Local excursions
Gran Tour Fuerteventura — a visit to the town of Betancuria, the first capital of the island: visiting the Church of Santa Maria, a presentation of aloe vera products - the most popular products of the island. Fine goat cheese tasting, lunch at a restaurant. Then drive to El Cotillo - a small fishing village on the west side of the island, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and small beaches in the bays. Departure: approx. 9.00, return: approx. 19.00. Price - approx. 50 EUR (includes lunch).
Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena. Then, a drive via Ruta de los Volcanes - a route between solidified lava. Price - approx. 85 EUR (includes lunch).
Oasis Park — a visit to the Zoo: parrot training show, camel caravan ride (additionally payable), alligators show, snake show, sea lions show. A stroll around the Botanical Garden, where there are hundreds of species of cacti. Demonstration of birds of prey - hunting owls, falcons, and hawks. Magic Catamaran - Fuerteventura — a cruise on the modern and luxurious Magic Select catamaran (length: approx. 23 m). Departure from the port of Morro Jable (around 10.00 a.m.) in search of dolphins and whales that can be found in the waters around the Canary Islands. After this exciting search, the captain will change course of the boat to explore the small bays in the south of Fuerteventura. A stopover and time for refreshing bath in the Atlantic Ocean and the opportunity to take advantage of other attractions, such as a banana ride or snorkeling.
