Hotel jest bardzo zadbany, czysty, obsługa bardzo miła i sprawna. Mieliśmy jedynie problem ze sprzątaniem pokoju, nie zawsze były zmienione ręczniki, uzupełnione środki higieny.

Cały obiekt bardzo ładny. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Potłukła nam się szklanka na basenie to w 5 min byl serwis sprzątający i bardzo dokładnie wysprzątał kawałki szkła. Na basenach zawsze (...)
Cały obiekt bardzo ładny. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Potłukła nam się szklanka na basenie to w 5 min byl serwis sprzątający i bardzo dokładnie wysprzątał kawałki szkła. Na basenach zawsze można było znaleźć miejsce na leżakach. W restauracji duzo stolików, a obsługa na bieżąco sprzątała brudne talerze. Jedzenie dosyc monotonne - szczególnie śniadania. Obiady powtarzalne moze w 50% a kolację najbardziej urozmaicone, tematyczne. Animacje w stylu wyboru mistera hotelu (spośród podpitych Rosjan, którzy musieli zdjąć koszulkę i pokazać "swoją masę mięśniową") oceniam na 1. Z atrakcji dla dzieci w mini clubie nie korzystaliśmy więc nie mam zdania. 2x mieliśmy awarię klimatyzacji w pokoji- pierwszej i ostatniej nocy. Po zgłoszeniu w 10 min awaria byla usunięta więc tu znow ogromny plus dla obsługi mimo, że była 1 w nocy. Pokoje sprzątane co dzien. Było na 4 (2+2) I w pierwsze 3 noce mieliśmy 3 prześcieradła do przykrycia. Potem Pani sprzątaczka zostawiła juz 2 (mimo 3 łóżek w pokoju ;)) ) i mimo próśb (zostawiliśmy kartkę i napiwek) to nie dołożyła dodatkowego koca do przykrycia :) ale dało się to przetrwać. Poza tym na prawdę ładny i zadbany hotel w pięknym miejscu. Plaża żwirowa i szybko robi się głęboko ale jest frajda z kąpieli w ciepłej wodzie :) Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki fakultatywne.

To był nasz 10 pobyt w Turcji więc jakieś porównanie mamy. Hotel oceniam 9/10. Minusem jest żwirowa plaża, bez butów ciężko wejść do wody oraz jedzenie. Codziennie to samo. Przez tydzień trafiła się kolacja tematyczna, która polegała na tym że dołożono z 3 dania innej kuchni. W poprzednim hotelu kolacja tematyczna to były faktycznie bardzo duża ilość dań konkretnej kuchni. Plusy: obsługa, pokoje de lux codziennie sprzątane, minibar uzupełniony. Opieka nad kotami- dla mnie miłośnika zwierząt rewelacja- powinno być tak w każdym pokoju. Zadbane ogrody, animacje oraz chyba najlepsze drinki jaki piłam. Generalnie polecam ten hotel z czystym sumieniem i napewno bym do niego wróciła

Hotel duży, z kilkoma basenami i bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Pokój trzyosobowy w którym mieszkaliśmy był bardzo mały. Radziłabym korzystać z pokojów rodzinnych. Obsługa hotelowa w porządku. Fajne animacje, choć na plus było to, że nie animatorzy w żaden sposób nie narzucali się gościom. Dla mnie najsłabszym punktem hotelu były koty, które nie miały żadnej opieki ze strony hotelu za wyjątkiem brudnej miski z suchą karmą. Koty są niewykastrowane, wiele z nich miało wyraźne oznaki chorób oczu i uszu... bardzo dużo mały kociaków. Dużo kocurów walczących ze sobą o terytorium. Jako, że sama jestem miłośniczką kotów, dużo milej spędzałabym czas w tym hotelu widząc zadbane i szczęśliwe kociaki dookoła. Poza tym, hotel naprawdę na fajnym poziomie.

Hotel spełnił, nawet przewyższył nasze oczekiwania, zwłaszcza pod względem jakości jedzenia i jego wyboru (rodzina 2+2). Generalnie wszystko mamy na miejscu- dwa baseny, gdzie zawsze znajdzie się wolny leżak (przy "cichym" basenie, przy "głośnym" trochę rzadziej), Aquapark dla dzieci, plaża, wiele barów i kawiarni. Jest to pierwszy hotel do którego spokojnie moglibyśmy wrócić po raz drugi, bo nie mamy dość :) Bogate all inclusive pod względem baru- imponująca dostępność drinków wedle życzenia. Pokoje nieco ciasne jak na opcję "de lux" w budynkach w ogrodzie - dostawka w zasadzie stoi w przejściu, więc mega komfortu nie ma, ale przy tej ilości atrakcji na zewnątrz, pokój służy w zasadzie do przebierania się i spania :) Łazienki mogłyby być lekko odświeżone (silikony przy prysznicu, naderwany uchwyt pod prysznicem). Jedzenie - mega wybór, dobra jakość Obsługa bardzo dba o czystość zarówno w restauracjach/barach, jak i wokół basenu. Przemiła obsługa- zwłaszcza pani z housekeepingu :) Polecam bardzo!

Jestem rozczarowana. Polacy dostają gorsze pokoje? Choć dopłaciliśmy do lepszego standardu. To był pokój na Parterze z wyraźną wonią grzyba i pleśni. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany więc dało się wytrzymać, ale nie tego oczekiwałam. Jedzenie różnorodne ale niezbyt smaczne. Bardzo dużo Rosjan, którzy są głośni, aroganccy a ich obecność mnie niepokoiła, co nie wpływa dobrze na wakacyjny relaks.

