Visiting the imposing ruins of the city: the Pyramid of the Moon, the Pyramid of the Sun, the Citadel, the Avenue of the Dead, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl. A short visit to the production site of beautiful volcanic stone products: obsidian and tasting local drinks. Back to MEXICO CITY. Sightseeing: the historic center of MEXICO CITY, entered on the UNESCO list: Zocalo - Constitution Square with the baroque Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace erected in the place of the palace of the last Aztec ruler - Montezuma, with murals of Diego Rivera, the ruins of Templo Mayor - the former Aztec temple. Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to PUEBLA, known as the City of Angels, located in the valley between the volcanoes of La Malinche and Pico de Orizaba, a city famous for ceramics, sweets and numerous churches that adorn even the smallest street. Visiting the historic center included in the UNESCO list: the Puebla Cathedral (the second largest cathedral in Mexico), the Santo Domingo Church with the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary (a jewel of Mexican Baroque), the street of sweets, the colorful El Parian market, the Los Sapos district of artists. Transfer to Oaxaca, where elements of Spanish and Indian culture intertwine, famous for its art galleries and shops with artistic handicrafts. Hotel accommodation. Dinner and overnight.
4. DAY. MONTE ALBÁN - OAXACA
Breakfast. Drive along a picturesque route through the Sierra Madre Mountains to the archaeological zone of MONTE ALBAN, the ancient capital of the Olmecs and Zapotecs, and at the same time one of the most magnificent pyramid complexes in Mexico (located approx. 2000 m above sea level). Visiting the archaeological site: North Platform, Observatory, pyramids, Palace of Dancers. Numerous pyramids, terraces and artificial mounds carved on the hillside are symbols of the sacred topography inscribed on the UNESCO list. Return to OAXACA. Lunch in a charming restaurant in the center. Walk through the picturesque winding streets of the colonial city and meet the colorful Indian culture. The historic center of Oaxaca is included in the UNESCO list: the 18th-century cathedral with a plateresco-style facade, the Santo Domingo church, whose stuccoed interior is one of the richest in Mexico. A visit to the market, where you can try and buy local chocolate products as well as fruit, vegetables and spices. Return to the hotel, overnight.
5. DAY. SANTA MARIA DEL TULE - MITLA - TEHUANTEPEC
Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to the village of SANTA MARIA DEL TULE, where the famous Tule tree stands next to a small church - a huge cypress, whose age is estimated at 2,000. years. Departure to one of the most famous archaeological sites of Mexico - MITLA. The complex includes, among others: a group of columns, a group of churches, remains of buildings and tombs. The intricate stone ornaments are the greatest treasure of this place. Transfer to TEHUANTEPEC, check-in at the hotel, dinner, overnight.
DAY 6. SUMIDERO CANYON - SAN CRISTOBAL DE LAS CASAS
Breakfast. Check out. Early in the morning, drive to the picturesque SUMIDERO CANYON, up to 1,200 m deep. A boat trip on the Grijalava River in the Sumidero National Park. Many animals live here: crocodiles, lizards and many species of birds - cormorants, kingfishers, vultures, pelicans. Transfer to SAN CRISTOBAL DE LAS CASAS. Walk through the picturesque historic center of the colonial city built in 1524: the cathedral in Plaza del Marzo and the Church of Santo Domingo, which has a square with stalls where local people sell handicrafts. 7th DAY. SAN JUAN CHAMULA - ZINACANTAN
Breakfast. Transfer to the Indian village of SAN JUAN CHAMULA, where you can feel the atmosphere of the inhabitants' everyday life and their colorful traditions. In San Juan Chamula there is a church where shamans heal people with secret medicines known from ancient Mexican culture. Then the village of ZINACANTAN, where you will see how traditional huipils embroidered clothes are made. Return to the hotel. Free time and accommodation.
8th DAY. AGUA AZUL WATERFALLS
Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Take the exit towards Palenque. On the way, a stop (depending on weather conditions) at the AGUA AZUL WATERFALLS, whose water has a unique turquoise color, and free time for a bath. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation, dinner and overnight.
9. DAY. YAXCHILAN - BONAMPAK
Early departure towards the Guatemala border. Breakfast in the form of a package. A boat trip on the Usumacinta River to hidden in the jungle YAXCHILAN, an important archaeological site in Mexico, once an important cultural center, forming part of the so-called Mayan river culture. Visiting temples and buildings hidden among the rich flora and fauna, with many well-preserved sculptures. Lunch. Transfer to BONAMPAK, an archaeological zone with sacred buildings, with wonderful murals, murals in one of the Mayan temples. This sacred place is looked after by the Lacandones Indians. Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to BECAL, famous for the production of Panama straw hats and sombreros. Here you can see how local women weave hats from palm fibers. Transfer to UXMAL, under the patronage of UNESCO, with one of the most beautiful archaeological sites on the Yucatan Peninsula, where the famous Mayan ruins are located. Sightseeing: The Great Pyramid of the Magician, also known as the Pyramid of the Dwarf, the House of the Nuns, the Governor's Palace. Visit to the Cocoa Museum. Dzięki wspaniałemu przewodnikowi Panu Marcinowi można bardzo dobrze poznać historię i kulturę Meksyku. Standard hoteli jest dobry lub bardzo dobry, jedzenie smaczne lokalne. Dobra atmosfera w grupie.

