Nazewnictwo jest mocno mylące, więc nie wiem czy mam opiniować hotel, w którym nocowaliśmy, czy też hotel, gdzie spędzaliśmy większość czasu, bo są to dwa zupełnie różne miejsca. Cały pobyt spędziliśmy w hotelu Insotel Mandisur (część główna A). W części D mieliśmy tylko noclegi i śniadania i dzięki Bogu. Bufet szwedzki o bardzo ubogim wyborze i codziennie to samo. Super wakacje!!! Ale tylko dzięki temu, że mieliśmy wersję Gold All Inclusive i nieograniczony dostęp do części A, B i C hotelu Insotel. Insotel szczerze polecam, tak jak i samą Majorkę.

PORAŻKA!!!! Wszystkie opinie na internecie dotyczące hotelu Mandisur (nie Cala Mandia Resort, bo to zupełnie co innego i nie ITAKA!) okazały się prawdziwe. Zostałyśmy zakwaterowane do strefy D, oddalonej od całego kompleksu, a hotel to wygórowane dwie gwiazdki. Apartament 3 osobowy to było 1 duże łóżko i mała sofa do spania - gdyby spać mieli tam mężczyźni to na pewno by się nie zmieścili. Sofa jako dostawka była trzecim łóżkiem - masakra!! Recepcja w hotelu ledwo rozmawiała po angielsku. Generalnie Hotel Mandisur okazał się hotele dla Polaków, Rusków i Czechów. Niemcy, Anglicy i reszta spali w zupełnie innym ośrodku, którego standard w zupełności odbiegał od tego naszego. Śniadania mieliśmy jeść w naszym hotelu, a obiad i kolacje w Strefie A. Śniadania w hotelu Mandisur były ubogie, jedzenie zimne, codziennie to samo!!! Za to w strefie A - super jedzenie, miła obsługa, świeże owoce, ogromny wybór jedzenia - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Itaka zakwaterowała nas do Strefy D - hotelu Mandisur, a za ten standard powinniśmy zapłacić dwa razy mniej. Dyskryminacja narodowościowa, drugim językime w tym hotelu był niemiecki. Gold all inclusive - jak się dowiedzieliśmy różnił się tym, że nie mieliśmy wstępu na strefę Adult, którą oblegali Niemcy. To ma być gold all inclusive ??? !!! jestem strasznie zawiedziona tym, jak nas potraktowali oraz jaki syf i standard był w tym hotelu. Na dzień dobry dopłata do sejfu 16Euro (inaczej nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za to co Ci ukradną), za wszystko depozyt 10-20 euro. Normalnie w Hotelach z funkcją all inclusive powinna być w pokoju przynajmniej butelka wody i sejf. Tutaj nie było nic. Łóżko, sofa, aneks kuchenny - nie nazwałabym tego aneksem kuchennym, stół, 4 krzesła, łazienka, zakurzony telewizor, pościel to stary koc i prześcieradło. Widok na ulicę i sklep Spar. Plaża - wąska, brudna, leżaki i parasole płatne około 10euro/dzień. Szczerze za te pieniądze i rzekome all inclusive to odradzam.

Budynek D hotelu nie nadaje się na pobyt z małym dzieckiem: do najczęściej wykorzystywanej infrastruktury hotelu jest po prostu daleko a rzeźba terenu nie jest delikatnie mówiąc łatwa. Standard części hotelu z oferty ITAKA absolutnie nie zasługuje na miano ****. Jest w miarę czysto i cicho ale na tym kończą się zalety. Jedyna winda jest notorycznie paraliżowana przez personel sprzątający. Śniadania - jedyny posiłek oprócz przekąsek serwowany w tej części hotelu to 30% tego co dostaniecie Państwo w pozostałych restauracjach hotelowych. Dlatego polecam korzystanie ze śniadań przy budynku głównym. Pokój typu studio dla 4 osób to dwa zsunięte łóżka i jeden wąziutki narożnik. Nie ma opcji że położą się tam wygodnie 2 dorosłe osoby. Chyba że maja 150 cm wzrostu. Kuchnia... jest dużo, ale to kuchnia niemiecko-angielska. Królują frytki i hamburgery, smażenina i zaskakująco mało produktów hiszpańskich. A szkoda. Serwowane w ilościach generalnie dość marnych 'lokalne' oliwki, sery czy wędliny można było znaleźć obok hotelu w lokalnych (!!!) sklepach niemieckiej sieci SPAR. Oczywiście dobrze ofoliowane i zakonserwowane. Atrakcji w okolicy praktycznie nie ma. Porto Cristo jest dość nudne. Poza przeludnioną choć przyznać trzeba wyjątkowo urokliwą plażą, portem jachtowym i paroma knajpkami właściwie nic nie ma. No chyba, że ktoś chce pochodzić po sklepach. Podsumowując: jeśli ktoś lubi przepłacać to polecam.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny. Fajne jest to, że jest w nim spokojnie i kameralnie. Kto chce intensywniejszych atrakcji, to może przejść ok. 200 m. do siostrzanego hotelu i z nich skorzystać. Codziennie odbywały się występy, pokazy itp. Warunki w hotelu Insotel Mandisur są bardzo dobre dla rodzin z dziećmi. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane i ręczniki codziennie wymieniane. Bar przy basenie jest dobrze zaopatrzony, są przekąski dla dzieci i dorosłych, owoce, lody, ciasta i bufet z dużym wyborem alkoholi i innych napojów. Posiłki to rewelacja. Byłam w wielu miejscach na świecie i zawsze korzystam z dobrych hoteli. Takiego wyżywienia nie było nigdzie. Ogromny wybór dań, mnóstwo warzyw i owoców, bogactwo deserów. Wszystko pyszne i estetycznie podane w formie bufetu. Jesz ile chcesz i co chcesz. Niespodzianką był kucharz Polak, przesympatyczny, zawsze uśmiechnięty i chętny do pomocy.

