hotel na pewno nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek - absolutnie nie, najwyżej to takie 3 gwiazdki, hotel starszy, lobby po remoncie, ale pokoje są stare, meble poobijane, okno się nie domykało, światło nie działało, ręczniki nie były wymieniane codziennie, obok hotelu jest droga szybkiego ruchu, nawet w nocy jest bardzo głośno, ciężko było spać. najgorsza była łazienka - brak zasłony na prysznic, kratka ściekowa była wyżej niż prysznic i woda nie ściekała,wielka kałuża była cały tydzień na podłodze pod nogami - dramat, ogólnie nie wrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu, talerze na stołówce codziennie były nie domyte, tłuste, brudne, oboje z mężem mieliśmy zatrucie pokarmowe

Niestety Żony i moje doświadczenia z pobytu w tym hotelu nie są pozytywne ! Pierwsze zaskoczenie po przyjeździe, który miał miejsce w późnych godzinach wieczornych 2.10 [ powód to opóźnienie samolotu i długie oczekiwanie na skompletowanie grupy osób, transferowanych z lotniska w Anthalii 1 autobusem do kilku hoteli ( htl Stella Beach był na końcu listy)] to zaserwowanie de facto zimnego posiłku złożonego wyłącznie z kilku rodzajów mięsa. Kolejne przykre zaskoczenie to brak prześcieradeł do przykrycia się w naszym pokoju ( były jedynie jakieś nieprzyjemne w dotyku bawełniane narzuty) . Po mojej interwencji w recepcji następnego poranka, prześcieradła zostały dostarczone, ale w trakcie pobytu jeszcze dwukrotnie powtórzyła się ta sama sytuacja - zmieniono ręczniki, zabrano prześcieradła i nie dostarczono nowych prześcieradeł. Kolejny powód naszych zastrzeżeń to standard tego hotelu; jego klasyfikacja **** i 1/2 (cztery i pół gwiazdki) w naszej ocenie znacząco odbiega - in minus - od faktycznego poziomu. Główne mankamenty to: - niska jakość i braki w wyposażeniu w pokoju ( np. zaledwie 1 filiżanka, brak gniazdek elektrycznych przy łóżku, oraz nie działające gniazdko elektryczne na ścianie - były tylko 2 gniazdka czynne, ale obydwa usytuowane z dala od łóżek), mało przyjazne oświetlenie ( zimne żarówki ledowe , także te nad łóżkami ), - codziennie wieczorem bardzo głośna turecka muzyka z dyskoteki na wolnym powietrzu do godz. 23.30 , - uszkodzona szafa wnękowa ( w razie potrzeby służę zdjęciem). Problemem okazała się też turecka kuchnia - być może w tym htl są problemy z higieną, ponieważ obydwoje z Żoną przez 24 godz. chorowaliśmy , a z rozmów z innymi osobami wiemy, że chorowało bardzo wielu gości tego hotelu.

Hotel bardzo mnie rozczarował, a jeszcze bardziej ocena Itaki w katalogu jako hotelu 5 gwiazdkowego. Hotel stary. Po remoncie jedynie być może recepcja. Pokój umeblowany starymi, tandetnymi, rozpadającymi się meblami. Smród w łazience z kanalizacji. Jadalnia wyglądała jak stołówka lub kantyna, a nie jak elegancka restauracja w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Stare meble, brudne obrusy. Jedzenie powtarzalne, jak z garkuchni lub ulicznego baru. Po dwóch dniach stołowania się w restauracji hotelu Stella Beach zatrułyśmy się i przez dwa dni miałyśmy bardzo duże problemy żołądkowe. Zero klasy, zero elegancji. Wstyd dla Itaki, że nie weryfikuje standardu oferowanych hoteli. W żadnym widocznym miejscu w hotelu nie było informacji o tym, że jest to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy. Rezydent próbował tłumaczyć, że raz nadany 20 lat temu status nie ulega zmianie. Nie jest to prawdą, ponieważ wielokrotnie byłam na urlopie w Turcji w 5 gwiazdkowych hotelach (również z Itaką) i mam porównanie. Szkoda straconego urlopu i pieniędzy.

Hotel w fajnym miejscu największym plusem jest plaża prywatna dla hotelu, do jedzenia trzeba się przyzwyczaić ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje czyste zadbane, sprzątane codziennie. Wifi w lobby bardzo dobre w pokojach średnio. Pan pseudo manager ( [...]) przede wszystkim bardzo niemiły, arogancki, i chamski pytając się o coś odpowiadał wyższym tonem, był odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie dyskotek lecz dosłownie wyganiał gości z tego co wiem nie byliśmy pierwsi. Takiego pracowania powinno się zwolnić jest to minus dla hotelu.

Hotel Stella Beach jak najbardziej ok, wysoki standart jak na Turcję, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Dobre wyżywienie, miła obsługa (poza małymi wyjątkami), czystość też nie na najgorszym poziomie. Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany, wyjście na plażę bezpośrednio z hotelu. Bardzo fajne animacje, szkoda tylko że nie prowadzone również w języku polskim. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu, i z przyjemnością możemy go polecić.

Hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek i chyba sam o tym wie, bo nawet ich nie prezentuje na szyldzie. Hotel zaniedbany, pokoje bardzo basicowe. Plaza wyłącznie kamienista, to nie jest plaza żwirowo-kamienista tylko same kamienie, bardzo duży spadek przy brzegu, takze tylko dla dzieci umiejących pływać. Animacje dla dorosłych i dzieci bardzo słabe. Jedzenie ok. przejazd autokarem ok 2h - przymusowy postoj 20 min po drodze w srodku nocy (na ok 20 min przed celem podrozy) to samo w drodze powrotnej - po co? bardzo to było irytujące

Hotelu nie polecam z uwagi na brak sprzątania pokoju, przez cały pobyt były jedynie dwukrotnie wyniesione śmieci i raz wymienione ręczniki - tzn. sami poszliśmy i zabraliśmy nowe bo nie mogliśmy się doprosić. Jedzenie standardowe, nie podobałą mi się stołówka w której były stoliki, trochę takie wrażenie stołówki szkolnej. Na plus że Wifi było w pokoju, blisko plaża, fajne osłonięcie basenu dla dzieci i grillowa kuchnia na zewnątrz, chociaż raz czekałem na jedzenie z 30 min bo zabrakło tależy a później mięsa, za duża liczba osób przyjęte ostatniego dnia do hotelu. Drugi raz wybrałbym inny hotel, dla mnie średnia ocena.

Pokój bardzo dawno nie odnawiany . czasy świetności minęły bezpowrotnie . Obsługa w pokojach średnia, jak nie dasz napiwku to nic nie zrobią, pościeli nie zmienią, tak było w pierwszy dzień. Napiwek w postaci 1$ dostają i bardzo się starają....jedzenie bardzo dobre, basen też fajny. nie za duży. ale z dzieckiem czas można miło spędzić... wakacje były udane ale hotel to oceniamy niestety tak na 3.6 gwiazdki Pozdrawiamy serdecznie
