Pobyt w tym hotelu był niesamowitym doświadczeniem. Od momentu zameldowania, przez kontakt z obsługą, aż po wyżywienie – wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Cały personel jest uśmiechnięty, serdeczny i pomocny. Pokoje i łazienki są przestronne, czyste i komfortowe. Wybór jedzenia jest ogromny, a każdego wieczoru serwowane są kolacje tematyczne, np. inspirowane kuchnią azjatycką czy hiszpańską. W pobliżu hotelu znajdują się piękne plaże, gdzie niemal codziennie można podziwiać zachwycające zachody słońca. Po kompleksie można poruszać się melexami, co znacznie ułatwia przemieszczanie się w dalsze zakątki. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i z pewnością będę go polecać znajomym.

Cały hotel zachowany w bardzo ekskluzywnym stylu wszystko zadbane jak i chronione, bardzo pomocą obsługa, pokój duży i przestronny z bardzo dużym łóżkiem plus ręcznie sterowana klimatyzacja, wybór kilku restauracji, oraz jedna główna bardzo dużo z możliwością wybrania miejsca na sali tylko dla dorosłych, bardzo duży wybór jedzenia i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Plaża dosłownie kilka kroków od pokoi hotelowych również podzielona gdzie jest część tylko dla dorosłych stałe sprzątana i pilnowana, pyszne drinki w barze, również bezalkoholowe. Była to mój i mojej żony podróż poślubna i jeśli mielibyśmy wybrać jeszcze raz to nasz wybór padłby na ten hotel :)

Świetny hotel, bardzo dużo basenów z organizowanymi atrakcjami. Plaża przy samym hotelu. Hotel w kompleksie z trzema innymi, z których można korzystać będąc w Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal, przez co nie można się nudzić w tym kompleksie. Miła obsługa. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Zdecydowanie polecam.
