Hotel bardzo fajny, dużo atrakcji - w sam raz dla rodzin z dziećmi lub na wyjazd ze znajomymi. Codziennie wieczorne animacje dla dzieci a po nich wieczory tematyczne dla starszych w amfiteatrze. W dzień atrakcje typu "piana party", siatkówka, piłka ręczna w wodzie, joga, aerobik w wodzie itp. Jedzenie w porządku, różnorodne, dwa wieczory tematyczne w ciągu 7 dniowego pobytu (kuchnia meksykańska oraz turecka). Codziennie uzupełniana woda butelkowana w pokoju. Pokoje zadbane, codziennie sprzątane. Pomimo sporego obłożenia, miejsc przy basenie i na plaży nie brakowało, gorzej było z miejscem siedzącym w porze kolacji.

Od momentu przyjazdu widać, jak bardzo dba się tu o każdy szczegół – hotel jest nie tylko piękny, ale również niesamowicie zadbany i czysty. Każdy zakątek lśni, co sprawia, że pobyt jest jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Atrakcje i rozrywka są na najwyższym poziomie – nie sposób się tam nudzić! Codziennie czekała na nas masa aktywności i zabaw, zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Animacje, baseny, wieczorne show – wszystko dopracowane i pełne energii. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu, wyzywi nie na bardzo wysokim poziomie, wszystko nam smakowało, dzieci również zadowoleni, zawsze znaleźli coś dla siebie, obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, Panie układały z ręczników łabędzie i różne inne ozdoby. Droga na plażę bardzo przyjemna w tunelu z kwiatów co powodowało że szło się z uśmiechem na twarzy. Hotel na prawdę polecamy wszystkim z czystym sumieniem

Czysto najważniejsze, bardzo mili animatorzy ,przy posiłkach obsługa bardzo sprawna tylko czasami bez pytania zabierała talerz z przed nosa .Jedzenia do wyboru do koloru kto co chciał.Plaza ładna choć dużo bezpańskich psów które załatwiały swoje potrzeby.Ogolnie pobyt uważam za udany!!!

Hotel niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Piękny w środku , zdobiony , ładne baseny . Niestety obsługa(nie wszyscy oczywiście ) i jedzenie bylo fatalne . Uwaga opinia z perspektywy wakacji z osobą na wózku inwalidzkim-może komuś się przyda . Hotel faktycznie dostosowany . Ale za większy pokój by czuć się swobodniej kazali dopłacić 70 euro na co nas nie stać więc byliśmy w tym standardowym najmniejszym . Nigdzie na stronie hotelu , w google a czytaliśmy wszystko-nie ma że plaża jest po takich schodach że nie ma szans wejść na plażę . A to jest bardzo ważne ! Nawet dla rodzin z wózkami dla dzieci . My nie wyobrażamy sobie zapłacić tyle za wakacje i nie móc się kąpać w morzu . Gdy zapytaliśmy hotel , informacje , Itakę czy jest inna plaża gdzie możemy pójść -nie po schodach - nikt nam nie pomógł .

Bardzo dużo sałatek różnych przystawek zieleniny dodatków do pieczywa przy basenie codziennie pieczone gofry i "pączki" a do nich masa dodatków codziennie wieczorami muzyka tańce przedstawienia hotel tętni życiem .Jedyną bolączką jest mała plaża ciasna z małym barem starym sprzętem wszystko w takim nieładzie.Samo dojście do plaży teżjest nieciekawe