Wycieczka bardzo ciekawa. To co mnie zaskoczyło to intensywność - nawet wyższa niż się spodziewałem, ale to na plus. Gdym miał coś zmienić to dodałbym 1 dodatkowy dzień na odpoczynek w Cancun.

Wycieczka oparta jest na bardzo ciekawym i umiarkowanie wymagającym programie pozwalającym na poznanie historii i kolorytu Meksyku oraz jego przyrody. Ilości kolorów miasteczek, wspaniałość (...)
Wycieczka oparta jest na bardzo ciekawym i umiarkowanie wymagającym programie pozwalającym na poznanie historii i kolorytu Meksyku oraz jego przyrody. Ilości kolorów miasteczek, wspaniałość zwiedzanych kościołowi i majestatyczność piramid od kultury Azteków aż po Majów zachwycały każdego dnia. Wielkie wrażenie, swoją tajemniczością, zrobił także kościół synkretyczny w San Juan Campeche. Z kolei kąpiel w cenocie pozwala na super orzeźwienie. Wspaniałe wrażenie robi także rejs przez dżunglę (do stanowisk archeologicznych) oraz wzdłuż Kanionu Sumidero. Całości uroku tej wycieczki dopełnia jej Opiekun - Marcin - to człowiek o bardzo obszernej wiedzy dotyczącej zwiedzanego kraju (zakochany w nim), chrakteryzujący się wysoką kulturą osobistą, świetnym poczuciu humoru oraz dodatkowymi propozycjami dla grupy stosowanie do sytuacji. Zdecydowania warto polecić tą wycieczkę (oprócz "spowalniaczy" w stanie Chiapas :)). Jedyne czego mi zabrakło w Meksyku, to zupełnie paradoksalnie "smaków (ostrości) Meksyku" ale to już kwestia gustu :).

Z całego serca polecamy wycieczkę do Meksyku Que rico México! Plan wycieczki, różnorodność przyrodnicza i kulturowa przerosła moje i Żony oczekiwania. Było przewspaniałe. Fantastyczne piramidy Azteków i Majów, dymiący wulkan, kąpiel w morzu karaibskim coś niesamowitego, a to tylko ułamek tego co przeżyliśmy na wycieczce po Meksyku. Bardzo bogaty plan wspaniale zrealizowany przez Pana Marcina. Jak do Meksyku to tylko z nim!

Fantastyczna podróż. Dzięki bardzo profesjonalnemu przewodnikowi wycieczkę będziemy wspominać zawsze. Różnorodność stanów pokazuje prawdziwy Meksyk dzięki czemu można poznać uroki i problemy tego kraju. Myślę że Itaka ma duży skarb w postaci przewodnika Marcina, jego zaangażowanie, wiedzą, świetne zorganizowanie, nawet w trudnych sytuacjach zawsze szybka realizacja planu B i nie naruszenie planu wycieczki, mało tego dodatkowo gratyfikacja wszelkich niedogodności w postaci dodatkowych atrakcji sprawia że cała podróż staje się bardzo atrakcyjna. Żeby nie było że tylko profesjonalista :) to Marcin całą swoją postawą, życzliwością, pomocą i sympatią stwarza fantastyczną atmosferę tej wycieczki. Podsumowując jeśli chcesz poznać prawdziwy Meksyk polecamy właśnie wybranie tej wycieczki. Jest ona jednak dla wytrwałych i lubiących podróże a nie tylko plaża all inclusive.

