HOTEL czysty , ekipa sprzątająca naprawdę się starała. Korzystałem tylko ze śniadań- było ok , spory wybór, słabo wypadła kawa. Basen nieduży, zdecydowanie za mało leżaków. Odległość od plaży ok. 500 m. Plaża publiczna bez leżaków, zatłoczona. Mniej ludzi około kilometra dalej. HOTEL położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji w centrum, blisko barów, restauracji i sklepów- niedaleko również Night Market.

Hotel jest okropny!! Biuro podróży Itaka podaje informacje, że hotel został zbudowany w 2022 roku, wygląda on jednak w rzeczywistości, jakby miał co najmniej 10 lat. Jest względnie czysto, natomiast cały hotel, jak i pokoje są już zniszczone. Znajduje się on w niewielkiej miejscowości, gdzie wzdłuż ulicy jest pełno straganów z chińszczyzną i generalnie niczego ciekawego. Otoczenie hotelu jest po prostu jak z koszmaru, z każdej strony widok okropny(wiem ponieważ zmieniałam pokój, z powodu braku ciepłej wody w łazience, przy czym recepcja nalegała, że mogą zmienić mi pokój dopiero następnego dnia, chcieli mnie zostawić po 12h podróży bez możliwości wzięcia prysznica i odświeżenia się na 24h, no chyba że brałabym prysznic w lodowatej wodzie) z jednej strony mamy widok na straszące niewykończenie budynki, z drugiej jest nieużytek ziemi gdzie zamieszkuje wataha dzikich psów, które żyją w wykopanych w piasku jamkach, kolejna strona to góry zerdzewiałego żelastwa i jest to strona z której gdzieś w oddali widać morze, ale główną perspektywą to stary zapuszczony hotel i skład żelastwa właśnie. Jeżeli będzie mieli szczęście to dostaniecie pokój od strony dziedzińca z widokiem na basen, ale z kolei tam jest bardzo ciemno i cały dzień gra głośna muzyka. Hotel posiada niewielki basen znajdujący się na dziedzińcu budynku, gdzie do okola otacza nas beton i oczy innych wypoczywających hotel nie posiada swojej plaży, najbliższa znajduje się jakieś 400m gdzie jeść 5 bardzo zniszczonych leżaków za ok 60zl za osobę za cały dzień. O śniadaniach chyba nawet nie będę się wypowiadać, mogę jedynie powiedzieć, że przez 8 dni jadłam codziennie omlet lub jajko sadzone, bo nic innego się nie nadawało. Kawoszom proponuje zaopatrzenie się w jakieś kawy instant ponieważ będą na pewno lepsze niż kawa serwowana na sniadaniu, a najlepiej po prostu nie wybierajcie żadnego wyżywienia w tym hotelu. Z przykrością muszę stwierdzić iż mam wrażenie że chyba każdy inny hotel proponowany na tej wyspie przez Itakę będzie lepszy niż hotel mercure, szczerze nie wybierajcie go za żadne pieniądze, bo będziecie się denerwować, zupełnie nie rozumiem skąd ta cena, bo zupełnie nic za nią nie idzie. Na prawdę szczerze nie polecam!