Ogólnie hotel sprawia pozytywne wrażenie, jednak część D, w której zostaliśmy zakwaterowani nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań, standard pokoju i łazienki pozostawia wiele do zyczenia. (...)

Czystość i wyposażenie nie spełnia oczekiwanego standardu. Ogólna ocena pozytywna, z zastrzeżeniem jedynie do zakwaterowania w części D, gdzie umieszcza się turystów 'drugiego sortu'- głownie Polaków i Rosjan i oznacza się ich opaskami innego koloru.

Zakwatwerowanie w budynku D jest nieadekwatne do ceny za pobyt, ten budynek jest najdalej położony w stosunku do budynku głównego A, jest to stary budynek z niewyremontowanymi pokojami o standardzie i kilka klas niższym w stosunku do budynku A, B i C. Zatem jesli wyjazd do tego holelu to tylko do budynku A, a najlepiej do strefy hotelu ADULDS 16 plus !!!. Wakacje udane tylko i wyłacznie ze wzgledu na miejsc- to jest wyspe Majorkę, hotel- budynek D, standard pokoju w tym budynku, a zwłaszcza praca rezydyntki FATALNE !!! Organizacja wycieczki przez rezydentkę FATALNA, na zakupiona przez nas u rezydentki wycieczkę do Pamy/Valdemosy, nie przyjechła po nas w ogóle autokar, ponieważ kierowca/pilot wycieczki nie wiedział, że ktoś z budynku D się na nią wybiera, zatem ten dzien mieliśmy zmarnowany. Ocena organizacji wycieczki przez rezydentka KATASTROFALNA !!!

Skandal...ale wiadomo, kto tam ma zamieszkać...polaczki i jakieś biedni rosjanie. Hotel Insotel, oprócz części D, którą poleca Itaka, jest super. Część D jest to syf i bardziej hostel niż hotel. Przyloty i wyloty w beznadziejnych godzinach. Wymeldowanie o 12, kiedy autokar podjeżdża pod hotel o 20.30. Brak możliwości wykąpania się przed podróżą...no chyba, że pod prysznicem przy basenie przy wszystkich!!!

Razem z rodziną bardzo miło spędziliśmy wakacje skąpani słonecznymi promieniami nad basenem lub piękną plażą znajdującą się w pobliżu hotelu. Dla osób lubiących zwiedzać atrakcyjne wycieczki, piękne krajobrazy. Każdy mógł dostosować atrakcje w zależności od swojego wieku i zainteresowań. Aby skorzystać z oferty obiektu Intosel należy udać się ok. 400 metrów, drogą prowadząca pod górę, co stanowi utrudnienie dla osób mających problemy z poruszaniem się. Studio 3 osobowe w hotelu Mandisur opisane w ofercie to w istocie jeden pokój z łóżkiem dwuoosobowym i małą przystawką, która nie spełnia warunków wygodnego noclegu dla nastolatka lub osoby dorosłej. Aneks kuchenny nie jest dodatkową przestrzenią wyposażona w stosowne urządzenia, a jednie znajduje się w jednej z szaf. Oczekiwania wynikające z oferty Itaki dotyczące położenia hotelu i zakwaterowania oraz pokoju budzą rozczarowanie. Cały kompleks ładny ale Polacy kwaterowani są w najstarszej i najdalej położonej od plaży i pozostałych atrakcji części hotelu. Nawet do restauracji na kolację trzeba przejść około 600 m i to dodatkowo pod górkę!!! Dla starszych osób i z małymi dziećmi jest to nie do zaakceptowania!G. Gdyby zakwaterowanie było w którejkolwiek z pozostałych 3 części - byłby to udany pobyt. Przy zakwaterowaniu w tej , w której bylismy- nie do zaakceptowania za tą cenę

Jak na 4 gwiazdki to trochę za mało, ale nie było żadnych problemów. Obsługa bardzo dobra, nie mam zastrzeżeń. Z pewnością mogę hotel polecić innym. Hotel, okolica, przelot, wszystko spełniło moje oczekiwania. Tym bardziej, że położenie hotelu, plaży i okolicy całej można dokładnie sprawdzić w mapach google i wiem co kupuję. Osobiście do tego hotelu nie wrócę, nie żeby mi się nie podobało, ale zwiedzać z Itaką inne zakątki świata będę. Jeszcze raz dziękuję za takie wakacje.
