Po super opiniach hotelu w internecie oraz w biurze, spodziewałam się lepszego standardu. Hotel poprawny, takie Polskie 3+/naciągane 4. Pokój superior dość spory, w miarę czysty (chociaż pod łóżkami sporo kurzu) ale obecność mrówek trochę obniża komfort. Łazienka z dużym prysznicem, czysto (brak mydla w dozowniku przy zlewie). Wyżywienie średnie, warzywa w kółko takie same, sosy do nich bez smaku i niepodpisane. W restauracji kolejki po ciepłe jedzenie, to podawane w budynku monotonne, natomiast live cooking na zewnątrz dużo lepszy. Ciasta kiepskie, wszystko bardzo słodkie, codziennie takie same tylko z innymi odzobnikami. Dużym problemem (szczególnie mając dzieci) są godziny posiłków głównych: śniadania 7:30-10, obiad 12:30-14, a kolacja dopiero od 19-21, gdzie od godziny 16:00 nie ma co zjeść, prócz słodkich przekąsek w Teagarden, których fizycznie o tej porze i tak już nie było. Godziny pracy aquaparku 10-12:30 i 14-16:30 też bardzo nieprzemyślane, jakby wymuszające pójście na obiad, bo wyżywienie przy aquaparku bardzo ograniczone (tylko frytki, nuggetsy, pizza), z alkoholi jedynie piwo, a właściwie tylko tam (10-16) można było zjeść bez przebierania się w suche ubrania. Teren dość rozległy, więc dużo trzeba chodzić. Pełno spacerujących kotów, co akurat dla mnie na plus. Stan techniczny zjeżdżalni w brodziku satysfakcjonujący, ale dużo pordzewiałych elementów łączenia - śruby, nakrętki, stopy podtrzymujące, które są cały czas w wodzie, do tego woda słabo polewała zjeżdżalnie i ciężko było zjechać. Większe zjeżdżalnie dla starszych dzieci są ok ale basen jest zbyt płytki i zjazd z dzieckiem w tandemie kończy się uderzeniem pupą dla rodzica o dno (90cm głębokości). Największe zjeżdżalnie ok (tutaj głębokość basenu już 1,25m). Internet płatny 12 euro / 8 dni (za urządzenie), ale działa w całym obiekcie, także na plaży

Minus to położenie hotelu daleko od lotniska, standard hotelu - nie jest to jakiś ekskluzywny hotel. Internet również płatny. Hotel jest ok i tyle. Jeśli ktoś szuka super ekskluzywnych atrakcji, to nie jest to hotel dla niego.

Dzień dobry, opinia na temat hotelu niestety negatywna, z uwagi na: 1. dyskryminacje Polaków, tj.: kwaterowanie Polaków na parterze . Pokoje bez okien, jedynie drzwi tzw. balkonowe ale bez moskitiery. W nocy okazuje się, że śpisz z kotami hotelowymi w łóżku. Mrówki w pokoju, w łazience. Cuchnie z kanalizacji w łazience. Pokój 16m to zdecydowanie zbyt małe pomieszczenie i nie jest pokojem standardowym, tylko ekonomicznym. Przy temperaturach powyżej 30 stopni i zagrzybionej, śmierdzącej klimatyzacji był koszmarem. 2. koty na stołówce, podczas jedzenia skaczą po stole, stołkach. Koty są brudne, drapiące się, generalnie zaniedbane. Nikt z obsługi ich nie wyganiał na zewnątrz. Nie mam nic przeciwko zwierzętom ale uważam, że w tym przypadku nie zostało zachowane minimum higieny tak jak w innych hotelach w Turcji. 3. Brudne sztućce na stołówce, brudne szklanki. 4. stołówka tylko pomieszczenie główne klimatyzowane, pozostałe części stołówki bez klimatyzacji z muszkami wpadającymi do talerzy, napojów. 5. pokój: klimatyzacja na ścianie zaraz obok łóżka, zagrzybiona. śmierdzi, trudno było oddychać, od razu problem z gardłami. ( tak samo było po zmianie pokoju, wróciliśmy do domu chorzy z powodu zagrzybionej klimatyzacji ) 6. Plaża z wylanymi betonami, o czym nikt nie informował w biurze. Mało miejsca, w drugim tygodniu z 5 rzędów zostawiono 2 rzędy leżaków. Błękitna flaga, to chyba żart. 7. o godz. 19 ( tj. początek kolacji) już nie było miejsc na stołówce głównej, ponieważ na stołach były położone różne części garderoby, okulary, nalane soki itp. Robili to kelnerzy, którym jak dałeś 5 dolarów lub Euro, zbierali te rzeczy i stolik był wolny. Nie wszyscy, ponieważ byli też sympatyczni kelnerzy i uprzejmi. 8. w łazience była tylko ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Umywalka była tylko z zimną wodą. Pozytywne rzeczy to: 1. smaczne jedzenie, dużo owoców, 2. ciepła woda w morzu ale to nie zasługa hotelu

