1. DAY.Meeting of participants at the airport. Departure to Johannesburg.
2. DAY. JOHANNESBURG - SOWETO Arrival at JOHANNESBURG, the largest city of South Africa, the main industrial and cultural center. The city was founded at the end of the nineteenth century, also called eGoli or "place of gold", is surrounded by numerous mines, one of the deepest in the world. Drive through Main Street to the SOWETO district - a neighborhood with a population of several million with the only street in the world where two Nobel laureates lived: Nelson Mandela and Bishop Dezmod Tutu. Panoramic tour: the Nelson Mandela Museum in the former family home of the Nobel Prize winner, the famous Regina Mundi Catholic Church - the place of illegal opposition meetings during the apartheid era, and a visit to the Hector Pieteron Museum, commemorating the 1976 students' struggle against apartheid. A walk through Mandela Square in Sandton, by the statue Nelson Mandela made of bronze. Sandton is the elegant business district of Johannesburg, home to the most important business institutions in the south of the continent. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner and overnight.
3. DAY. PRETORIA - LION PARK - LESEDI Breakfast. Transfer to the capital of South Africa - PRETORIA. Panoramic city tour: Voortrekker Monument, located on the hill of the Union Building - the seat of the South African government and Church Square. A visit to LION PARK, where you can admire, among others white lions and wildcakes, rare in the wild, as well as hyenas, cheetahs, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes and others. In the afternoon, a visit to the LESEDI open-air museum modeled on traditional African villages. Walk among the houses of African tribes and learn about their customs. A show of dances of various tribes inhabiting the southern part of Africa (Zulu, Khoza, Ndebele, Pedi, Basotho). Dinner with wild animal meat dishes (including crocodile, antelope, ostrich). Return to the hotel, overnight.
4. DAY. PANORAMIC ROUTE Breakfast. Check out. Drive along the PANORAMIC ROUTE scenic route towards Blyde River Canyon - the third largest canyon in the world, from where there are spectacular views of the fancifully carved rocks: the Three Rondavels and the unique geological formations of Bourke's Luck Potholes. A visit to the Lisbon or Berlin waterfalls. The next stop is God's Window, which owes its name to the wonderful views of the Lowveld plain below (approx. 700 m) passing through the Kruger Park all the way to Mozambique. Arrival at the lodge, accommodation, dinner and overnight.
5. DAY. KRUGER PARK At sunrise, depart for a full-day safari of the world-famous KRUGER PARK - the largest natural animal reserve in South Africa, with an area of over 2 million hectares. Breakfast in the form of a package. The park was founded in 1898 by the then president of Transvaal - Paul Kruger. It is inhabited by about 150 species of mammals and over 500 species of birds, including representatives of the African Big Five (lions, rhinoceros, elephants, leopards and African buffalos) and rare wild animals. Return to the lodge, dinner.
DAY 6. INSTITUTE OF CHIMNEYS - LOWVELD GARDEN Breakfast. Day off to rest. Optional (for an extra charge on site): a trip to the INSTITUTE SZYMPANSÓW im. Jane Goodall where chimpanzees are rescued, orphaned or injured. Research is being carried out here on the behavior of these fascinating mammals. Transfer to LOWVELD GARDEN - a walk among exotic vegetation. Return to the lodge. Dinner and overnight. Late afternoon optional (with extra charge on site): evening Kruger Park safari.
7th DAY. SUDWALA CAVES Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to SUDWALA CAVES, formed about 240 million years ago. About 1.8 million years ago, they were a refuge for the proto-human of the Homo Habilis species - the ancestor of Homo Sapiens, and in the 19th century they were used as defensive fortresses for the warring parties of the royal family of Swaziland. Visiting the oldest caves in Africa. Transfer to the airport to Johannesburg via the mountainous and scenic Mpumalnaga province and flight to Poland.
8th DAY.Arrival to Poland.
