Wonderful, immersed in a tropical garden of the area. 2 thousand m2, picturesquely located in the bay of Jacaranda, between the sea parks, right next to the beautiful white sand beach. It consists of several atmospheric Arabic-style buildings, located among bougainvillea and palm trees, in which there are comfortable rooms, some with a view of the ocean. The central place in the hotel is taken by 2 fancy saltwater pools, a jacuzzi, a sun terrace and stunning views - from one of which you can go down directly to the beach! Jedyne zastrzeżenie mam do posiłków - przygotowywane pod włoskich klientów, mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone, natomiast ja zawsze znalazłam coś dla siebie. Ogólnie wrażenia bardzo pozytywne.

Hotel czysty. Pokoje i łazienki schludne i czyste. Jedzenie dobre, chociaż mało urozmaicone, mały wybór, na styl włoski. Obsługa miła i pomocna, nie żądająca "bakszyszu". Na plaży można było spokojnie znaleźć leżak, w razie czego obsługa służyła pomocą w znalezieniu wolnego miejsca. Przy samym oceanie już trzeba uważać na lokalnych "Januszów" biznesu.

Jeśli zawsze marzyłeś o pięknej tropikalnej plaży z palmami, delikatnym drobnym piaskiem i lazurowej wodzie oceanu to miejsce spełnia te wszystkie elementy. Kameralny, czysty hotel, położony przy pięknej plaży z miłą i pomocną obsługą. Miejsce bardzo bezpieczne, czyste i klimatyczne. Bardzo dobre posiłki, smaczne soki i drinki, a to czego nie ma w wersji all inclusive możesz dodatkowo dokupić jeśli masz na to ochotę. Miejsce to charakteryzuje się odpływami i przypływami zgodnie z fazami księżyca, co dla nas było plusem- gdy może „znikało” można wybrać się na spacer w głąb oceanu i po drodze spotkać morskie stworzenia jak rozgwiazdy, kolorowe gąbki, mniejsze i większe rybki oraz sporo krabów różnej wielkości. My polecamy, ale zapoznajcie się z ofertą , bo spotkaliśmy niezadowolonych Polaków, bo alkohol był w głównym barze, a nie w barze na plaży- jeśli Twoim celem na wakacje jest głównie to by mieć pod nosem na plaży alkohol to nie miejsce dla Ciebie, natomiast jeśli chcesz odpocząć w pięknym kameralnym miejscu to wybierz hotel Jumbo

Dla mnie hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Pięknie zielony, ukwiecony zadbany ogród, piękna plaża, trzy baseny, restauracja również na swieżym powietrzy. Co prawda lata świetności ma już za sobą, wiele rzeczy można by już wymienić na nowe ale w tym wypadku stosunek jakości do ceny jest w pełni adekwatny, A klimat, atmosfera tego miejsca i widok na ocean wynagradza wszystko. Niby w hotelu większosć pokoi była zarezerwowana ale w ogóle nie dało się tego odczuć, czuliśmy się jak w małym butikowym hotelu :) Nie jest to na pewno hotel dla ludzi szukających luksusu i aquaparków rodem z Egiptu ale można w nim poczuć prawdziwą Afrykę. To nic że mocno zużyte materace nie gwarantują poczucia higieny a woda w basenie nie zawsze była krystaliczna. Ma on jednak swój urok i gdyby świat nie był za mały na powtórne zwiedzanie tych samych miejsc pewnie bym do niego wrócił. Pokoje sprzątane na bierząco. Mieliśmy pokój obok restauracji basenu i wyjścia na plaże - rewelacyjne dla nas położenie choć pewnie niektórym mogłby przeszkadzać odgłos wieczornych animacji. Czytałem opinie ze personel bardziej nastawiony jest na Włochów. Ja tego jakoś szczególnie nie odczułem poza standardowym - dajesz wyższe napiwki to i lepiej CIę obsługują. Ale personel przyjemny, uśmiechnięty, starający się łapać słówka po polsku. Włosi w zdecydowanej większości nie używają angielskiego i również z tego powodu wymagali "szczególnej troski":) Jedzenie smaczne, dużo makaronów ryb, ośmiornic z grilla, jagnięciny. Nie było frytek i pizzy co dla dzieciaków było pewną niedogodnośćią. Owoce w dużych ilościach: arbuzy, ananasy, papaja, mango i marakuja. Śniadania jak dla mnie słabe i codziennie takie same: jajka, fasolka, pomidory, wędlina, bekon, kawa herbata. W opcji all dostępne tylko drinki z podanej listy, często lane z pięciolitrowych baniaków:) ale dało się to pić:) Europejskie drinki plus wino plus kawa z ekspresu dodatkowo płatne. Brak animacji dla dzieci choć moje akurat zupełnie tego nie potrzebowały. Hotel położony w Watamu, 3 godziny drogi od lotniska wiec po 10 godzinnym siedzeniu w samolocie na prawde chce się już być na miejscu. Ale trzeba przyznać że Itaka zadbala tutaj o komfort transferu. Położenie hotelu to nie jest Diani Beach, jest mniej atrakcji ale zawsze mozna wziąć tuktuka spod hotelu i zobaczyć prawdziwą Afrykę jak centrum Watamu, zjeść kolację na Prawn Lake czy odwiedzić małpki w Gede lub targ w Malindi. Przy tygodniowym pobycie, zakładając dwudniowe Safari na pewno poczujecie niedosyt tego miejsca. My byliśmy dwa tygodnie a i tak nie zdąrzyliśmy zrobić wsystkiego co chcieliśmy. Plaża piękna, codziennie duże odpływy odsłaniające wyspy białego piasku na które można pospacerować szukając rozgwiazd i innych zwierzątek. Jeżowców bardzo mało jednak ze względu na rafę buty do wody by sie przydały. Reasumując ja oceniam hotel bardzo pozytywnie natomiast nie jest to hotel dla ludzi szukających marmurów i obawiających się mrówek w pokoju albo malutkiej jaszczurki na suficie:) To też ma swój urok. Ja polecam serdecznie, koniecznie na dwa tygodnie...i pamiętajcie - Pole Pole i Hakuna Matata :)

