W hotelu, pokojach, restauracji czysto - na plus owinięte folią foteliki dla dzieci. Jedzenie w porządku, trochę rożnorodne każdego dnia - bez "przygód". Baseny jak najbardziej na plus. Zjeżdżalnie wystarczające dla małych i średnich dzieci. Plac zabaw wymaga odświeżenia. Mini klub dla dzieci po prostu jest. ... Na miejscu zapewnia wszystkie możliwe udogodnienia takie jak masaże, usługi kosmetyczki a także na jego terenie znajdują się sklepy z biżuterią, odzieżą oraz pamiątkami i zabawkami dla dzieci. Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie. Jesteś tam traktowany jak gość a nie jako klient. Pracownicy hotelu chętnie nawiązują kontakt i są skłonni pomóc najwet w środku nocy. Hotel oferuje opcję wyżywienia All Inclusive Ultra, co oznacza to że napoje, wyżywienie i przekąski są dostępne niemal całą dobę, a barek hotelowy zawierający napoje i słodycze jest uzupełniany raz dziennie - nieodpłatnie. Strefą basenowa oferuje bardzo dużo leżaków i parasoli, nigdy nie było problemu z ich dostępnością. Hotel jest czysty i zadbany. Jedynym minusem jest strefa zabaw dla dzieci z huśtawkami i zjeżdżalniami, ponieważ wydaje się to miejsce zapomniane przez właścicielki gdyż nie jest sprzątane a miejscami można natknąć się na kocie odchody.

Ręczniki plażowe dostępne w strefie SPA za okazaniem karty. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bogaty wybór ciast, owoców i deserów. Na plażę hotelową kursuje hotelowy busik. Niestety plaża brudna i kamieniste wejście do wody. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo przyjazna, pomocna, życzliwie nastawiona do gości hotelowych. Strefa SPA dodatkowo płatna, ale polecam gorąco. Masaże sztosik-pełen relaks i ogromna ulga w stanach chorobowych. Kogo stać niech korzysta do woli, bo naprawdę warto. Bardzo sympatyczny basen 140 cm głębokości z wydzieloną częścią dla dzieci. Basen jest na tyle duży, że nie ma żadnego tłoku i swobodnie można pływać. Leżaki dostępne obojętnie kiedy się pójdzie odpoczywać. Bazarek obecny w odległości ok. 750m od hotelu, wskazane targowanie. Sklepiki w hotelu również dostępne z atrakcyjnymi cenami. Polecam hotel na udany wypoczynek.

Ogólnie hotel super ale drugi raz bym do niego nie pojechała, w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, pokoje czyste ładne ale prosiłam o pokój z widokiem na morze lub basen, dostałam na jakis plac z wentylatorami Non stop chodzącymi. Byłam z małym dzieckiem przy klimie spać nie bardzo a przy otwartym oknie tym bardziej bo było za głośno. Animatorzy słabi, jedna dziewczyna położyła się na plazy i piłowała sobie paznokcie, jedzenie średnie, jeden z kucharzy bardzo beszczelny. Każdy tylko czekał na napiwki i nawet po ich daniu nie zwracali na ciebie uwagi. Plaża troszke daleko ale jeździł busik wiec to nie było uciążliwe, piaszczysta natomiast do wody koniecznie trzeba mieć buty bo były kamienie. Hotel oceniam na 4 gwiazdki.

Hotel czysty, codziennie Panie sprzątaczki dbają o zmianę ręczników i pościeli. Pokoje przestronne, klimatyzowane. Jedzenie smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Plaża duża, dużo leżaków, łagodne zejście do morza, 7 min spacerkiem. Jedyny minus to taki że ludzie z rana zajmują leżaki samymi ręcznikami a przez długi czas nie przychodzą. Obsluga na poziomie, sympatyczni i pomocni. Ciekawe animacje codziennie wieczorem. Bardzo nam się podobało.

Plaża niestety na minus, piasek niestety nie jak z Dominikany wiadomo ale też nie taki jak nad naszym morzem, jest brudny. Żeby popływać w morzu koniecznie buty bo kamienie. Na plaży bar na plus.
