In Vietnam, an underground labyrinth of Cu Chi tunnels, Mekong Delta and temples in Ho Chi Minh. Description
1. DAY. Meeting of participants at the airport. Departure to Thailand.
2. DAY. BANGKOK Arrival in Bangkok. Greeting at the airport by a local guide. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. Optional (extra charge on site): dinner at the restaurant on the 78th floor of the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, which offers panoramic views of the city. Then walk along the famous Khao San Street. Return to the hotel, overnight.
3. DAY. BANGKOK Breakfast. Tour the top attractions of BANGKOKU: the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which is the country's most important sanctuary, and the Royal Palace, the historic seat of the kings of Thailand. Drive through the royal district of Dusit, where there are, among others the throne room of Ananta Samakhom, the statue of King Rama V on horseback and the Paruslawan Palace, where the famous princess Katia lived at the beginning of the 20th century. A visit to the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, which is home to one of the largest Buddha statues in the world, measuring up to 46 m. Optional (for an additional fee on site): a traditional boat trip on the Chaophraya River and the canals of Bangkok, which were the main communication route of the old city. Drive through the Chinese quarter. Visiting the Temple of the Golden Buddha. In the evening, optional (with an extra charge on site): transfer to the Asiatique Riverfront night market. Dinner served of traditional Thai dishes and a transvestite show - Calypso. Free time to shop at Bangkok's largest night market, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, street food, and souvenir stalls. Return to the hotel, overnight.
4. DAY. BANGKOK Breakfast. Free time to arrange on your own. Overnight.
5. DAY. SIEM REAP - TONLE SAP (route: approx. 400 km) Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Early morning departure from Bangkok to Aranyaprathet, a town bordering Cambodia (approx. 5 hours). Around noon, crossing the border, then transfer to the city of SIEM REAP. Accommodation at the hotel, free time or optional (for an additional fee on site): a cruise on one of the largest lakes in this part of Asia - TONLE SAP. An interesting fact about the lake are floating villages - settlements that are built on the lake from connected boats. During the cruise, a stop in one of the floating villages and the opportunity to buy souvenirs. Return to the hotel. Overnight.
DAY 6. ANGKOR Breakfast. Sightseeing of ANGKOR - the former capital of the Khmer state: South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, Elephant Terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and the Royal Palace. In the afternoon, visiting the famous Angkor Wat temple - the most perfect example of Khmer architecture. In the evening, dinner at a local restaurant combined with a show of traditional Khmer dances. Free time for shopping at Psar Chas night market. Return to the hotel, overnight.
7th DAY. ANGKOR (route: approx. 90 km) Breakfast. Second day exploring Angkor: Banteay Srei temple, known as the Women's Fortress, and Ta Phrom, one of the most romantic temples in Angkor, where the filming of the movie "Tomb Raider" was shot. Dinner, return to the hotel. Overnight.
8th DAY. PHNOM PENH (route: approx. 350 km) Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Drive from Siem Reap to PHNOM PENH (5-6 hours). During the trip, the wonderful landscapes of provincial Cambodia. Upon arrival in the capital of Cambodia, check in at the hotel. After a short break, visit Phnom Penh: the royal palace, the Silver Pagoda, the National Museum and the central market. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
9. DAY. CU CHI (route: approx. 240 km) Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Early in the morning, transfer by coach to the Vietnam border. After passing passport control, meet the local guide. Lunch. A trip to the famous CU CHI tunnels - an underground labyrinth of tunnels that was created during the Vietnam War and was originally approx. 200 km long. The hand-dug tunnels were the base of the Vietcong soldiers. Transfer to Ho Chi Minh. Free time. Check-in at the hotel, overnight.
10. DAY. MEKONG DELTA - PHAN THIET (route: approx. 300 km) Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to My Tho - MEKONG RIVER DELTAs, which flows into the sea through nine arms. Boat trip on the Mekong to the island of Thai Son - free time at the local market, where you can buy, among others tropical fruits and local crafts. Transfer with sampans to the restaurant. Lunch. In the afternoon, drive to the PHAN THIET resort, famous for its beautiful beaches. Hotel accommodation and overnight.
11-13. DAY. PHAN THIET Breakfast. Free time for sunbathing. Overnight.
14. DAY. HO CHI MINH (route: approx. 170 km) Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to HO CHI MINH (Saigon). Check-in at the hotel, free time, overnight.
15. DAY. HO HI MINH - Bangkok Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. HO CHI MINH city tour: Notre-Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall, Thien Hau Temple in the Chinese Quarter. Lunch. In the afternoon, a visit to the War Museum, where there are memorabilia of the Vietnam War, then a visit to the Palace of Reunification - a socialist realist memento of the reunification of the state. Free time for shopping at the local market. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport and flight to Bangkok. Transfer to the hotel. Hotel accommodation and overnight.
DAY 16. Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Free time (depending on departure time), transfer to the airport and departure to Poland.