Hotel jest już stary i zniszczony. Niestety największym minusem podczas mojego pobytu (luty 2025) według mnie był brudny bar, lepiąca się od brudu lada oraz krzesła barowe również nieczyszczone od dawna, muchy na stołówce zasiadające na pieczywie oraz innych udostępnionych daniach szwedzkiego stołu a także kubki do napojów i drinków, które myte były chyba metodą opłukania, niejednokrotnie szminka na obrzeżach i piasek na dnie co mnie osobiście przyprawiało o mdłości. Może nie być ekskluzywnie ale nich chociaż będzie czysto! Do tego basen główny brudny a woda lekko już żółta od zastania. Do jednego nikt nie odważył się nawet wejść - niestety :/. Leżaki drewniane, nieco już wysłużone za to pianki na leżakach wyeksploatowane ma maksimum, miał szczęście ten kto trafił na taki bez dziur. Nie mniej są ręczniki plażowe, więc da się przeżyć. Pokoje sprzątane co dzień co jest zdecydowanie plusem ale samo urządzenie i stan pokoju... raczej bardzo budżetowe. Moskitiery niezbyt czyste i z dziurami. Bar na plaży serwuje tylko soft napoje. Do plusów należy zaliczyć zdecydowanie obsługę, zawsze bardzo sympatyczna i życzliwa oraz managera Włocha, co dzień dostępnego dla gości na wyciagnięcie ręki, ciągle z kimś rozmawiał i służył pomocą :) Zdecydowanym plusem jest też piękna roślinność, plaża, i poczucie kameralnej atmosfery. Jedzenie ubogie ale w większości smaczne. Z głodu się nie zginie :) Zawsze smaczny ryż w różnej postaci, ziemniaczki, z mięs głównie wołowina w większości dobrze przyrządzona i warzywa. Owoce za to, to totalny sztos - krojone na miejscu wybitne mango i ananas, papaja, marakuja, banany i arbuz. Ach noi co ważne dla dorosłych gości hotelowych drinki All - naprawdę MEGA MEGA mega smaczne!. Są też animacje dzienne i wieczorne występy lokalnych artystów. Generalnie jeśli szuka się budżetowego wyjazdu bez wygórowanych oczekiwań to jest to świetne miejsce. Jest kameralnie i bezpiecznie. Podsumowując, jeśli ma być tanio i bez rarytasów to dobry wybór. Klimat hotelu, cudowna pogoda, piękna plaża, ocean i ludzie wynagradzają niedostatki mieszkaniowe.

Urządzony prosto, w stylu nawiązującym do stylu kolonialnego. Najwieksze wrazenie robi wielkie, wygodne łóżko z moskitierą. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja indywidualna. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła.

Mombasa City Tour - half-day (approx. 5 hours) trip to Mombasa, the second largest city in Kenya. Here cultures intermingle: the Arabic, African, Indian and European.
