Two swimming pools, an exotic garden and a beautiful view are not all the advantages of this facility. The hotel belongs to the Aska hotel chain, known for its care for the quality of service, for which it was awarded last season with good opinions from our customers.

Na początku byliśmy rozczarowani , ponieważ był problem z naszym pokojem. Klucze do pokoju otrzymaliśmy z dużym opóźnieniem. Sam hotel też wywarł na nas mieszane uczucia . Wyposażenie dosyć stare, (taki PRL) , ale klima działała bez zarzutu i cicho , lodówka też. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, czyste materace. Codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Jedzenie dobre , powtarzało się ale nie chodziliśmy głodni, wręcz przeciwnie. Zawsze każdy wybrał coś smacznego dla siebie. Sam kompleks super położony na skarpie . Do plaży prowadziły schodki. Plaża mała , ale czysta, miała swój urok. Zawsze znaleźliśmy wolne leżaki i parasole. Czyste baseny i przestrzeń rekreacyjna . Obsługa hotelowa rewelacyjna. Na prawdę każdemu starali się dogodzić i pomóc. Chłopak w barze Hassan przesympatyczny, zawsze uśmiechnięty. Inni zresztą też... Ogólnie z każdym dniem podobało nam się coraz bardziej. Żal było wyjeżdżać.

Nie mam pojęcia skąd wzięły się cztery gwiazdki tego hotelu. Stan pokoju tragedia. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę to pracownicy są mili, ale niestety ciężko się z nimi porozumieć w języku angielskim. Po jedzeniu z hotelu mieliśmy problemy żołądkowe przez co zdecydowaliśmy się na jedzenie na mieście. Na plus urokliwe położenie na klifie.

Hotel zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Pokoje czyste, obsługa sympatyczna, ciekawa lokalizacja- 200 metrów od hotelu plaża, bezpośrednie zejście do morza z pomostu, dwa basenu, zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci. Jedzenie smaczne, codziennie pojawia się jakieś nowe danie. Wieczorami fajne animacje aczkolwiek mogłyby odbywać się w języku angielskim. Na miejscu fotograf i łaźnia turecka i masaże. Miejsce do polecenia dla tych akceptujących 4 gwiazdki- dla nas to był fajny pobyt ale nie jesteśmy nastawieni na luksusy tylko normalny pobyt to był mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu

Plusem tego hotelu są piękne widoki. Jeśli ktoś na wakacjach all inclusive chce jeść ryż/kaszę to będzie zadowolony, inaczej trudno jest coś wybrać, żeby nie chodzić głodnym. Frytki i burgery w snackbarze smaczne, w głównej „restauracji” frytek nie ma. Drinki właściwie bez alkoholu, wino rozwodnione. Często coś się kończyło. Lody podawane w godzinach popołudniowych, czynne przez godzinę/dwie. Personel hotelu jest miły, niektórzy się witają i uśmiechają, niektórzy nie. Aspekty wizualne pokoi pozostawiają wiele do życzenia, jeśli zostawi się napiwek, są dokładnie posprzątane. Klimatyzacja działa. Jedna winda na cały 6 piętrowy budynek, do której wejść mogą max 3 osoby, mimo tego zatrzymującą się na piętrach, na których wciskany jest guzik, sprawia, że szybciej jest wejść na 6 piętro po schodach niż nią jechać. Plaża hotelowa jest niewielka, a leżaki umieszczone są na molo. Duży basen jest okej, ale w najgłębszym miejscu ma metr czterdzieści. Przy basenie nie trzeba zajmować leżaków o 6 rano, pojedyncze miejsca powinny się też znaleźć w godzinach śniadania, choć raz kogoś ręczniki zostały zrzucone przez innych turystów. Dwie zjeżdżalnie na drugim basenie czynne w wyznaczonych godzinach. Przez pół dnia leci głośna muzyka, a animacje są właściwie żadne - codziennie waterpolo, czasami był dart i water gym (za każdym razem te same ćwiczenia do tej samej muzyki). Wieczorami są pokazy, prowadzone na szczęście nie przez animatorów z hotelu.

Czystość przyzwoita nic więcej. Wystrój pokoju masakra, pokój przedzielony pseudo ścianką oddzielający dwa pojedyńcze łóżka od podwójnego. To raczej nie był pokój z oferty. Wyżywienie średnie, ciągle to samo, powtarzające się rzeczy na obiedzie i na kolacji zgodnie z zasadą co nie zjedzą teraz to dojedzą potem, owszem na kolację codziennie jedna nowość. Śniadania za to pełna porażka. Przekaski... codziennie hamburgery i frytki Zatrucie pokarmowe sprawiło, że dwa dni miałam stracone z wakacji Mnóstwo Rosjan pod których ma się wrażenie jest ten hotel... np. sklep, napisy, animacje. Widoki i plaża na plus. Na Wi-Fi trzeba zapłacić albo korzystać tylko z tego przy recepcji, żenada. Winda skrzypiąca z mrugającym światłem jak w horrorze.

Mamy bardzo mieszane uczucie względem hotelu. Jako budynek wymaga już odswiezenia, ale w pokoju w miarę czysto. Obsluga też bardzo się stara. Jedzenia niby dużo, ale niesmaczne, ciężko było sobie coś wybrać. Na duzy plus bliskość plaży,mała ale zawsze. Animacje dla dzieci nudnawe, codziennie te same zabawy i piosenki. Na plus wieczorne show dla wszystkich w amfiteatrze. Podsumowując : nie było tragedii, ale raczej tam nie wrócimy.

Hotel choć już swoje przeżył nie był zły. W pokojach czysto, klimatyzacja działała beż zarzutów, posciel , ręczniki wymieniane na bieżąco. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie to trzeba przyznać, że wybór był duży, sery ,grillowane warzywa,można było zjeść zupę, mniej mięsnych dań, ale zawsze coś grillowanego było,owoce ciasta, oczywiście można byłoby się do czegoś przyczepić, ale nie ma co marudzić. Można ponarzekać na internet, który działał tylko w lobby i to z wielkim trudem, basen zamykany o 19.00 i plaża o 21.00. I tu jest słabo bo plaża należąca do hotelu niewielka z pomostem na którym znalezienie miejsca na leżaku było trudne. Plaża Południowa a parasolki niewielkie, lepiej było w wodzie pod pomostem. Ale za to widok z hotelu na basen i może zacierają źle wrażenia. Ogólnie pozytyw. Bardzo ważne pozytywne nastawienie.

Drinki w okropnych plastikowych kubeczkach i rozcieńczone z wodą. Obsługa nie zna angielskiego. Nigdy nikomu nie polecę tego hotelu.

Czystość w pokoju ok, choć dwa razy nie był sprzątnięty i ręczniki nie były wymienione, ostatnie dwa dnia to inwazja mrówek, nie wiadomo skąd. Dwa łóżka były krzywe, w podwójnym była pęknięta sprężyna przez co trzeba było spać po przekątnej. Jedzenie bardzo monotonne, codziennie w zasadzie było to samo, zdarzyła się nieświeża sałatka. Królował ryż, bułeczki na ciepło, baaaardzo słodkie ciasta, z owoców arbuz, śliwki, jabłka bez smaku, raz był melon i winogrona. Obsługa na sali ok, sprawnie i szybko. Niestety mało rozmawiają po angielsku, większość gości to byli Rosjanie. Plaża przy hotelu mała, bo dzielona na trzy hotele, pomost ok. Niestety raz zdarzyło się, że we wodzie na plaży pływała kupa. Plaża zamykana o 21. Basen hotelowy zamykany o 19, co jest stanowczo za wcześnie.
