2. DAY.Arrival at the hotel and accommodation. Free time to rest. Dinner, overnight.
3. DAY. SEGURET - VENASQUE - L'ISLE-SUR-LA-SORGUE - FONTAINE-DE-VAUCLUSE Breakfast. Departure to SEGURET, entered on the official list of the most beautiful towns in France. A stroll through the narrow cobbled streets, discovering the extraordinary charm and long history of this place. The local Côtes du Rhône Séguret wines deserve attention. Drive to a tiny VENASQUE perched on top of a steep rock dominating the Nesque Valley. The town is one of the oldest in the region, and its raw charm adds to its authenticity. Artists' workshops, tiny cafes and mysterious centuries-old doors give it an unforgettable atmosphere. Walk around the town and visit the Baptistery, one of the oldest sacred buildings in France. Departure to L'ISLE-SUR-LA-SORGUE, cut by many canals. A short walk through the town described in the book "Hotel Pastis" by Peter Mayle. Visiting the Church of Notre-Dame-des-Anges. Transfer to FONTAINE-DE-VAUCLUSE, where you can see one of the wonders of Provence - the source of the Sorgue River, which gushes out with great force in winter and spring from a deep chasm above the city and immediately becomes a river. Walk along the river along a path shaded by plane trees, visit a mill that produces handmade paper. Free time. Return to the hotel, overnight.
4. DAY. SAINT-RÉMY-DE-PROVENCE - LES BAUX-DE-PROVENCE - ARLES Breakfast. Transfer to SAINT-RÉMY-DE-PROVENCE, located at the foot of the Alpilles range. Two great figures are inscribed in the history of this city - Vincent van Gogh and Nostradamus. Sightseeing: Saint-Paul-de-Mausole monastery where van Gogh stayed after having his ear cut off; Glanum - the ruins of the Roman city. Then, departure to LES BAUX-DE-PROVENCE, a town lying on a limb of the Alpilles mountain range. The greatest attraction of this town are the ruins of the castle-fortress erected on a rocky ridge by the Lords of Baux, who consider themselves descendants of Belshazzar, one of the Three Wise Men. Drive to ARLES, the city of history and culture, the city of Van Gogh, Gauguin and Picasso. Visiting the amphitheater, thermal baths and St-Trophime Church - masterpieces of Romanesque architecture. Free time for a cup of coffee at Café La Nuit, immortalized in one of Van Gogh's most famous paintings. Return to the hotel, overnight.
5. DAY. GORDES - ROUSSILLON Breakfast. Transfer to GORDES, a picturesque town situated in terraced form around a mountain, on the top of which rises a Renaissance castle from the 16th century. Free time. Maybe this is a good time to try pastis? This anise-scented drink is one of the flavors of Provence. Served with ice cubes and water, it is perfect for a hot afternoon. Transfer to ROUSSILLON, a beautiful village in the Luberon region, whose greatest asset is its warm ocher color. Walk along the ocher trail (approx. 1 km), leading through picturesque rock formations of unusual shapes and colors. Return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight.
DAY 6. MENÉRBES - LACOSTE - BONNIEUX - LOURMARIN Breakfast. Rest at the hotel. Optional (with an extra charge on site): excursion to Villages Perchés in the Luberon massif. The program of the trip: a trip to the beautiful MENÉRBES, dominated by the castle. Transfer to LACOSTE, where the master of the castle was the Marquis de Sade. The ruins of the Marquis's castle are currently the property of the famous designer and stylist Pierre Cardin. The town became famous thanks to books by Peter Mayle. A short visit to BONNIEUX located on a hill with beautiful buildings, numerous squares and cobbled streets. Then drive to LOURMARIN, situated among vineyards and olive trees, placed on the list of the most beautiful towns in France. A visit to the local cemetery where the most famous inhabitant of Lourmarin is buried - the Nobel laureate Albert Camus. Free time for dinner. Return to the hotel, overnight.
7th DAY. AVINION Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Arrival at AVINION - a city located on the left bank of the Rhone, surrounded entirely by medieval defensive walls, the former seat of archbishops and popes. City tour: the majestic Palace of the Popes, the Romanesque Cathedral of Notre-Dame des Doms, the Saint Bénezét bridge known for its song, the picturesque Place Crillon, Place de l'Horloge - the focal point of the city, with the theater, town hall, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. Departure to Poland.
8th DAY.Arrival in Poland.
