miał mieć miejsce niedawno,na ścianach widać zacieki i grzyb, hotel jest niedosprzątany, bywa że te same śmieci leżą tydzień w tym samym miejscu, a ręczniki zarówno te codzienne jak i basenowe to porażka mają dziury, są postrzępione, mają wielkie plamy brązowych odbarwień, armatura łazienek zaśniedziała, zardzewiała i brudna, wi-fi tylko w hotelowym lobby, access pointy na piętrach nie były podłączone tak więc można było korzystać tylko w określonym miejscu

W hotelu spotkała mnie bardzo niemiła niespodzianka,ponieważ z pokoju zginęła mi obrączka,którą zostawiłam w szufladzie stolika nocnego oraz z szafy ktoś zabrał moją jedną część garderoby(był to letni kombinezon).Zdaję sobie sprawę,iż postąpiłam nierozsądnie zostawiaąc obrączkę w szufladzie a nie w sejfie,ale najwyrażniej ktoś przeszukiwał szafy i szafki.Do pokoju nie było żadych śladów włamania a po sprawdzeniu klucza i monitoringu okazalo się,iż wchodzil tam tylko personel hotelu.Mimo wielu starań moich i Pani rezydentki rzeczy nie udało się odzyskać.Uważam,iz hotel nie zasługuje na 5*,jedzenie monotonne,niesmaczne,klimatyzacja bardzo slaba w pokoju było gorąco,mało miejsca koło hotelu,niedokladnie sprzatane pokoje...i do tego zaginięcie moich osobistych rzeczy

Cappadocia (2 days) — Day 1: A magical land in the heart of Turkey. A wonder of nature, post-volcanic and moon-like landscapes, valleys full of rock chimneys. Bus ride to the city of Konya. Restaurant breakfast. The program includes the Mevlana Museum - the twirling dervish order in Konya. Free time for lunch. Then a tour of the underground city of Saratli and rock churches of the first Christians in Göreme, entered on the UNESCO list. A break for photos in Pasabaglari - the Monk Valley and a visit to the ceramics gallery. Transfer to the hotel, late lunch-dinner, overnight stay. Day 2: Breakfast. A visit to an onyx jewelery shop. Then visiting the incredible fortress of Uçhisar. Free time for lunch. Return to hotel. Optionally: A "Turkish night" in a cave carved in a tuff rock or a balloon flight in an unforgettable scenery. Pamukkale — a trip to one of the greatest wonders of nature. Ride through the picturesque Taurus Mountains. Stop at a vantage point with a panoramic view of the famous travertines (forms of karst). Pamukkale in Turkish means a cotton palace, and the snow-white terraces perfectly reflect the name. It is a unique place in the world, which is why it has been on the UNESCO list since 1988. Above the terraces is the ancient city of Hierapolis, where the Baths, the Temple of Apollo, the Roman Theatre and the necropolis have been preserved. A walk on the limestone terraces and a visit to the city of Hierapolis are part of the program. Day trip. Demre - Myra - Kekova — a trip combining sightseeing with a cruise along Kekova Bay. Sightseeing of the ancient city of Myra with monumental tombs carved in the rock, the only such place in the vicinity of Antalya. Then, a visit to Saint Nicholas, the Bishop of Mira, in Demre. After sightseeing a walk along the Mediterranean coast to Kekova Bay, then a cruise with free time for relaxation and swimming. Antalya Big City Life — a trip to the capital of the Turkish Riviera - a city surrounded by the majestic Taurus Mountains on the one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. The program includes: Karpuzkaldiran waterfall with a beautiful park in the luxurious district of Antalya, then a walk to the old town of Kaleiçi. Stroll along the narrow streets to the port from where you can start your cruise around Antalya, where from the sea you can admire the numerous smaller waterfalls and the impressive sea cliff, on which a part of Antalya, known as Lara, is located. At the end of the day, a visit to the largest museum in Antalya with huge collections from ancient times, among others. An opportunity to buy leather goods and jewelery. Day trip. White Water Rafting — an exciting adventure, rafting on pontoons on a rapid river under the care of a qualified team. Day trip. Price - approx. 28 EUR (includes lunch, does not include: drinks).

Aquarium and Dolphinarium — a trip to Antalya - the capital of the Turkish Riviera, where the aquarium and dolphinarium are located. At the aquarium, visitors will go on a journey over the seas and oceans of the world. In the underwater tunnel, you can watch thousands of species of marine creatures. At the dolphinarium, acrobatic show of dolphins and seals, and a sea lion. Opportunity to swim with the dolphins (additionally payable). Price - approx. 56 EUR (includes entrance tickets).

Hammam — visit to a traditional Turkish bath with the ritual of hammam - a peeling and a massage in soapy foam and oil. Price - approx. 22 EUR (includes massage).

Sealanya — visit to the dolphinarium and an opportunity see a wonderful show with dolphins and seals in the main role. Possibility of swimming with the dolphins and sea lions. Price - approx. 38 EUR (includes: transport and entrance tickets).

Off Road - Jeep Safari — an amazing off road adventure - an opportunity to see the real Turkey! A drive off the beaten track, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Coastal hills, mountain roads and villages where time has stopped - places accessible only by a 4x4 car! Price - approx. 39 EUR (includes transport and lunch).

Shopping dizziness — an opportunity to buy jewelry, clothes, accessories and leather products. The best shops and markets! Price - approx. 9 EUR (includes transport).

Chimera Night Safari — evening safari to Yanartas ("burning stones"), where you can admire a fascinating phenomenon of nature - constantly burning fires. In reality, this phenomenon is caused by the natural gas that is naturally released here and ignites spontaneously in contact with air. This unusual place contributed to the creation of myths about the Chimera - a fire-breathing monster. A jeep drive through Kuzdere, Camyuva and Tekirova to the beautiful Cirali beach, which is approximately 3 km long. It's time to relax, swim and have dinner. Then visiting Olympos - the ancient ruins and Yanartas Mountain, also known as the Chimera Hill. The visit takes place after dark, when the flames create a spectacular view. The trip starts from Kemer. Price - approx. 42 EUR/person. (includes dinner, beverages additionally payable).
