Problem miałam jedynie z dziećmi o ile na śniadanie zjadły płatki z mlekiem o tyle na obiad oprócz zupy miałam problem z mięsem. Brakowało kotlecika drobiowego lub nugetsow. Brakowało jeszcze szybszego zejścia na miasto dla wózków. To według mnie jedyne minusy. Ogólnie nasze odczucia są pozytywne. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z wyjazdu.

Pokoje na 4 gwiazdki za małe, poplamiona wykładzina, mikro telewizor,brak kawy w pokoju choćby na powitanie,filiżanki dla krasnali,nie wygodne materace ciągle spadały, brak płynu dezynfekującego na korytarzach (napisy o obowiązującej dezynfekcji rąk jest) brak reakcji obsługi na chodzenie bez maseczek,hałasy codzienne od 6:30 nawet do 22:55 przez wentylatory wyciągowe (to bardzo pomaga w wypoczynku)?Różnica informacji na stronie hotelu a faktycznym stanem na miejscu-zamknięty basen a okazało się że całe spa niedostępne.

Mieliśmy pokój na 4 piętrze z pięknym widokiem na miasto:)Blisko do centrum,do pijalni wód.Pomimo niezbyt sprzyjającej aury, w pokoju było cieplutko, kaloryfery ciepłe. Obsługa recepcji bardzo pomocna i miła.(pomimo że przyjechaliśmy późno ok.21,dostaliśmy jeszcze obiadokolacje:) Jedzenie przepyszne ,wszystkiego pod dostatkiem,urozmaicone, podane bardzo ładnie ,obsługa restauracji na najwyższym poziomie:)Czynny basen i jaccuzi.Jeżeli chodzi o sprzątanie pokoju to podczas naszego pobytu nie był sprzątany(:Niestety zw.sanitarnych nieczynne sauny. Niestety płatny parking 20 zl za dobe ,oraz klimatyczne 4,40 zł za dobe od osoby.Pobyt krótki ,ale bardzo udany.Polecam hotel Krynica ,jak i samo miasto Krynice-Zdrój :)