Wycieczka była bardzo udana, możemy śmiało powiedzieć, że była to podróż wymarzona. Oryginalny niepowtarzalny kraj, który nas zachwycił, zaskoczył i zachęcił do lepszego poznania. Mogliśmy poznać Meksyk, jego historię, kulturę, zwyczaje, rośliny i zwierzęta, zobaczyć to co oczywiste i nie dzięki rzeczowemu, kompetentnemu przewodnikowi panu Marcinowi, Czuliśmy się tam bardzo bezpiecznie dzięki bardzo dobrej współpracy przewodnika z Polski, przewodnika z Meksyku i Pana kierowcy. To Oni stworzyli nam iście rodzinną atmosferę. Pan Marcin to nie tylko wyśmienity przewodnik, ale także bardzo dobry człowiek. W Meksyku podziwialiśmy różne budowle, zmienne krajobrazy, egzotyczne rośliny i zwierzęta np. małpy czepiaki, wyjce, krokodyle i małe koliberki. Nocowaliśmy w urokliwych hotelach, które były dodatkową atrakcją. Mieliśmy możliwość poznania kuchni meksykańskiej. Posiłki najczęściej były smaczne. Często na śniadanie jednak była serwowana zimna jajecznica i to warto byłoby zmienić. Aby uniknąć dolegliwości jelitowych warto korzystać z wody butelkowanej. Komarów było mało i świetnie poradziła sobie z nimi muga. Nakrycia głowy i dobry krem przeciwsłoneczny był bardzo potrzebny. Jedyny minus to długa, monotonna podróż samolotem.

Program ambitny i intensywny. Czas wypełniony od wczesnego rana do wieczora. Trochę mało czasu wolnego w zwiedzanych miejscach. Warunki hotelowe dobre. Posiłki bardzo dobre w czasie pierwszych 4 dni oraz ostatniego dnia, pozostałe słabe (śniadania zimna jajecznica każdego dnia). W późniejszych dniach, wiele osób miało dolegliwości żołądkowe. Programowe posiłki (obiado-kolacje) o godzinie 20:00. Bardziej zasadnym byłoby zaplanowanie ich na porę obiadową. Autokar bardzo dobry, kierowca bardzo kompetentny. Przewodnik kompetentny i dbający o grupę. Moim zdaniem trochę mało opowiadał o Meksyku, ale to moja subiektywna opinia. Szkoda, że nie udało się zobaczyć jednego stanowiska Jaxchilan (droga zamknięta). Brakuje wizyty nad Oceanem Spokojnym oraz jednego dodatkowego dnia w Cancun na wypoczynek nad morzem. Ogólnie oceniam wycieczkę bardzo pozytywnie.

Opieka rezydenta bardzo dobra, super autokar , kierowca wirtuoz kierownicy , hotele jak na objazdówce różny standard ( trafiły się nawet z karaluchem ) . Wyżywienie beznadziejne czyli posiłki serwowane - codziennie zimna jajecznica w niewielkiej ilości i pankejki (śniadanie powinno być najważniejszym posiłkiem dnia niestety nie ma czasu aby rano organizować sobie dodatkowe wyżywienie) , drugi posiłek w miarę przyzwoity. Wszystko to generuje dodatkowe koszty wcale nie małe na które nie wszyscy byli przygotowani . Sam program wycieczki bardzo ambitny pokazujący uroki Meksyku, poznanie historii Majów, życia Indian, kąpiel w cenocie, możliwość obejrzenia morza Karaibskiego, zatoki Meksykańskiej, miast kolonialnych , bardzo ciekawe stanowiska archeologiczne, piramidy w Chichen Itza, Uxmal, kanion Sumidero i wiele innych bardzo ciekawych miejsc.

Wycieczka bardzo mi się podobała. Tak jak poprzednie 6 programów objazdowek na których byłem z itaką. Zresztą konkurencją jak jeździłem to też były świetnie zorganizowane, żeby nie było za dużo słodzenia.. po prostu ktoś układa program i się zna na tym natomiast co kraj to obyczaj czy to śniadaniowy czy hotelowy.. Poza tym pochwale program po programie czyli nocne życie na mieście oraz autokar w którym była dostępna toaleta. . Powtórzę też zdanie które napisałem w poprzedniej opinii, że po prostu w krótkim czasie zobaczyliśmy wiele... tak jak w opisie wycieczki 3500 km autokarem..tj program bogaty.
