Jaka może być opinia po tygodniowym wypoczynku w takim luksusie ? Opinia jak najbardziej pozytywna. Generalnie hotel, jak i sam pokój czysty i na bieżąco codziennie sprzątany tudzież uzupełniany mini barek. Wyżywienie extra, zarówno co do ilości jak i jakości tudzież asortymentu proponowanych dań. Problem był z wyborem co w danym dniu zjeść teraz a co kiedy indziej. Tyle tego było, zarówno jeśli chodzi o dania główne jak i dodatki, a również i desery. Jedyny problem jaki tu widzę to właśnie wybór. Naprawdę bardzo bogaty. A do tego prócz głównej restauracji gdzie były serwowane trzy podstawowe posiłki to całe mnóstwo restauracji i barów na terenie całego kompleksu hotelowego. Tak że nawet nie trzeba było udawać się do restauracji głównej tylko zjeść to gdzie się akurat było lub to na co miał się akurat ochotę. Do tego wszędzie dostępne napoje. Zimne i ciepłe. Alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe. Naprawdę wybór podobnie jak wyżywienia olbrzymi.

Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane wraz z wymiana ręczników oraz uzupełniana była lodówka. Wyżywienie w hotelu bardzo smaczne, dużo różnych restauracji, co krok można było coś zjeść. Na śniadanie obiad i kolację dania się powtarzały ale zawsze było ich dużo do wyboru plus na każdy posiłek były potrawy robione w danym momencie jak omlety, pancake, potrawy grillowane itd. Plaża blisko, duża ilość leżaków, dostępny prysznic i myjka do stóp oraz bar.

Hotel przeznaczony dla rodzin z dziećmi. Animacje dla dzieci bardzo dobre. Dla dorosłych również w ciągu dnia „coś się znajdzie”. Wieczorne animacje bardzo słabe co było widać po publiczności, która często wychodziła w połowie pokazu. Hotelowy aqua park bardzo fajny (i dla dużych i dla małych). Jedzenie dobre, ale bez większych rewelacji (jak na standardy tureckie). Obsługa hotelowa najgorsza jaka mogła być - ludzie z przypadku (barmani, kelnerzy, serwis sprzątający), absolutnie niepomocna. Co najmniej połowa osób z obsługi nie zna PODSTAWOWYCH słów po angielsku co powodowało, że np. zamówienie kawy z lodem stanowiło problem. Pokój nie został posprzątany (trzy razy) pomimo tego, że wisiała kartka z prośbą o posprzątanie. Hotel, do którego nie wrócimy ze względu na obsługę (jej bardzo złą jakość) oraz nastawienie na klienta z Rosji/Niemiec (wielokrotnie pokazano nam, że klient z Polski nie jest dla nich klientem „wartym uwagi”). Ponadto hotel wymaga remontu w wielu jego częściach (również pokoje są bardzo słabej jakości [grzyb w większości łazienki – nie tylko u nas, ale i u innych podróżujących]). Plaża piaszczysta, morze BARDZO CIEPŁE. Duży basen z ciepłą wodą. Na plus: darmowy sejf, darmowy mini bar uzupełniany oryginalnymi napojami, WI FI działające w pokojach i większej części basenowej (darmowe), hotel w miarę blisko lotniska (krótka podróż z dziećmi).

Duży i czysty hotel, na uwagę zasługuje ogród - sporo miejsc trawiastych. Duża i szeroka plaża, mimo sporego obłożenia nie ma szczególnej "wojny" o leżaki. Ciepłe morze z łagodnym zejściem, nawet z małymi dziećmi można śmiało się kąpać. Uprzejma obsługa, czyste baseny (jeden głęboki, jeden średni i brodzik dla dzieci osłonięty od słońca). Dobre jedzenie, każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie, należy jednak zaznaczyć, że jest sporo potraw tureckich lub europejskich robionych w turecki sposób :) Słaba restauracja hotelowa nad morzem - nie polecam. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne. Jedyny minus pobytu w tym hotelu to sporo Rosjan, często głośnych i mało kulturalnych (potrafią zabrać krzesło lub sztućce mimo, że widzą iż ktoś siedzi przy stoliku - i nie jest to wolny komplet..... ja tylko na moment odeszłam z dzieckiem od stolika, starsza córka nadal tam była). Do hotelu przyjeżdża sporo rodzin z dziećmi i są one tam mile widziane. Wyjeżdżając proszę sprawdzać pogodę :) łatwiej się wtedy spakować.

