Hotel mocno średni. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, w olbrzymiej ilości, wszystkie alkohole w zakresie all inclusive. Obsługa miła i pomocna. 3 hotelowe plaże. Niestety czystość hotelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia - jest brudno na korytarzach i wokół basenu, czuć nieprzyjemny zapach. W pokoju, który dostali moi rodzice czuć było cały czas bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. W hotelu miały odbywać się animacje dla dzieci jednak totalnie nic się nie działo. Ogólnie wyjazd udany choć za tą cenę spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego.

Natomiast dużym minusem był pokój a mianowicie stare zniszczone meble, grzyb w łazience i straszny smród z kanalizacji. Komfort podróży jeżeli chodzi o busa którym dowieziono nas do hotelu to tragedia, smród papierosów straszny i słaba klimatyzacja.

Z całego serca polecam ten hotel. Pokój super, z pięknym widokiem na morze, wygodne ogromne lozka. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki, dokładane zimne napoje i woda, kosmetyki. Na wyposażeniu jest suszarka, kapciochy. Plaża cudowna- jedna kamienista, gdzie można obserwować przepiękne ryby, druga piaszczysta. Baseny cudowne wszystkie, bardzo czyste, nigdy też nie zabrakło nam wolnych leżaków, a byliśmy w 4 osoby. Atrakcji było co niemiara, codziennie animacje dla dzieci, zabawy w basenach- aquaaerobik, kort tenisowy, siłownia, stół do ping-pong. Nikt na pewno nie będzie chodził głodny, od rana do późnego wieczora są otwarte bary , jest ich kilka, a w każdym inne jedzonko, także na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Drinki pyszota, do wyboru do koloru. Obsługa przesympatyczna, przez 8 dni naszego pobytu nie widzialam nikogo nadąsanego, każdy uśmiechnięty i pomocny mimo naprawdę dużego obłożenia w sierpniu. Okolica też jest fajna, niedaleko do sklepów z pamiątkami. Szczerze polecam ten hotel!

Hotel jest jednym z dwóch znajdujących się w ośrodku Gold Island (prostokątny, drugi to kopuła). Hotel jest bardzo dobry, jedzenie podobnie. Obsługa życzliwa i pomocna, chociaż mało kto mówi po angielsku. Około połowy obsługi to bardzo pracowite osoby z Azji (zapewne tańsi w zatrudnieniu niż Turcy). Wszystko jest tak jak powinno być w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym. Natomiast wielką i podstawową zaletą hotelu jest lokalizacja (na pewnego rodzaju cyplu), co sprawia że goście mają na wyłączność dużą piaszczystą plażę ze spokojną wodą w zatoczce oraz drugą mniejszą, kamienistą od strony morza, z falami. Podobno można jeszcze korzystać z trzeciej plaży, ale tam nie byłem. Baseny są dwa podstawowe, duży przy kopule i mniejszy przy hotelu prostokątnym, przy tym hotelu jest również dłuższy basen do pływania (strefa bez dzieci). W kopule jest też basen wewnętrzny. Do tego dwa zespoły zjeżdżalni wodnych. To starcza aż nadto, zwłaszcza, że hotele nie są przesadnie duże i w związku z tym nie ma dużo ludzi i tłoku. Leżaków starcza dla każdego, zawsze znajdą się wolne, nie trzeba nic "rezerwować" o brzasku. Teren obiektu jest bardzo duży, można i pospacerować :) Są oczywiście i inne atrakcje, amfiteatr, siłownia etc. Kilka minut drogi od hotelu znajdują się sklepy, bazar, przystanki autobusowe skąd można pojechać np. do Alanii lub Side. Obiekt godny polecenia, przede wszystkim za doskonałe położenie, duży teren tylko dla gości hotelowych, świetny dostęp do plaż i basenów. Goście hotelowi z różnych krajów, na poziomie.

Na wstępie musieliśmy dopłacić 50euro aby dostać pokój który zamawialiśmy. Alternatywą był pokój w mniejszym standardzie z osobnymi łóżkami. Mieliśmy okazję spędzić parę godzin czekając na zameldowanie i widzieliśmy jak inny klienci kłócą się o to. Czując się oszukani tym co zamówili a tym co dostali. Jednych liczyli dodatkowo 20euro od doby nas potraktowali łaskawie 50euro za cały pobyt. Hotel wymaga remontu. Pierwsza dobra to wielkie rozczarowanie czystością i standardem. Dużo niedoróbek. Sam pokój w miarę czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Nie dostaliśmy żadnej informacji o której odbywają się posiłki ani co hotel posiada w ofercie. Więc drodzy przyszli goście nie traćcie czasu na basen i zejdzie do morza przy hotelu. Z opaska Gold island możecie korzystać z basenów i plaż przy hotelu obok gdzie jest wyższy standard. Jest też dostęp do snack baru a kelnerzy przywożą drinki na rolkach po zostawieniu napiwku. Mieliśmy spore oczekiwania co do jedzenia z czego słyną Tureckie hotele. Już po pierwszym dniu wiedzieliśmy że będzie ciężko z różnorodnością. Czasami na kolacjach pojawiało się coś nowego. Po obiekcie poruszają się naganiacze do salonu tatuaży, sklepu z biżuterią, facet od spa co jest mega męczące. Po trzy razy dziennie musisz tłumaczyć że nie chcesz ich usług. Dostępna jest siłownia z fajnym widokiem na morze. Na plus obsługa, kelnerzy. Zawsze uśmiechnięci i pomocni. W drinkach nie żałują alkoholu. Dookoła obiektu liczne bazary, warto przejść się parę razy aby porównać ceny i jakość zanim dokonasz zakupu. Na pieszo nie ma za bardzo gdzie pójść aby coś zobaczyć.

Wyżywienie świetne, wiadomo powtarzające się w różnych postaciach ale bardzo dobre. Może jedynie desery mniej przypadku nam do gustu. Najlepsze kolacje, zawsze jakieś nowości. Dodatkowo mnóstwo przekąsek w postaci m.in. pizzy, frytek, makaronów, tortilli itp. między głównymi posiłkami. Bardzo dobre drinki, szczególnie w barze na dachu nam przypadły do gustu. Plaże wokół hotelu też spoko, do wyboru. Blisko hotelu dosyć fajny bazar z wieloma sklepami.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój na parterze od strony ogrodu, oczywiście bez widoku, ale nie to było problemem. Problemem był pokój śmierdzący kanalizacją, każdy element metalowy w łazience był zardzewiały. Łazienka przystosowana pod niepełnosprawnych, z „siodełkiem” wykonanym z drewna, obślizgły, śmierdzący. Łóżka- dwa były pojedyncze bez możliwości połączenia , a jako dostawka był mikro rozkładany fotelik, w którym nasz syn nie miałby możliwości swobodnego snu. Obsługa niekoniecznie rozmawiała po angielsku, na szczęście dzięki naszej znajomej, która posługuje się językiem,tureckim, na drugi dzień udało się mam dostać lepszy pokój. Rezydentka była miła, ale nie wykazywała chęci pomocy w tej sprawie, udało nam się zalatwic problem tylko i wyłącznie na własną rękę. Strach pomyśleć co by było - zostalibyśmy w otrzymanym śmierdzącym pokoju?
