Hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi rewelacyjny. Spędziliśmy tam 2 tygodnie z 3-latką i 9-latkiem:) Dzieci zadowolone, pełno atrakcji. Cały czas coś się działo w hotelu. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, miła i natychmiastowo działająca. Obsługiwani byliśmy cały czas, żadna brudna szklanka czy talerz nie stał na stole dłużej niż kilka minut. Dbają o gości bardzo. Jedyny minus to widok z pokoju - niestety trafiliśmy z powodu braku możliwości wyboru pokoju na niby widok gór z jednej i morza z drugiej strony bo to 4 piętro, ale na dole było zaplecze hotelowe (śmietniki). Poza tym bez uwag. :)

Hotel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Pokoje czyste, codzienna zmiana ręczników oraz sprzątanie. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone, fajnie, że są lokalne dania, które są przyrządzane na bieżąco. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Atrakcji ogrom, animacje dla dla najmłodszych, zabawy w basenie, w pianie, konkursy, aerobik, zumba itd. Codzienny wieczorny występ w amfiteatr. Do plaży bliziutko - 5 min. spacerek. Polecam hotel bez dwóch zdań.

S hotelem jsme velice spokojení, úklid pokojů a doplnění vody na pokoji každý den, personál vstřícný, jídla vždy dostatek, nestalo se, že by něco došlo a nebylo doplněno, stoly průběžně uklizené, bazény čisté, voda teplejší, ale to se dá čekat v místech, kde je ve stínu skoro 40 C, pláž také super, trochu se jde pěšky, ale do 10 minut pomalou chůzí s dětmi jste na pláži, nejde se přes žádnou cestu, je udělán podchod pod mostem, plážový servis ok, vše v pořádku. Možná by mohly být déle otevřené tobogány, a byly zavřené v poledne, ale to jsme stejně byli na obědě a pak jsme šli vždy na chvíli s dětmi na pokoj. Určitě dopočuji rodinám s dětmi, každý večer mminidiskotéka, animační programy, tématické večery cca 3 za týden.

Hotel czysty, jedzenia dużo, plaża najlepsza na jakiej byłam w Turcji, piasek i łagodne zejście do morza po prostu rewelacja, baseny też są fajne ale ilość ludzi stłoczona na tak małej powierzchni przeraża najlepiej przebywać na basenie przy nowej części hotelu tam jest w miarę spokojnie Byliśmy w tym hotelu 5 lat temu i byliśmy zadowoleni lecz w tym roku już nie ,przez dokupienie nowego budynku hotel dużo stracił, jest stanowczo za dużo ludzi a teren ten sam.

W hotelu My Home Resort byłem w roku 2019 i był bardzo ok. W roku 2024 hotel powiększył się o dodatkowy budynek i mały basen. Ilość miejsca zwiększyła się nieznacznie w stosunku do ilości gości. (...)
W hotelu My Home Resort byłem w roku 2019 i był bardzo ok. W roku 2024 hotel powiększył się o dodatkowy budynek i mały basen. Ilość miejsca zwiększyła się nieznacznie w stosunku do ilości gości. Powoduje to problemy typu wojna o leżaki, brak miejsc na stołówce szczególnie widoczny w czasie kolacji. Dodatkowo talerze są bardzo często brudne a szklanki po prostu śmierdzące. W dniu przyjazdu walizki zostawione na recepcji do dostarczenia przez boya hotelowego stały ponad 2 godziny bo podobno był ale nikt mu nie otwierał. Przy drugiej próbie dostarczenia bagażu nie wiedział gdzie ma iść i rzucił mi walizki pod nogi dodatkowo poszedł do reszty naszej 19 osobowej grupy i zaczął się awanturować. W czasie pobytu organizowałem wspólnie z panią manager urodziny żony. Miał być tort z zimnymi ogniami i szampan w restauracji a la carte podany zaraz po naszym przyjściu. Obsługa zaczęła się nami interesować jakąś godzinę po wejściu, szampan został podany po kolejnej na wyraźne polecenie a na koniec zaproponowali abym tort zabrał sobie do pokoju bo zapomnieli podać. Przy próbie reklamacji zaproponowano mi że mogą zorganizować to jeszcze raz w innym terminie. W związku z tym proponuję nie organizować niczego po za tym co wykracza po za standard. Pokój w miarę przyzwoity, choć przydało by się odświeżyć. Dodatkowo w naszym pokoju uszkodzona klimatyzacja wydawała dźwięk młota pneumatycznego. W moim odczuciu hotel walczy dzielnie o odebranie co najmniej jednej gwiazdki. Na plus plaża i morze. Droga powrotna na lotnisko podstawiony autokar w bardzo złym stanie technicznym (rumor z zawieszenia i smród spalin w środku) dodatkowo padało po drodze i walizki z luku bagażowego wyjęliśmy mokre i ubłocone.

