Pani rezydentka bardzo pomocna zawsze do naszej dyspozycji. spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas polecam.

Hotel czysty,zadbany miła i pomocna obsługa,dobre położenie.Basen przy pokoju ,świetna sprawa.Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie to jestem wybredny a mimo to zawsze znalazłem coś dla siebie i nie słyszałem żeby ktokolwiek narzekał (słuch mam dobry ).Pokoje sprzątane codziennie.Zresztą nie tylko pokoje,o cały teren obsługa starannie dbała(nocami albo wczesnym rankiem żeby nie przeszkadzać gościom,wiem bo widziałem).Do pokojów też się nie ma do czego przyczepić(byłem w deluxe swim up).Pokój nowocześnie urządzony,dobrze wyposażony (sejf,chłodziarka,expres do kawy a nawet x-box),no i to wyjście na taras z drabinką do podświetlonego basenu(przyjechaliśmy w nocy).Ogólnie pobyt uważam za bardzo udany ,a hotel godny polecenia.+

Pobyt w hotelu 3.10.2018-10.10.2018.All inclusive.Pokój swim-up. Temp. 29 st. w nocy 20 st.W hotelu 95% to Szwedzi z liczną Rodziną. Zaskoczyło nas ustawienie stołów jak w szkolnej stołówce, lecz jest to zrozumiałe, gdyż Szwedzi posiadają min. 4-kę dzieci. Stołówka pod wiatą, więc są owady latające i to przeszkadza.Nie było gorąco, ale nie wiem, jak w pełni lata, gdyż jedynym czynnikiem chłodzącym były wiatraki podwieszone pod sufit. Brak na stołach obrusów,są bieżniki, krzesla trochę się ,,lepią,,Ogólnie restauracja pod względem czystości -na 3.Talerze po poprzednich osobach są sprzątane z oporem. Często brakuje kompletu sztućców i serwetek, ale po interwencji personel szybko to uzupełnia. Jedzenie bez zarzutu. Smaczne i uzazmaicone.Sam hotel ładny, duży basen, okolica wokół hotelu- zielona, ładny park. Leżaków przy basenie nie brakowało.Codziennie poranna gimnastyka w wodzie. Przy basenie pod wiatą snack bar, między posiłkami można tam wypić drinka i coś podjejść, ale b. skromnie.W hotelu nie amfiteatru, więc występy dla uatrakcyjnienia pobytu gości odbywają się na terenie snack baru na niewielkiej scenie. Same występy w tym okresie były b. skromne. Pokój b. ładny przy wyodrębnionym basenie ,,przydomowym,,W łazience z kosmetyków jest tylko mydło w płynie. Do naszej dyspozycji był czajnik el. oraz ekspress do kawy wyciskanej.Kawa, herbata, cukier były uzupełniane.Lodówka uzupeniana była tylko w wodę niegazowaną. Plaża ładna, żwirkowo-piaszczysta, można obejść się bez butów. Dno morskie kamieniste z wystającymi skałkami, ale można uważając swobodnie pływać. Temp. morza 30 st.

To była wspaniała wyprawa.Jesteśmy zachwyceni.Jakość i poziom obsługi pozwala zapomnieć o problemach i kłopotach pozostawionych w domu.Tak bogata oferta żywieniowa i estetyka podania to ewenement.Piękne zadbane ogrody,czystość,dyskretna obsługa,wspaniałe baseny i cudowna plaża to dopełnienie wartości tego hotelu.Animacje zarówno dla dzieci i dorosłych mogą się podobać.Jedynym mankamentem to zupełny brak informacji w języku polskim.

Wybierając ten hotel sugerowałam się opiniami innych klientów i nie zawiodłam się. Hotel super jedynie jego położenie-130 km od lotniska i brak możliwości spaceru poza hotelem to jedyne minusy, (...)
Wybierając ten hotel sugerowałam się opiniami innych klientów i nie zawiodłam się. Hotel super jedynie jego położenie-130 km od lotniska i brak możliwości spaceru poza hotelem to jedyne minusy, ale wybierając ten hotel wiedziałam o tym. Pozostawał wyjazd dolmuszem do Alanii lub zorganizowana wycieczka ale przy temperaturze 32-35 stopni w cieniu, największą atrakcją był basen ze słoną wodą o temperaturze 30 stopni lub morze z wodą 27 stopni. W hotelu głównie turyści z krajów skandynawskich, trochę czechów, turków i polaków. Pokój w budynku nr 5 na pierwszym piętrze z balkonem, aneks kuchenny z kuchenką mikrofalową, czajnikiem i ekspresem do kawy (na kapsułki), lodówka, duży telewizor i sejf, czy można wymagać więcej na wakacjach gdzie i tak cały dzień spędza się na zewnątrz? Noszenie opasek ALL jest standartem ale opaski w kształcie zegarka które są jednocześnie kluczem do pokoju to świetne rozwiązanie bo nie trzeba nosić klucza lub karty do otwierania drzwi. Obsługa w hotelu rewelacyjna, uczynna, uśmiechnięta, monitorowana przez menagerów, którzy zasięgają opinii turystów czy to nad basenem czy w barach. Bary czynne od godz.10 czy to drinki, piwo, owoce czy rewelacyjne lody. Dla dzieci wata cukrowa dla dorosłych kawa mrożona przygotowywane przez obsługę. Jedzenie tak urozmaicone i w takich ilościach że grzechem jest narzekanie. Po dwóch tygodniach nie chciało nam się wyjeżdżać i polecam ten hotel każdemu kto chce odpocząć w super warunkach.
