Jestem bardzo zadowolona z obiektu. Hotel ekskluzywny, a przynajmniej w tej części, w której się znajdowałam. Polecam dokupować możliwości premium, bo inaczej można wylądować daleko od głównych basenów. Obsługa świetna, niczego nie brakowało w kwestiach sanitarnych. Codziennie wysprzątane, można chodzić bez klapek, siadać na desce klozetowej, po prostu nie brzydzisz się. Jedzenia bardzo mało, przez to, że ludzi było mnóstwo, prawie każdy bemar przy moim wejściu na stołówkę już był opróżniony. Rzadko kiedy zjedzone potrawy były dokładane. Co prawda, nie chodziło się głodnym, bo można było wybrać różne lokalizacje do jedzenia (dodatkowe restauracje, przekąski na plaży), ale główna kantyna pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Alkoholu lali litrami. Powiedz, że chcesz więcej, to dostaniesz pół butelki whisky do szklanki. Jeszcze na żadnym all inclusive się tak nie nabzryngoliliśmy, więc to na wielki plus. Suma Summarum, wakacje warte ceny.

Jasno trzeba stwierdzić, nie jest to hotel 5*. Od razu po wejściu do budynku czuć zapach wilgoci (mieliśmy pokój w bocznym budynku). Jest względnie czysto jednak brudne i podarte firany oraz okna przez które nic nie widać z uwagi na grubą warstwę brudu nie dodają uroku-mieliśmy pokój delux. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie smaczne, z wyjątkiem śniadań różnorodne. Nie we wszystkich barach jest serwowany alkohol- aby skorzystać z napojów alkoholowych będąc przy basenie trzeba iść spory kawałek do baru przy plaży. Niektóre osoby z obsługi w barach z napojami i przekąskami zachowywały się jakby „robiły łaskę” obsługując gości. Obsługa w restauracji jak najbardziej na plus. Ogólnie wyjazd oceniamy pozytywnie, bardzo ładne widoki, szeroka piaszczysta plaża, duży teren na którym znajdują się boiska do siatkówki, piłki nożnej, padla, stoły do tenisa stołowego itp.

Byliśmy w nowej części Fanar Premium. Na miejscu dedykowana recepcja, restauracja Waves serwująca śniadania, obiady i kolacje, bar, basen, plaża z leżakam i kolejny bar. Do głównej recepcji w hotelu niecały 1 km. Pokoje czyste, wyremontowane z widokiem na morze. Część premium jest oddalona od głównej więc jest cisza i spokój. Piękny widok z pokoju na patio. W barze serwowana woda z kokosu, są też dedykowane leżaki z obsługą czyszczącą okulary ;) Alkohole serwowane od 12:00, restauracja Waves moim zdaniem najlepsza w całym hotelu. Na początku kwietnia pojawiły się glony miejscowo , akurat w miejscu gdzie na plaży jest ratownik. Byliśmy też w hotelu Rotana (można korzystać zamiennie z restauracji) i podsumowując: premium Fanar a opcja podstawowa Rotana (piękna plaża).

Hotel ma swój wiek, widać to z każdej strony, aczkolwiek całe jego otoczenie (plaza i ogrody) podwodują, że można lekko przymykać oczy. Jak ktoś lubi hotele premium to się lekko przeliczy, ale jak spędzi dzień na plaży i na basenie to o tym zapomni:) Ogólnie super wakacje. Największe rozczarowanie to główna restauracja, przepełniona z kolejkami i małym wyborem jedzenia, na szczęście są też inne mniejsze, ale lepsze.

Hotel ogólnie ok, jednak po przeczytaniu tylu pozytywnych opinii, jesteśmy nim troszkę rozczarowani. Leżaki - codzienny problem ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca, już od 7 godziny rano leżały "ręcznikowe rezerwacje", a były używane niekiedy od 11.30 a nawet pozniej... słabo... Na pięknej plaży przy Rotanie znalezienie wolnego leżaka graniczyło z cudem... Należy zaznaczyć że leżaki też już są "mocno zmęczone". Tego problemu nie mieli klienci premium... W porównaniu do nich czuliśmy się jak klienci drugiej kategorii... Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to nie było źle, ale jeśli ktoś się nastawia na owoce morza to już kolacja za dodatkową opłatą... Opcja all inclusive - w której za mojito tez zapłacimy... drinki w opcji all bardzo słabej jakości. Ogromny kompleks hoteli dostępny dla wszystkich gości, można spacerkiem, można melexem przemieszczać się między hotelami i podziwiać piękne widoki oraz korzystać z ogólnodostępnych usług.

Co do samego hotelu, to leżaki były brudne, a goście hotelowi zajmowali leżaki tak że w okolicy godz. 10.00 ciężko było znaleść coś wolnego. Jedzenie powtarzające się i całkiem smaczne, ale mogłoby być lepsze. Przedewszystkim ciastka i słodycze są do poprawy. W barze jest mało drinków, cześć jest dodatkowo płatna za to też minus. Sam hotel jest bardzo duży i pełny atrakcji, a na dobrą sprawę ludzie nie korzystają z nich o nie wiedzą że są, a poruszanie się po nim jest dość trudne bo to wyjątkowo duży obiekt. Dobrze byłoby następnym razem jeszcze raz na samym początku wszystko dobrze wytłumaczyć, każdemu wręczyć mape itd.