Hotel bardzo ładny, dobrze zaprojektowany jeśli chodzi o dostępność restauracji, barów, basenów itd. Obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenia wybór bardzo duży, a co najważniejsze bardzo smaczne. Na 14 dyniowy pobyt tylko jednego dnia musieliśmy poczekać ok 15 minut na wolnym stolik. Leżaki przy basenach i na plaży zajmowane od wczesnych godzin porannych, ale zawsze znajdzie się coś wolnego. Najłatwiej dostać wolny leżak w aquaparku. Na miejscu mieszanka Polaków, Rosjan, Niemców, Francuzów, Czechów, Włochów (wymienione w kolejności od dominującej). Opieka rezydenta w porządku. Z minusów to ludzie nieprzestrzegający zakazu palenia i wnoszenia szklanych naczyń do aquaparku (obsługa tylko jednego dnia zwracała na to uwagę). No i duży minus za podróż w nocy która rozpoczyna się ok 21.00 i trwa 8 godzin (od transferu z hotelu na lotnisko w Antalyi do transferu z samolotu na lotnisko w Katowicach). Ogólnie bardzo udane wakacje.

Hotel na bardzo dobrym standardzie. Nie jest może najnowszy ale wszędzie jest czysto i ładnie. Obsługa dba na bieżąco o załatwianie wszelkich spraw i jest pomocna. Nie spotkałem się aby cos nie działało. Na 1600 gości w hotelu pracuje ok 1000 osób z obsługi. Wśród pracowników jest jedna Polka zajmująca się rozrywką i można się od nie wiele dowiedzieć.

Cappadocia (2 days) — Day 1: A magical land in the heart of Turkey. A wonder of nature, post-volcanic and moon-like landscapes, valleys full of rock chimneys. Bus ride to the city of Konya. Restaurant breakfast. The program includes the Mevlana Museum - the twirling dervish order in Konya. Free time for lunch. Then a tour of the underground city of Saratli and rock churches of the first Christians in Göreme, entered on the UNESCO list. A break for photos in Pasabaglari - the Monk Valley and a visit to the ceramics gallery. Transfer to the hotel, late lunch-dinner, overnight stay. Day 2: Breakfast. A visit to an onyx jewelery shop. Pamukkale — a trip to one of the greatest wonders of nature. Ride through the picturesque Taurus Mountains. Stop at a vantage point with a panoramic view of the famous travertines (forms of karst). Pamukkale in Turkish means a cotton palace, and the snow-white terraces perfectly reflect the name. It is a unique place in the world, which is why it has been on the UNESCO list since 1988. Above the terraces is the ancient city of Hierapolis, where the Baths, the Temple of Apollo, the Roman Theatre and the necropolis have been preserved. A walk on the limestone terraces and a visit to the city of Hierapolis are part of the program. Day trip. Demre - Myra - Kekova — a trip combining sightseeing with a cruise along Kekova Bay. Sightseeing of the ancient city of Myra with monumental tombs carved in the rock, the only such place in the vicinity of Antalya. Then, a visit to Saint Nicholas, the Bishop of Mira, in Demre. After sightseeing a walk along the Mediterranean coast to Kekova Bay, then a cruise with free time for relaxation and swimming. Antalya Big City Life — a trip to the capital of the Turkish Riviera - a city surrounded by the majestic Taurus Mountains on the one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. The program includes: Karpuzkaldiran waterfall with a beautiful park in the luxurious district of Antalya, then a walk to the old town of Kaleiçi. Stroll along the narrow streets to the port from where you can start your cruise around Antalya, where from the sea you can admire the numerous smaller waterfalls and the impressive sea cliff, on which a part of Antalya, known as Lara, is located. At the end of the day, a visit to the largest museum in Antalya with huge collections from ancient times, among others. An opportunity to buy leather goods and jewelery. Day trip. White Water Rafting — an exciting adventure, rafting on pontoons on a rapid river under the care of a qualified team. Day trip. Price - approx. 28 EUR (includes lunch, does not include: drinks).
Aquarium and Dolphinarium — a trip to Antalya - the capital of the Turkish Riviera, where the aquarium and dolphinarium are located. At the aquarium, visitors will go on a journey over the seas and oceans of the world. In the underwater tunnel, you can watch thousands of species of marine creatures. At the dolphinarium, acrobatic show of dolphins and seals, and a sea lion. Opportunity to swim with the dolphins (additionally payable). Price - approx. 56 EUR (includes entrance tickets).
Hammam — visit to a traditional Turkish bath with the ritual of hammam - a peeling and a massage in soapy foam and oil. Price - approx. 22 EUR (includes massage).

Chimera Night Safari — evening safari to Yanartas ("burning stones"), where you can admire a fascinating phenomenon of nature - constantly burning fires. In reality, this phenomenon is caused by the natural gas that is naturally released here and ignites spontaneously in contact with air. This unusual place contributed to the creation of myths about the Chimera - a fire-breathing monster. A jeep drive through Kuzdere, Camyuva and Tekirova to the beautiful Cirali beach, which is approximately 3 km long. It's time to relax, swim and have dinner. Then visiting Olympos - the ancient ruins and Yanartas Mountain, also known as the Chimera Hill. The visit takes place after dark, when the flames create a spectacular view. The trip starts from Kemer. Price - approx. 42 EUR/person. (includes dinner, beverages additionally payable).
