Pokój był przestronny i miał całkiem spore łóżka, dziwnym rozwiązaniem jest umywalka z lustrem wydzielona z łazienki i niezamykana. Niestety w łazience był grzyb. Mimo pojawienia się po dacie 15/06 nadal część infrastruktury (jak bary) była zamknięta. Jedzenie byłoby ok gdyby nie to że zimne i czasem trzeba było korzystać z mikrofalówki. Drinki są robione z sorbetów więc trzeba samodzielnie informować jaki alkohol chce się wypić i z czym zmieszać co jest wyzwaniem ponieważ obsługa i barmani nie mówią po angielsku.

Hotel bardzo duży ale dobrze oznaczony w świetnej lokalizacji, piękna plaża,blisko do sklepów. Jedzenie świeże, faktycznie poza sezonem jedna restauracja,ale niczego nie brakowało. Jeśli ktoś chce podrinkować to alkoholu nie żałują w barze -wszystko oryginalne. Nawet Aperol był bez dopłaty . Pokoje duże, duża szafa. Może wymagają małego odświeżenia ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Łóżka wygodne. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Z animacji nie korzystałam, więc się nie wypowiem. Blisko również dyskoteka W ogólnej ocenie Bardzo Polecam -swietna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania, plażowania i wypoczynku.

Hotel jest elegancki i wygodny. Posiada przestronne pokoje, dokładnie sprzątane przez obsługę. W hotelu jest wiele atrakcji, otwarte baseny, strefa spa, siłownia, korty do gry w tenisa, place zabawa dla dzieci w tym pokoje gier, tenis stołowy, strzelnica itp. ponadto organizowane są wspólne gry i zabawy jak aqua aerobic czy bingo. Hotel zapewnia bardzo smaczne wyżywienie z dużą opcją wyboru potraw pod każdy gust i diety. Co dzień inny rodzaj kuchni w ramach lunchu i kolacji od kuchni włoskiej, amerykańskiej, tureckiej itd. Bar z napojami i drinkami jest czynny od rana do 24. Serwują dobre alkohole. Mały minus, że mało kto z obsługi mówi po angielsku.

Hotel z wygodnymi pokojami. Nie mam zastrzeżeń w kwestii czystości pokoju. Łazienka w mojej opinii nie jest przystosowana dla osób z niepełnosprawnych (wanna zamiast prysznica). Na przełomie maja i czerwca czynna była tylko jedna restauracja, co powodowało spory tłok w czasie posiłków.

Naprawdę nie mam się do czego przyczepić. 2. Plaża była przepiękna, czyściutko, ogrom dużych i małych muszelek które można zabrać ze sobą do domu. 3. Wyżywienie, jedzenie dobre, duży minus dwie tury na posiłki :( tragedia śniadanie 7:30 do 8:30 na późniejsza turę nie chcieli nas wpuszczać, nie szło się z nimi dogadać ze człowiek głodny bo po angielsku to kali jeść kali pic tyle umieli powiedzieć, obiady od bodajże 13 do 13:30 śmiech na sali - bardzo pilnowali czy jesteśmy ze swojej tury, a przekąski były codziennie takie same do znudzenia. Była otwarta tylko jedna restauracja włoska i jeden bar gdzie hotel był bardzo drogi od osoby a wszystkie inne restauracje i bary pozamykane, atrakcje w hotelu to jakaś kpina z rana był jakiś fitness w wodzie i tyle, muzyka tez raz była raz nie było. Hotel Barcelo Punta Umbria Beach Resort rozczarował mnie zupełnie. Pokój metrażowo co prawda duży, ale meble mocno podniszczone. Łazienka wymaga remontu. Ale gwoździem programu były mrówki w łazience, wszędzie. Więc korzystając z ubikacji, bidetu , wanny, trzeba była najpierw zlokalizować mrówki i je poprzepędzać. Psikanie środkami przez personel sprzątający nic nie dawało. Polka sprzątająca obiekt wyznała ,ze hotel ma z mrówkami problem, który wymaga stosowania silnie trujących środków. Mrówki chodzą po całych murach. Problem z mrówkami w łazience występował powszechnie, a szczególni pechowcy budzili się z mrówkami w łóżku. Ja miałam pokój na I piętrze nr 3122. Pościel czysta, ale wymiana pościeli co 3 dni wymagała przypilnowania, bo inaczej nie zmienili, to samo z ręcznikami. Sprzątanie pobieżne, raz lepsze raz gorsze. Wyżywienie dobre było jedynie przez 3 dni kiedy działały restauracje tematyczne. Po tym terminie spadek jakości, jedzenie monotonne, zimne , paella nawet niesmaczne suche. Problemem restauracji był brak specjalistycznych urządzeń , aby jedzenie było profesjonalnie podgrzewane i nie stygło. Zdarzały się pół surowe ryby i steki wołowe. Porządek na bardzo dużej sali restauracyjnej trudno było utrzymać personelowi. Generalnie hotel jest bardzo duży, olbrzymia liczba gości, hałas , nie panujący personel nad tym wszystkim. Po sezonie nie ma codziennych animacji . W wekendy, kiedy przyjeżdzają Hiszpanie w olbrzymim audytorium od 22, 30 do 24. koncert muzyki na żywo w j. hiszpańskim. Drinki ,napoje bezalkoholowe wymagały wskazania barmanom o co prosimy najlepiej po hiszpańsku, alkohole dobre hiszpańskie i nie tylko. W recepcji jak w Zus wybierz najpierw numerek. Rozmowy po angielsku i hiszpańsku, reklamacje załatwiane po zgłoszeniu nie działającej lodówki, wymieniono na działającą. W recepcji mocno brudne kanapy dla klientów. Okolica piękna, plaża , ocean, wydmy, lasy piniowe super. Pozostałe rzeczy do wymiany. Nie polecam tego hotelu . molochu, uważam , ż e wymaga remontu. Nigdy już mnie tam nie będzie. W Hiszpanię uwielbiam, byłam wielokrotnie samodzielnie i z Itaką i mam porównanie jak powinien wyglądać pobyt w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Stosunek jakości do ceny za dwutygodniowy pobyt fatalny.