Obszar hotelu ogromny, dlatego trzeba przygotować sie na kilka kilometrów dziennego spaceru. Dostępne bezplatne meleksy, jednak za rowery juz trzeba płacić. Nie trzeba wychodzić z hotelu gdyż godzinami mozna spacerowac po obiekcie. Wzdłuż Mariny duzo sklepow z pamiątkami i nachalnymi sprzedawcami-ekspatami. Plaże czyste i piaszczyste, cudowne zachody słońca. Bylismy gosćmi hotelu Fanar lecz po naszej prośbie dostaliśmy propozycje zmiany na sąsiedni 4* hotel Juveira (tylko na doroslych), gdyż pierwotny nie miał gwarantowanego w rezerwacji balkonu. Wyżywienie ok, bardzo duży wybór, pyszna pizza, dobre soki. Drinki z alkoholem były niesmaczne, więc tu sporo do poprawy. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna jednak ciężko im nadążyć z podawaniem napoi ze względu na tłumy. Wśród gości hotelowych przeważającą część stanowią obywatele Grupy Wyszehradzkiej, co kulturowo spaja hotel. Bardzo dużym udogodnieniem jest możliwość korzystania z hotelu Rotana, w którym natężenie gości jest mniejsze przez co jest spokojniej. Jako mieszkańcy Juveiry korzystaliśmy częściej z Rotany i polecamy je oba dla osób ceniących sobie ciszę i spokój. Szeroki wybór kolacji ala carte w bardzo dużej ilości restauracji w trzech hotelach, przez co można się pogubić ale nigdy nie było problemu z rezerwacją. Podział premium/standard all inclusive dość niejasny, wydaje się że zaraz wprowadzają trzecią i czwartą kastę. Z pewnością polecamy każdemu ten hotel jak i pobyt w Omanie.

Hotel nie jest 5* brakuje mu do tych 5* powinni przede wszystkim przykładać większą uwagę do sprzątania. Hotel jest różnorodny i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, piękna plaża, baseny, duży wybór restauracji. Ogromny minus dla organizacji ze strony itaki, opieka była żadna, nasze polskie dzieci pozostawione same sobie gdzie czeskie dzieci czy włoskie miałe świetne animacje kazdego dnia od rana do nocy, itaka nie zadbała o animatora dla polakow - wstyd. Polskie dziecko otrzymało jedynie kolorowanke na animacjach bo animatorzy nie byli w stanie dogadac sie z dziecmi innych narodowości. Czy jeszcze kiedys pojade z itaka? Wątpię

Jeśli Oman i hotel chcąc obchodzić Ramadan to niech nie prowadzą w tym okresie działalności turystycznej. Hotel jako obiekt jest za duży. Plaża w zatokach ma za mało leżaków. Głupotą jest zgoda obiektu na zostawianie ręczników przez turystów "rezerwacje" od godzin porannych (przyjście po godz.9:00 graniczy z cudem znalezienia miejsca na leżaku!!!!!!!). Odległa plaża od strony morza raczej z udogodnieniami dla gości z pokojów concept. NIE MA MOŻLIWOŚCI ZNALEZIENIA SKRAWKA MIEJSCA BEZ RODZIN Z DZIEĆMI ( nie ukrywajmy wrzaski i hałas niesie się wszędzie. Uważam, że w innych hotelach podział na basen dla dzieci (znajdujący się w innym miejscu) i basen dla dorosłych w innym miejscu jest świetnym rozwiązaniem. W obecnym układzie Hotelu Fanar jest miszmasz. Jakość nieadekwatna do ceny.

Fantastyczne wakacje .Hotel duży,pokój czysty,sprzątany codziennie ,zawsze czekało na nas coś słodkiego .Pogoda piękna ,obsługa miła.Korzystałam z opcji premium concept i to był bardzo dobry wybór ,opcja droższa ale warta swojej ceny .Wszystko pod dostatkiem .Dużo miejsca ,mało osób. Jedzenie pyszne ,napoje i alkohole jakościowo bardzo dobre.Plaże piękne ,wokół dużo zieleni .Leżaki dostępne o każdej porze dnia .Bez tłoku .Gorąco polecam.

