W Club Kastalia byliśmy drugi rok z rzędu w tym roku na 2 tygodnie. Dla nas to miejsce spełniające wszelkie nasze kryteria. Ogromny teren na którym jest położony jest bardzo zielony co daje też odrobinę wytchnienia od słońca i upału. Pokoje czyste, ręczniki zmieniane codziennie, panie sprzątające przesympatyczne codziennie zostawiały nam zgrzewkę wody. Jedzenie różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nawet córka w wieku 5 lat jadło coś więcej niż frytki i suchy makaron ;) Transfer długi, ale to wiedzieliśmy po zeszłym roku. Animacje z Klubu przyjaciół Itaki super- córka zachwycona Paniami (Kamilą i Pauliną) na serio miała problem z wyborem czy woli zjeżdzalnie czy już iść do mini klubu, a to o czymś świadczy. Plaża kamienista, warto wziąć ze sobą buty do wody. Bardzo ładne i długie molo z którego jest dobre zejście do wody.

Czystość -ok, plaża słaba nie obędzie się bez butów do wody, piasek czarny. Wyżywienie (zależy które, śniadania 7:30 - 10:00 te na dworze OK. Lunch słaby już lepiej chodzić do Snack Baru - tu było lepsze jedzenie. Kolacja była smaczna, ale też głównie to co było przygotowywane na dworze. Pokój, głośno, słychać panie sprzątające od 7 i ludzi na zewnątrz.

Hotel jest ładny i zadbany. Obszar hotelu jest czysty i piękny ale toalety na terenie aquaparku i basenu nie są czyszczone wystarczająco często. Wieczorne występy były bardzo ciekawe, natomiast nie było informacji o dodatkowych atrakcjach jak kid's fest czy piana party na plaży, ominelismy te atrakcje. Barmani serwują często drinki które są niesmaczne, dopiero jak dostaną euro to wiedzą jak poprawnie zrobić drinka. Dostaliśmy informację że internet jest dodatkowo płaty ale powinno być dodane że 2 euro na dzień to jest opłata od każdego urządzenia.

Hotel generalnie w porządku. Zaskoczeniem dla mnie było że hotel nie posiada głównego budynku z pokojami, restauracją i innymi miejscami usługowo rekreacyjnymi tylko stanowi kompleks osobnych budynków. Po przejściu z pokoju na posiłki docierałam totalnie zgotowana. W restauracji brak wystarczającej ilości miejsc w klimatyzowanej sali pozostawał stolik na zewnątrz w upale. W pokoju klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Bardzo trudna komunikacja z personelem włącznie z recepcją, nie posługują się językiem angielskim., ale jakoś się wszystko udawało załatwić. Brak informacji gdzie odbywają się animacje- wyczytałam w necie z opinii gości. Baseny, aquapark i przestrzeń dla gości rekompensowały wszystkie niedogodności- ogólnie super.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 100%, wakacje spędzaliśmy z 6 letnim dzieckiem, który wrócił bardzo zadowolony, a wiadomo, że jak dziecko zadowolone to rodzice też :) pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, jedzenia / picia pod dostatkiem (żadnych rewolucji żołądkowych nie było ;)), obsługa miła, woda w basenach cieplutka, aquapark idealny dla dzieci 5-10 lat, mogłabym tam wrócić :)

Hotel w bardzo dobrym położeniu. Do najbliższych sklepów niecałe 10 minut pieszo. Pokoje czyste przestronne. Codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa przemila, sympatyczna i zawsze pomocna. Baseny rozłożone po całym obiekcie. Zawsze beż względu na godzinę dostępny był jakiś leżak. Jedzenie smaczne świeże urozmaicone i duzy wybór, dodatkowo tematyczne kolacje. Kelnerzy i barmani najlepsi bardzo uczynni gotowi do pomocy. Obsługa pojedynczo mówi w języku polskim. Plaża bezpośrednia czysta również bez walki o leżaki. Baseny czyste, sprzęty nieuszkodzone, nawierzchnia również. Program animacyjny dla dzieci i dorosłych również na duży +. Hotel wpisuje na listę jeszcze tu wrócę

Bardzo udane wakacje. Hotel jest świetny i posiada dużo basenów (mimo ręczników rzucanych o świcie, nie ma problemu z miejscem o każdej porze dnia). Jedzenie było rewelacyjne, rzadko zdarza się w hotelach na all jeść na prawdę smacznie. Jeśli ktoś uwielbia spędzać czas na plaży to polecam inne miejsce, bo tutaj niestety nie poszaleje - plaża jest żwirkowata, brudząca, szału nie ma. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują również Panie Animatorki, moja 6 letnia córka, która jest raczej dzieckiem nieśmiałym w pierwszym kontakcie codziennie chętnie chodziła na animacje, nawet upominając nas kiedy odebraliśmy ją zbyt wcześnie. Z ważnych uwag, o ile to dla kogoś istotne - w hotelu nie ma darmowego Internetu, nawet w recepcji. Dobrze mieć to na uwadze, bo nie jest już standardem w dzisiejszych czasach. Jeśli chodzi o wycieczki - jedną odbyliśmy na własną rękę, do Alanyi, wystarczy wyjść z hotelu, co jakiś czas przejeżdżają lokalne busiki, kierowca używa klaksonu, wystarczy pomachać i wsiadamy, koszt to ok. 1,5 € od osoby. Druga wycieczka była organizowana przez Itakę - zielony kanion i tutaj uważam, że była fajna, ale zupełnie niewarta swojej ceny. Wycieczka trwała cały dzień, natomiast samego pływania były ok. 2 godziny, dużo czasu zajął przejazd, obiad (który szału nie zrobił) i wizyta na bazarze.

Pamukkale — a trip to one of the greatest wonders of nature. Ride through the picturesque Taurus Mountains. Stop at a vantage point with a panoramic view of the famous travertines (forms of karst).