To jest klib dla dzieci, w ktòrym wszystko jest robione pod nie. Wrzaski i krzyki towarzyszą przez cały dzień. Dla dorosłych jest bardzo mało atrakcji i animacji. Wszystkie animacje są głòwnie w języku niemieckim i to pod nich jest raczej wszystko organizowane. Na jadalni chodzą koty - pod kątem sanitarnym jest to nie do przyjécia! Ja mieszkałam w nowym budynku, gdzie niby miały być pokoje " supérior " Problem w tym, że okna w pokoju nie są podwòjne ani p/dźwiękowe i wszystko słychać. Na przeciwko był hotel gdzie od południa do pòźnych godzin wieczornych była muzyka na ful. W pokoju wszystko było słychać przez cały dzieñ a nie wspomne o wieczorze. Wypoczynek w tym hotelu z muzyką w tle. O ciszy i spokoju nie można było marzyć!

Bardzo fajny hotel, zielono,czysto,pokoje sprzątane codziennie, smaczne posilki,bogate menu,różnorodne przekąski,dużo swiezych owocow i ciast.strefa basenowa ok, jedynie czesto leżaki są zajmowane ręcznikami i przez większość dnia stoją puste. Ciekawy plan wieczornych animacji zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dla dzieci. Plaza żwirkowo kamienista, ale z przystosowaniem do wejścia i pomostem.

Hotel położony na rozległym terenie dzięki czemu strefy przewidziane dla rodzin z dziećmi nie kolidują ze strefami przewidzianymi dla dorosłych . Aquapark idealny dla młodszych dzieci ale znajdują się też 3 dosyć duże zjeżdżalnie dla dorosłych. Jedzenie wyśmienite, obsługa miła i uprzejma, pokoje superior wystarczające i zawsze posprzątane. Reasumując jest to bardzo dobry hotel na rodzinne wakacje.

W Club Kastalia byliśmy drugi rok z rzędu w tym roku na 2 tygodnie. Dla nas to miejsce spełniające wszelkie nasze kryteria. Ogromny teren na którym jest położony jest bardzo zielony co daje też odrobinę wytchnienia od słońca i upału. Pokoje czyste, ręczniki zmieniane codziennie, panie sprzątające przesympatyczne codziennie zostawiały nam zgrzewkę wody. Jedzenie różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nawet córka w wieku 5 lat jadło coś więcej niż frytki i suchy makaron ;) Transfer długi, ale to wiedzieliśmy po zeszłym roku. Animacje z Klubu przyjaciół Itaki super- córka zachwycona Paniami (Kamilą i Pauliną) na serio miała problem z wyborem czy woli zjeżdzalnie czy już iść do mini klubu, a to o czymś świadczy. Plaża kamienista, warto wziąć ze sobą buty do wody. Bardzo ładne i długie molo z którego jest dobre zejście do wody.

To był bardzo udany wyjazd , obsługa uśmiechnięta , bardzo pomocna nawet bez napiwków. Jedzenie smaczne urozmaicone. Nie było biegu aby zdobyć leżak na plaży czy basenie.