Hotel Fanar usytuowany jest w dużym kompleksie Havana Salalah, który w całości jest do dyspozycji gości. Posiada kilka przepięknych plaż, basenów, kilka albo nawet kilkanaście barów, restauracji i stoisk z jedzeniem, dzięki czemu nie ma problemu żeby znaleźć leżak czy stolik nawet dla 8 osobowej ekipy jak nasza. Cały kompleks jest bardzo czysty. Ogromna załoga pracowników cały czas dba by wszystko było w najlepszym porządku. Chętnie służą pomocą, zawsze uśmiechnięcini życzliwi. Po resorcie poruszają się meleksy, którymi goście mogą się przemieszczać co przy dzieciach jest bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Jedzenie jest bardzo różnorodne, świeże i smaczne. Pokoje są przestronne, klimatyzowane, codziennie sprzątane. Codziennie wymieniane są ręczniki i pościel. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie w marinie 5osobową rodziną. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji 2 duże sypialnie, i ogromny salon z wielkim narożnikiem, 65 calowym telewizorem smart na którym bez problemu można było puścić netflixa czy youtuba, jadalnię z dużym stołem i 6 krzesłami oraz aneks kuchenny z lodówką, kuchenką mikrofalową, piekarnikiem, pralką, czajnikiem i zlewozmywakiem. W kuchni mieliśmy do dyspozycji herbatę, kawę, cukier oraz codziennie donoszone ogromne ilości butelkowanej wody. Nasz apartament miał również dwa balkony ze stolikami i krzesełkami oraz dwie łazienki z prysznicami, toaletami i umywalkami. W łazienkach były kosmetyki (żel pod prysznic, balsam do ciała, szampon do włosów, odżywka do włosów, mydło - również codziennie uzupełniane a nawet grzebień do włosów, czepki kąpielowe itp. oraz suszarkę. Mieliśmy również do dyspozycji sejf, żelazko i deskę do prasowania. Co prawda wyposażenie mieszkania nie było najnowsze i widać było "ślady użytkowania", ale nie miało to większego wpływu na komfort mieszkania. Ogólnie wakacje uważam za bardzo udane i serdecznie polecam hotel Fanar.

Eastern and Western Salalah — the main attractions of Eastern and Western Salalah during a day trip! A trip to the east. Visiting the fishing village of Taqah - a place with a fascinating castle, surrounded by watchtowers and stone houses. Drive to Khor Rori Lake, where you will find the ruins of the city of Sumhuram - the ancient capital of the Arab frankincense trade, sightseeing. Then a visit to the Wadi Darbat nature reserve, where you can admire majestic views of waterfalls, lakes, hills, caves and lush green vegetation. Drive to Mirbat, a former fishing village with a rich history and a walk through the city streets. Mirbat is also a port with frankincense trade and an ancient Arabian horse breeding center. Then a drive to Al-Mughsail beach, where sea water is thrown out through openings in the limestone rock. To the west of Salalah there are many beautiful beaches and Al-Mughsail is one of the most popular. Along the entire route there are numerous raw, leafless frankincense trees - incense from the province of Zufar is considered to be the best in the world. Day trip. The next point on the route is Tawi Atayr (Well of the Birds), one of the most beautiful sinkhole, which is crossed by the limestone rocks of the Salalah hills. The depth of the sinkhole is more than 100 meters (330 feet), and with the help of a local guide you can go down the path to the bottom. Continuation of the journey along the Jebel Samhan Upland to the breathtaking plateau at an altitude of almost 1700 metres above the sea level. Then a drive to the Salalah antigravity point to see how cars in neutral gear automatically go uphill. It's a really amazing experience - a car can travel at speeds ranging from 40 to 60 kilometres per hour! Camel farm — a visit to the Salalah Farm, located near the Qara Mountains. The tour will start with a presentation of the cultivated fruit and vegetables, prepared by a guide. Then, a walk around the farm and time for taking photos. A short walk through a coconut plantation and tasting a cool coconut drink with fresh bananas straight from a farm. Walk to the farm of camels, which are the main means of transport for the inhabitants of the desert, as well as a source of milk, meat and wool. The guide will show you how to communicate with camels and will tell you about their history, and a farm worker will show you how to milk camels and how to climb the coconut tree to get fruit. A possibility to take a short ride on a camel for volunteers. At the end, traditional dinner on the farm. Half-day trip. Salalah City Tour — a trip to Salalah, the southern city of gardens, a tropical paradise. The tour starts at the archaeological site of Al-Baleed, where archaeological exhibits from the region are presented (open: from Sunday to Thursday: 8.30-20.00, Friday to Saturday: 15.00-20.00). Then you will visit the gardens with lush groves, where coconuts, bananas, papayas and numerous vegetables grow. Time for taking pictures at the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, where you can find beautiful works of art and painted tiles. Finally, a visit to Al-Husn Souq, where incense and traditional burners are sold. Lost City of Ubar and Rub Al-Khali — visiting the lost city of Ubar, where the remains of ancient buildings were discovered in 1992. It is believed that Ubar was inhabited from approx. 2800 BC to approx. 300 AD and was an important centre of frankincense trade before it was absorbed by the rising dunes. There is a small museum presenting archaeological findings. The Rub Al-Khali Desert stretches from the foot of the mountains, creating a huge sandy plain. The region is known for its archaeological sites. The program also includes Wadi Dawkah, where you can see incense trees, then free time in Thumrait. Day trip. A night in the Rub Al-Khali desert — an unforgettable night in the Rub Al-Khali - the world's largest sandy desert. In the afternoon, depart in Jeeps towards the desert. On the way, a short stop at a camel farm, time for taking photos. Then entering the biggest dunes in the area of Al-Hashman, from where you can admire the beautiful sunset.
