A wonderful journey to the country of Cesaria Evora, where the sun shines 330 days a year. The tour takes you through the three islands from the Ilhas do Barlavento group - the Leeward Islands: Sal, Santo Antão and São Vicente. Each of them has its own personality and each is worth discovering. One of the most beautiful islands in Cabo Verde is considered to be Santo Antão - the home of grog, the local variety of rum. Desert in the southern part, in the north, it delights with green mountains up to 1,800 meters. On São Vicente, it will surely charm Mindelo, where Cesaria Evora was born. The city called Little Brazil after the carnival celebrated here is one of the most beautiful in the Islands. Another attraction is the entry to Monte Verde. The island of Sal is, in turn, endless beaches, a paradise for enthusiasts of water sports and salinas, from which it comes its name. It is worth extending your stay on the island of Sal with a holiday in a selected hotel from ITAKA's offer. Route: approx. 700 km.
