Codziennie rowniez jakies specjalnosci kuchni tureckiej. Jezyk w jakim wszystko jest opisane w hotelu to rosyjski, angielski, niemiecki i turecki, miejmy nadzieje ze to sie zmieni, obsluga za to bardzo stara sie mowic po Polsku :) Czystosc w miare dobra, stoliki w restauracji jak i przy lezakach na basenie, czy na plazy hotelowej caly czas sprzatane, widac ze obsluga istnieje. Kazdy z obslugi usmiechniety a klijent wypoczety.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni zarówno z organizacji wyjazdu przez biuro podróży jak i z samego hotelu. Hotel czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie,obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża blisko,wielki plus za samochód który dowoził na plażę i z powrotem. Jedzenie pyszne,urozmaicone,nie można chodzić głodnym,ponieważ cały dzień w różnych bufetach serwowane było jedzenie,także na plaży. Hotel i okolica bardzo bezpieczne. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyjazdu i szczerze możemy polecić hotel.

Hotel Laguna na fajnym poziomie nie mam porównania do innych hoteli bo to był mój pierwszy raz w Turcji ale napewno wrócę kiedyś jeszcze. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie jest w porządku można znaleźć coś dla siebie, podczas naszego pobytu były różne wieczory wieczór turecki i wieczór rybny można było naprawdę fajnie podejść. W hotelu można Dobrze porozumieć się po angielsku z większością obsługi, pokoje wystarczające my mieliśmy z widokiem bocznym na morze i kompleks basenowy, codziennie sprzątane. Jedynym minusem jest to że nie są dokładane słodkie napoje tylko woda ale z drugiej strony wszystko jest w barze. Baseny wporzadku jeżeli już znudzi nam się plaża woda w morzu czysta szczególnie koło laguny można snurkowac widać rybki małe krabki a jak się dobrze poszuka miejsca to można nawet skoczyć ze skał do wody. Na plażę dowozi Jeep więc dobra opcja dla leniwych. Na plaży też jest bar też można coś zjeść napić się sa też stragany gdzie można kupić Świerże owoce inne niż dostępne w barze. Można sobie kupić jakieś sporty wodne tuż obok także fajna opcja jazda na nartach wodnych skok na spadochronie itp. W hotelu dostępny Haman masaż fryzjer także że dobra opcja. Jakieś kilometr od hotelu jest duży bazar gdzie będziecie mogli się odkupić jest market gdzie kupiciecie wszystko co może się przydać na powrót pamiątkę czy porostu na normalny dzień. Klapki materace maski do nurkowanie ręczniki itp. Na bazarze jest też restauracja w której można zjeść kebab,steka itp. Na bazarze również kantor jeżeli ktoś potrzebuje liry przydają się żeby płacić u lokalnych sprzedawców. Z tyłu bazaru jest też pięć bankomatów. Alara Grant Bazar. Koło hotelu też są bazarki ale tutaj można się potargować i znaleźć coś w lepszej cenie. Ogólnie podsumowując są plusy i minusy tego hotelu, ale ogólne wrażenie pozytywnie. Jak to mówią w każdej opinii jest ziarno prawdy ale nie demonizujmy. I pamiętajmy że nasze opinie też skłaniają innych do wyboru. Ogólnie Kraj piękny jeżeli ktoś boji się tureckich sprzedawców wystarczy ich ignorować nie odpowiadać jeżeli nie jesteśmy zainteresowani inni to zrozumieją. Można zobaczyć i góry i może i piękne zabytki tydzień tak szybko zleci i będziecie musieli wracać. Ogólnie śmiało można polecić. A każdy z nas ma inny gust ale śmiało nie ma się czego bać w tym hotelu choć dla mnie to on zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki takie europejskim standardzie.

Pobyt udany, pokój obszerny w dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania, duża szafa z wieszakami, duża łazienka i gdyby nie zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem przez co stało się w wodzie podczas mycia się to wszystko było super. Czysto i obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i miła. Do plaży 2-3 minuty zejściem z hotelu, można było też podjechać jeepem jeśli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem bo do plaży prowadzi stromą ścieżka. Na plaży jest bar gdzie można zawsze coś się napić czy zjeść( polecam placki z czekoladą które robi przy tobie pani z załogi- pyszne). Leżaki na plaży wygodne, mają parasole i jest ich wystarczająco dla każdego chętnego. Jedzenia jest naprawdę sporo do wyboru ale niestety ciężko trafić na naprawdę ciepłe danie nawet jak przyjdzie się na lunch czy kolację zaraz po otwarciu. Masa słodkości do wyboru ale bardziej to wygląda niż smakuje, choć to kwestia gustu. Woda w basenie czysta i ciepła, wchodzi się do basenu bez efektu” gęsiej skórki ”. Ogólnie oceniam pobyt bardzo dobrze i polecam ten hotel .

Hotel wizualnie bardzo ładny. Kilka basenów, jeden z dość dużą zjeżdżalnią. W jednym miejscu przy basenie był bardzo dziwny zapach - nie wiemy do dzisiaj z czego wynikał, bo na pewno nie z toalety. W hotelu dostępna siłownia, strefa spa (sauna, masaże, jacuzzi) oraz mini market. Hotel tętni życiem, animatorzy robią dobrą robotę. Animacje były ciekawe, w hotelu dużo różnych aktywności. Plaża hotelowa żwirkowa, woda ma piękny kolor. Szybko robi się głęboko. Jedyny minus jeśli chodzi o plażę to leżaki hotelowe mogłyby być czystsze, goście nie zawsze pozostawiają je w dobrym stanie,. Pokoje czyste, zadbane, codziennie sprzątane z wymienianiem ręczników, w łazience zestaw kosmetyków. Łóżko wygodne, wiele poduszek. Do dyspozycji gości lodówka ze schłodzonymi napojami (do wypicia za darmo). Spory wybór potraw podczas posiłku oraz ciast, mogłoby być więcej dań typowo europejskich (adekwatnie do regionu było dużo cielęciny i baraniny). Praktycznie o każdej porze dnia jedzenie dostępne w jednej lub kilku z restauracji/ barów hotelowych. Dostępna restauracja a la carte. Pracownicy hotelu uprzejmi.

Hotel miał być najbardziej imprezowy. Niestety tak nie było. Zamiast imprez było Bingo. Dyskoteka jak już była to w piwnicy w cuchnącym miejscu od północy do 2, napoje i alkochole płatne. W pokoju nie było możliwości ustawienia wody w trakcie mycia. Albo leciała lodowata albo bardzo gorąca. Jedzenie monotonne. Brak owoców morza. Jeden rodzaj ryby podany na 3 sposoby. Ten hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Obsługa traktowała luksusowo osoby, które na każdym kroku zostawiały napiwki. Bez tego traktowali ludzi bez szacunku.

Hotel dobrze położony, wyżywienie bardzo dobre, obsługa hotelowa bardzo dobra, słabe animacje dla gości, ciągle się powtarzające i mało przyciągające gości do zabawy, brakowało więcej muzyki tanecznej i tańców, dyskoteki rozpoczynające się za późno i krótko trwające, sala do dyskotek nieprzyjemna, śmierdziało stęchlizną i trzeba było kupować napoje w barze. Mało wieczornych zabaw i imprez tanecznych. W pokoju fatalny przepływ wody pod prysznicem, trzeba było często regulować przepływ ciepłej i zimnej wody, trochę w łazience czuć zapachy z kanalizacji.