Hotel, a w szczególności ogród oraz cała infrastruktura wokół bardzo ładne. W niektórych miejscach widać, że potrzeba odświeżenia, ale wszędzie było bardzo czysto. Transfer z lotniska trwał godzinę. Do hotelu przyjechaliśmy koło godz. 9 rano - pokój już na nas czekał. Zameldowanie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci (17 oraz 8 lat) - miłym zaskoczeniem był spory dwupokojowy apartament z tarasami, dobrze wyposażony. Codziennie były zmieniane ręczniki, oraz uzupełniane bezpłatne napoje w lodówce (woda, kolorowe gazowane oraz piwo). W pokoju dostępne były ręczniki plażowe – codziennie może było je wymienić. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Jedzenia było dużo i smacznie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży wybór owoców. Na terenie wiele barów oraz restauracji. Na obiedzie podczas całego pobytu w restauracji głównej byliśmy tylko raz, na każdym kroku dostępne są różne pyszności. W ciągu dnia dostępnych jest kilka knajpek tematycznych: rybka z frytkami (przepyszna), burgerownia. W restauracji dziecięcej cały czas dostępna świeżo wypiekana pizza oraz inne przekąski przygotowywane pod zamówienie. W snack- barze wybór dań z menu oraz lody (gałkowe i na patyku) Bardzo duży plus za rozwiązania z menu w wielu punkach, ponieważ jedzenie nie leżało cały dzień w bemarach. Obsługa bardzo sprawna, w ciągu kilku minut jedzenie było gotowe. Dodatkowo świeżo pieczone gofry oraz gozemle z różnymi dodatkami. Restauracja Sultan czynna całą dobę również oferowała wybór dań z menu. Była też kawiarnia i cukiernia. Drinki smaczne, dostępne w wielu punktach. Co jakiś czas były różne atrakcje dla starszych i dla dzieci - my z animacji nie korzystaliśmy. Plaża piaszczysta z delikatnymi kamykami jak schodziło się do wody. Dużo leżaków na całym terenie, ale przy basenach trzeba zajmować rano. Przy plaży prysznice oraz przebieralnia. Baseny o głębokości 140 cm oraz brodzik dla maluszków. Zjeżdżalnie czynne okresowo w godz. 10-12, 14-16, korzystaliśmy z basenu przy zjeżdżalniach w czasie gdy były nieczynne - głębokość 110 cm - ta opcja super się sprawdziła dla naszego młodszego syna. Ratownicy zawsze byli przy basenie i na plaży. Wieczorami były koncerty na żywo: przy plaży oraz przy kawiarni, spokojniejsze przy wejściu do hotelu. Spod bramy hotelu co 15 minut można pojechać basem do centrum Kadriye na bazar. Obiekt jest na tyle duży, że jest, gdzie spacerować. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyjazdu.

Obsługa słabo z angielskim ale starają się mimo wszystko pomoc rozwiązać problem. Sprzątają na każdym kroku. Chodzą i zamiatają. Jedzenia dużo. Różne kuchnie. Bardzo pyszne. Jest w wczym wybierać ale przydałyby się jakieś zmiany co kilka dni. Na terenie hotelu rozmieszczonych jedt kilka restauracji. Szkoda ze nie ktore gdzies po katach ze ciezko je znalezc np z rybka ktora bardzo pyszna a ostatniego dnia znaleziona. Pokój o to się martwiłam najbardziej i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Duzo miejsca łóżko piętrowe podwójne i jeszcze rozkładane. Czyste bez problemów z zapachem czy wodą. Widok na morze. Sprzątane codziennie. Uzupełnienie lodówki. Codziennie animacje. Plaża ok. Przydałoby się jakieś molo.

Hotel jako obiekt - ogromny ,przestronny, ogólnie robi wrażenie. Jednak należałoby zdjąć gwiazdki - lobby zdjąć dwie,reszta hotelu oraz pokoje zdjąć cztery gwiazdki,chodzi o czystość i ogólny stan techniczny. Jedzenie przepyszne,dużo, wybór ogromny, super!!! Plaża ,teren wokół hotelu w miarę zadbany , leżaki,parasole bez problemu- nikt nikomu nic nie wziął. Jeśli chodzi o zadbanie o gościa w momencie przyjazdu jak i wyjazdu ( pomoc z walizkami - super). Panie w biurze Itaki powinny informować ,że 95 % obłożenia hotelu to Rosjanie. Ogólnie dyskryminacja gości pozostałych - czyli z innych krajów 5%. Różnorodność animacji czy dla dzieci czy innych atrakcji bardzo dobra. Ogrom przyjmowanych gości sprawia wrażenie wymykania ię sytuacji spod kontroli.