Pobyt w hotelu My home resort 2 os dorosłe i dzieci 10 i 14 lat 10.08-21.08.2024 - wszystko było idealnie. Dojazd z lotniska ok 2 godzin. Hotel składa się z 4 częsci - budynek A w którym byliśmy zakwaterowani na 4 piętrze pokój 1403, przy drodze na plażę, budynek B w którym są duże pokoje rodzinne i główna restauracja, budynek C gdzie pokoje na parterze mają prywatne baseny i najnowszy budynek D, gdzie kwaterowani są głównie Niemcy. Pokoje standardowe są wszędzie takie same, łóżko małżeńskie, łóżko pojedyncze, 2 rozkładane fotele i dostawka- łóżko polowe, duża szafa, toaletka, lodówka. Pokój ładny, wystarczający dla 4 osób, codziennie sprzątany, bezpłatny sejf. Balkon z wieszakami na pranie, stolikiem i krzesełkami. Za ręczniki plażowe nie była pobierana kaucja jak pisze w ofercie. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone jedzenie w restauracji głównej, przy basenie i na plaży bar z przekąskami, bar z napojami czynny całą dobę. Restauracja a la carte do wyboru włoska lub barbecue - polecam wloską -bardzo dobre jedzenie i w dużej ilości. Dojście na plażę przyjemne, bliziutko ok 250 m, plaża ładna piaczysta z łagodnym zejściem do wody, darmowe leżaki i parasole, zawsze znajdzie się wolny o dowolnej porze. Na terenie hotelu kilka basenów, mini aquapark że zjeżdżalniami dla dzieci, fajne animacje w ciągu dnia i wieczorem. Przy hotelu parę sklepów, ok 1.5 km dalej centrum Avsallar z bazarami, sklepami i restauracjami. Do Alanya można się dostać lokalnym busem za ok 2 eur, przystanek niedaleko hotelu. Jedyny mały minus to leżaki przy basenach, które są ciasno ułożone koło siebie i brakuje przejścia. Całość pobytu bardzo udana, polecam hotel kazdemu

Mimo różnych opinii na temat tego hotelu dla nas było w porządku. Bardzo fajnie spędzony czas. Mankamentem był permanentny brak leżaków w okół basenu, ale i na to znaleźliśmy rozwiązanie. Ponadto hotel odwiedza bardzo dużo Polaków, a niestety brak jest animacji dla dzieci w języku polskim (brak osoby z Polski w Kids Clubie opiekujacej sie dzieciakami, czuły by sie one wtedy tam bardziej komfortowo). Nad tym aspektem też można by pomyśleć i wprowadzić. Poza tym stosunek jakości do ceny mysle ze jest ok.

Jesteśmy bardzo ale to bardzo rozczarowani i niezadowoleni z tegorocznych wakacji w Turcji a raczej pobytu w hotelu..W Turcji byliśmy już 4 razy to był nas 5 raz i śmiało mogę napisać że ten hotel nie powinien mieć 5 * może kiedyś ale nie na cheile obecną.Pokoje bardzo czyste no i na tym można było by skończyć.Syf na basenie wieczorami nie był myty tylko powierzchownie rzeczy na lerzaksch nie zostawały zdejmowane więc już była tzw rezerwacja ,rano byly znikome szanse by znaleźć wolny leżak.Dziennie bitwa kłótnie zdejmowanie komuś ręczników z leżaków by ktoś mógł inny się położyć i straszny ścisk ponieważ basen jest bardzo mały do osób zameldowanych w hotelu.Animacje i animatorzy bez ikry, humoru drętwi że brak słów do zabaw głównie brali obywateli z Rosji Turcji ale głównie na całym hotelu faworyzowani byli tylko obywatele Rosji a my byliśmy dyskryminowani co dało się odczuwać na każdym kroku czy to przez animacje czy przez restauracje gdzie napoje pierw były noszone im, na stołówce również mieli swoje stoliki a jsk ktoś zajął przysłowiowy ich stolik to obsługa prosila o zmianę miejsca byliśmy tego 2 razy świadkami.Jedzenie było dobre ale w innych hotelach było o niebo lepsze.Plaza hotelowa czysta personel dbał o czystość i można z reka na sercu powiedzieć że na plaży było czyściej niż na basenie

Pobyt w Hotelu My Home Resort oceniam bardzo dobrze. Zarówno obsługa w hotelu, jak i w obrębie basenów zasługuje na bardzo wysokie oceny. Wszyscy wiedzą jakie są ich obowiązki, starają się je wypełniać najlepiej jak potrafią będąc przy tym bardzo uprzejmym. Sporo osób zna podstawowe zwroty po polsku. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, świeże. Sporo posiłków, nie możliwości by poczuć głód Byliśmy początkiem sierpnia. Ogromna ilość osób w tym czasie. Czasem w porze obiadu musieliśmy poczekać na zwolnienie się stolika. A gdy już go znaleźliśmy, obsługa zmieniała szybkono obrus, przynosiła sztućce. Wszystko bardzo sprawnie. Na basenach Sporo atrakcji. Teren zadbany, czysty. W hotelu panie sprzątające również wykonują swoją pracę dokładnie. Miłe widziane kilka euro, wówczas pokój lśni Zejście do plaży ok. Dość krotka trasa. Leżaków na plaży jest bardzo dużo. Do określonej godziny bar z przekąskami i napojami. Ogólnie polecamy ten hotel na fajne wakacje.

Hotel czysty, duży wybór jedzenia, bardzo dużo atrakcji dla dzieci i świetne animacje. Blisko do morza z piaszczystą plażą, rewelacyjna obsługa. Woda w basenach czysta i ciepła, zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci. Po przybyciu do hotelu stwierdziliśmy obesnosc mrówek w pokoju, który był na parterze, ale za niewielką dopłatą dostaliśmy pokój na wyższym piętrze z widokiem na basen, który to gorąco polecam. Ogólnie hotel 10/10!
