Ladies and Gentlemen,

In connection with the suspension of all trips organized by ITAKA Travel Agency until April 15, 2020, we would like to inform that:

• Customers who have a trip booked during this period are informed about the suspension of trips by means of text message or by the employees of our Helpline and sales points where the booking was made.
• In the first place we contact the Customers whose departure was to take place in the nearest dates.
• In order to streamline the process, please contact the sales points to complete the necessary formalities or consult on possible change of departure date or destination.
• Customers currently staying abroad using the services of ITAKA Travel Agency will be returned to the country in accordance with the applicable regulations.
• In accordance with the applicable regulations, after crossing the border, these persons will undergo a 14-day home quarantine - detailed information will be provided to the returning persons at the points of arrival into the country.
• In accordance with the restrictions on the operation of shopping malls, the ITAKA Sales Points located in shopping malls are mostly closed.
• ITAKA Sales Points outside of shopping malls may work in a limited time scope.
• Contact with ITAKA is possible via the Customer Service Center (CSC) at: 77 5412269 and via e-mail: cok@itaka.pl.
• Due to the current situation, we have introduced additional assistance in the CSC, but during the subsequent few days the call waiting time may be longer - we hope for your understanding in this matter.
• In the first place we are processing requests concerning trips and events in the nearest dates (this weekend and the coming week).
• Changes in bookings are possible without changing the price within the frames of the same event, e.g. to a later date, also from the Summer 2020, Winter 2020/2021 offer - excluding holidays/winter holidays/New Year's Eve.
• Changes to another event, e.g. another hotel/destination, are also possible without changing the price, if the difference is up to 10% of the value of the canceled event.
• In the first place we will process requests for booking changes.
• Requests for cancellations and refunds resulting from art. 47 sec. 5 item 2 and sec. 6 will be processed later, as we are awaiting formal and legal regulations in this area.
