Hotel położony przy lini przegiętej w otoczeniu innych hoteli. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, przeważająca część turystów to Rosjanie. Jedzenia dużo ale często powtarzające się. Leżak przy basenie niestety trzeba rano sobie zająć ponieważ hotel ma ciągle full obłożenie. Ogólnie wyjazd udany.

Przede wszystkim na uwagę zasługuje wyjątkowa czystość – pokoje były sprzątane regularnie, a ręczniki wymieniane codziennie lub co drugi dzień, co sprawiało, że zawsze panował tu porządek i świeżość. Dodatkowo, środki czystości były systematycznie dokładane, co świadczy o wysokim standardzie dbałości o gości. Baseny w hotelu były zadbane i czyste, a wokół nich panowała przyjemna atmosfera. To idealne miejsce zarówno do relaksu, jak i aktywnego wypoczynku. Co więcej, jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji było bardzo smaczne i zróżnicowane – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, zarówno na śniadaniach, obiadach, jak i kolacjach. Obsługa hotelu była niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna, zawsze z uśmiechem podchodziła do gości, co dodatkowo umilało pobyt. Podobnie jak kilka osób z opinii poniżej, niestety też podczas urlopu w Q Premium doznałyśmy zatrucia pokarmowego. Dodam, że to były nasze piąte wakacje w Turcji, zatem nie jest to nasze pierwsze zetknięcie z tamtejszą florą bakteryjną. Zgłosiłyśmy oczywiście to w recepcji hotelowej. Jedzenie było dobre, bardzo duży wybór - nie wiemy co dokładnie było powodem zatrucia. Jeśli chodzi o hotel - oceniamy go dobrze, w pokoju jest raczej wszystko, czego potrzeba. Plaża jest kamienista, buty do wody są niezbędne. Raczej dość głęboko jeśli chodzi o dzieci. Poza tym plaża na bieżąco sprzątana, woda ma wspaniały kolor. Minusem jest zajmowanie leżaków przez gości hotelowych, którzy przez cały dzień potrafili się na plaży nie pojawić. Bliskość do baru z plaży to duża zaleta. Niektórzy Panowie z obsługi hotelowej niestety są dość nachalni w stosunku do kobiet i kilkukrotnie trzeba było odmawiać im podania prywatnego kontaktu do siebie. Zdarzyło sie, iż jeden pan z obsługi przychodził nawet do naszego pokoju, żeby prosić o dane kontaktowe do siostry.

Przemiła obsługa, w większości młode osoby. Bardzo kontaktowe i pomocne. Pomimo kamieni uważam że plaża jest bardzo ładna, na duże uznanie zasługuje kolor wody morza.. wspaniały. Niestety najlepszym dniem pobytu był ten ostatni ze względu na to że w tym dniu nie było animatorów w hotelu. Animatorzy zajmują się muzyką a tym hotelu, a ściślej pisząc jeden z animatorów odgrywa rolę DJ .. masakra, niepotrzebny halas i nie da się tego słuchać. Codziennie to samo.

Wyżywienie to już jest dramat, codziennie to samo,w jadalni śmierdzi. Prawdą jest to co piszą inni,ludzie tam CHORUJĄ!!!!. Ja zaczęłam źle się czuć drugiego dnia a trzeciego karetką jechałam do cliniki. Spędziłam tam 5 godzin a w międzyczasie przyjechały cztery osoby z QPREMIUM. Wokół basenów jest brudno i slisko ,stoi woda i ludzie się wywracają. Plaża bardzo kamienista, dzieci nie popluskają się na brzegu bo szybko jest głęboko i załamuje się fala przez co brzeg jest niespokojny. NIE POLECAM TEGO HOTELU !!!

W mojej ocenie hotel Q Premium to 5 gwiazdek plus ! Nowoczesny, czysty, z miłą i uczynną obsługą. Świetnie położony w bezpośredniej bliskości plaży i wyposażony we wszystko czego oczekiwałem. z każdego pokoju boczny widok na morze i hotelowe baseny. Raczej nigdy nie wracam w miejsca które już odwiedziłem wcześniej, ale w przypadku tego hotelu nie wykluczam ponownego pobytu.

W hotelu zapewniają różne świetne zabawy gorąco polecam napewno nie będziesz się nudzić czystość daje na 5 , napewno jeszcze tam wrócę polecam też wycieczki są bardzo fajne i świetni ludzie prowadzą widać że robią to z pasją ;) różnie bardzo fajne są tam animacje , plaża trochę więcej piasku i było by wyśmienicie ;)

Hotel duży, ładny, robi wrażenie, pokój który mieliśmy na dwie osoby mały mógłby być większy, ale z drugiej strony przychodziło się tam dosłownie przespać, balkon mały, z suszarką do powieszenia mokrych rzeczy, bez stolika i krzeseł, w pokoju brak czajnika, gdzie przy standardzie 5* powinien być, natomiast nam nie był potrzebny. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie, można powiedzieć że było optymalne, nie robiło wrażenia wow ale dało się coś wybrać, sporo osób miało problemy żołądkowe, nie wiem jaka mogła być bezpośrednia przyczyna, nam na szczęście nie było nic, może dlatego, że nie wrzucaliśmy w siebie wszystkiego jak w śmietnik. Można się przyczepić do czystości basenów, przez cały pobyt, wieczorami nie widzieliśmy żeby były w jakiś sposób czyszczone, a na dnie widać było osad czy lekki bród. Drugą kwestią była nachlapana woda przy basenach, gdzie nikt jej ściągaczką nie ściągał, przez co dzieciom zdarzało się na mokrej powierzchni poślizgnąć, czy nawet dorośli na niej ujeżdżali. Przy tak dużym hotelu i obłożeniu powinno być zdecydowanie więcej leżaków, przez co są oczywiście wcześnie rano rezerwowane, a z tego co usłyszeliśmy jeżeli się rzuci coś jednemu z obsługi to on rezerwuje później z rana "hurtowo". Trochę kiepskie bo przez większość dnia niektóre leżaki były zarezerwowane a nikt na nie nie przychodził. Jeżeli chodzi o plaże to zawsze leżaki były, plaża kamienista, w morzu dość mała powierzchnia gdzie jest płytko, szybko robi się głębiej. Generalnie jak na 5* gdzie ktoś już ma porównanie, jest trochę niedociągnięć.

W hotelu na korytarzach brak klimy , monotonia w posiłkach , plaża drobne kamienie , które dają o sobie znać podczas wejścia do morza , wieczorami podczas pobytu 8 dniowego tylko 2 razy było okey tj. dj na tarasie przy lobby i afrykańskie akrobacje. Po trzech nocach w dużym pokoju mój kolega musiał opuścić pokój i przeprowadzić się do standardowego pokoju (rzekomo problem techniczny , tyle że w tym pokoju po3 godzinach już była inna rodzina) . Ogólnie monotonia zabija wszystko. Poza hotelem w okolice jedyna atrakcja to wieczorne wyjście na dwa bazary. Hotel ten nadaję się max. na 5 nocy-monotonia.
