Hotel położony na półwyspie Railay w przepięknej okolicy jednak od strony hotelu brak plaży i dostępu do morza jeżeli ktoś chce popływać. Do plaży około 10-15 minut piechotą . Czas dojścia rekompensuje fakt że plaże są przepiękne , woda w morzu czyściutka i bardzo czysta. Hotel posiada basen reklamowany jako Infiniti. Jest to jednak informacja na wyrost. Basen jest bardzo mały i niestety nie zadbany. Woda jest brudna i kwitną glony na ścianach basenu. Pokoje hotelowe DELUXE bardzo przestronne , wygodne i czyściutko. Każdy pokój jest wyposażony w bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Na balkonie również znajduje się wygodna sofa do odpoczynku po plaży....Obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma i grzeczna...szef restauracji przemiły i zawsze uśmiechnięty . Śniadania smaczne ale mało urozmaicone , zdecydowanie za mało owoców i nabiału..Spa znajdujące się w hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie i jeśli ktoś chce skorzystać to polecam masaż tajski z olejkami .Hotel znajduje się zaledwie kilka metrów od knajpek , barów , sklepików oraz salonów masażu zatem wieczorem można przyjemnie i bezpiecznie pospacerować......

Hotel i pokoje ładne i na tym koniec dobrych wiadomości,Plaży przy Hotelu Brak,Basen infinity z pięknym widokiem( tylko na zdjęciach ITAKI ) bo normalny widok to odpływ czyli brak wody i czasami walające się worki ze śmieciami no i zapachy od morza (ktoś w poprzedniej opinii nazwał to 'komfortowa strefa basenowa'ale to chyba nie w tym hotelu lub pierwszy jego wyjazd i brak porównań pięknych stref basenowych, oczywiście basen nie czyszczony i potrzeba remontu bo się rozpada,jakość leżaków straszna dużo poniżej 4,5 gwiazdki ,Jedzenie to osobny temat i to totalna porażka Itaki i rezydenta które nie potrafił nic zrobić w tym temacie:obiady w ofercie miały być jako Bufet a okazały się serwowane do stolika bez jakiejkolwiek możliwości wyboru tylko co łaska od Hotelu czy ktoś coś je lub nie jego problem oczywiście skala wielkości porcji to inny problem nie chcesz zjedz sobie gdzie indziej i zapłać bo Itaka ci coś takiego zafundowała a ty nieświadomie zapłaciłeś.Przepraszam udało się rezydentowi załatwić ekstra jedzenie dla dzieci frytki z keczupem ( to cała obiado-kolacja) lub makaron przez 10 dni.Ktoś w poprzedniej opinii napisał dowcip o przepysznych przystawkach i obiadokolacjach to chyba miał na myśli bułki ze śniadania które można było dostać jako przystawkę. Cała grupa kilkunastu osób systematycznie zgłaszali problem z jedzeniem u rezydentki.Oczywiście za animacje czyli ich kompletny brak powinno być do wyboru 0 punktów a nie 1 jak jest w ankiecie.za brak plaży przy Hotelu powinno też być 0 a nie 1 punkt.

Obsługa bardzo miła a jedzenie w restauracji naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie zaczynając od przystawek , dań obiadowych po desery i pyszne soki. Śniadania nieco spokojniejsze ale wybór duży , owoce , ciastka itp. Spokój i cisza. Według mnie najlepiej prezentujący się z pośród pozostałych hoteli.

Ko Tap - the most popular, this is what adorns the postcards and photos from Thailand, it is also famous as the perfect place for snorkelling. Ko Poda - with white sand and rows of palm trees, where you can take refuge from the sun. If the water level is not too high, you can walk to Ko Mor - enchanting and smallest of the Islands. Guaranteed during the trip: swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sightseeing in gorgeous natural circumstances. Price - approx. 52 USD.
