Rewelacyjne wakacje, polecam hotel wszystkim spragnionym relaksu, spokoju, prawdziwego wypoczynku pod palmą w egzotycznej scenerii. Wizualnie hotel robi piorunujące wrażenie - bungalowy w stylu Suahili, w palmowym ogrodzie. Bardzo kulturalne małpki (nie kradną co często zdarza się w innych hotelach) Bardzo kameralna, przyjemna atmosfera. Bardzo życzliwy personel, czysty basen, dobrze utrzymany pokój ( wyremontowany, codziennie świeża pościel, ręczniki, piękne dekoracje kwiatowe na łóżkach). Zgłoszona awaria naprawiona w mgnieniu oka. Hotel zrobił na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie. Mało gości - tak jakby cała rezydencja dla nas ;-) Hotel jest po prostu piękny. Polecam osobom szukającym spokoju i relaksu.

Hotel jest bardzo kameralny - ok.50 pokoi, położony w ładnym ogrodzie. Teren jest tak ukształtowany, że praktycznie z każdego pokoju widać ocean, a wiatr znad oceanu sprawia, że nie czuć upału. Nie wiem skąd Itaka bierze te gwiazdki za hotele - 4 to kompletna bzdura. Może 2? Standard niziutki, ale bardzo czysto i nie ma żadnego robactwa. Architektura i zdobnictwo afrykańskie super. Obsługa miła, ale czasem zbyt nachalna - wszyscy chcą się koniecznie z tobą zaprzyjaźnić. Dla świętego spokoju trzeba udawać, że nie zna się angielskiego. Kuchnia słabiutka - ciągle to samo i żaden wybór. Zmieniało się czasem mięso do kolacji lub lanchu. Pomimo opcji all inclusiv tylko 3 posiłki - nie było żadnych przekąsek, chyba że płatne. Teoretycznie ok 16.00 obiecywali pizze, ale jak ją zrobili o 17.30 to był sukces - ale na więcej niże 1-2 kawałki to i tak się nie załapiesz. Pokoje ładne w dużymi wysokimi łóżkami (na które trzeba się wdrapać:). Mało miejsca w pokoju, ale i tak w pokojach nikt nie siedział. Klima sprawna, łazienki odnowione i nawet słodka woda w kranach była (podobno od niedawna). W niektórych pokojach nie było ciepłej wody, a w niektórych była, tylko że tak niskie ciśnienie w kranach, że umycie długich włosów to prawdziwy wyczyn.

Bardzo starannie dbano o czystość w pokoju. Uporczywa była też obecność beach boysow na plaży ale ona jest publiczna i mieli prawo tam być.

Hotel przeznaczony raczej dla ludzi chcących wypocząć w ciszy .Hotel pięknie położony .Posiłki smaczne lecz mało urozmaicone ( lecz się nie dziwię ,najwięcej naliczyłem jednego dnia ,podczas tygodniowego pobytu dwadzieścia osób ,bywało i tak że, było więcej obsługi niż wypoczywających). Obsługa wiecznie uśmiechnięta i pomocna .Leżaki przy basenie zajęte w ilości 2-3 (to była dopiero sielanka). Animatorzy hotelowi też godni pochwały .Czysto i pełna kultura.Natomiast nasza rezydentka Pani Magda ,myślę że dobrze wypoczywa w Kenii ,bo opiekę nad wypoczywającymi tam turystami miała gdzieś i jedynym jej zajęciem było sprzedaż wycieczek .

Polecam wycieczki z Sadim z plaży. My już nie możemy doczekać się kolejnego wyjazdu. Nie rozumiemy dlaczego do takiego kraju jadą Polscy rasiści było nam bliżej do Kenijczyków jak do rodaków. Rezydent to całkowita porażka. Brak opieki i zainteresowania turystami.

Przedstawiony w ofercie opis hotelu oddaje stan faktyczny. Hotel typowo przeznaczony dla osób nie szukających ciągłych rozrywek,lecz spokoju i odpoczynku. Obsługa przemiła, wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Plaża pomimo pięknego białego piasku, poprzez ciągłe przypływy i odpływy oceanu zanieczyszczona była wodorostami, ale widok tych zmian oceanu był bardzo interesujący.

Łazienki wypadałoby już wyremontować , chociaż wszystko jest sprawne. Pokoje sprzątane były dokładnie,spryskiwane środkami owadobójczymi. Jedzenie smaczne, chociaż wybór nie za duży. Basen czysty, plaża bardo ładna. Taras z barkiem na plaży bardzo przyjemny, spokojnie, można się tam zrelaksować. Animator zabawiał nasze dzieci, tak że nie nudziły się. Wieczorem zawsze były jakieś występy artystyczne. Korzystałem z bezpłatnego wypożyczenia roweru, zwiedzając nim najbliższą okolicę, również hotel Baobab Sea Lodge. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z hotelu. Lubimy taką spokojną, wręcz sielankową atmosferę, wypoczęliśmy wspaniale.

Hotel kameralny, pięknie położony, bardzo miła obsługa. Jedzenie dość monotonne ale smaczne. Kompletnie nie komunikatywna rezydentka, nie mająca nic do powiedzenia, szczególnie o Kenii. Na tym tle pozytywnie wyróżniał się polskojęzyczny opiekun imieniem George. Kompletnym skandalem było pozostawienie po wycieczce części turystów w Mombasie (odległość ok. 50 km od hotelu) z opcją dojazdu na własną na rękę. W przypadku osób bez znajomości języka i gotówki sytuacja mogła być tragiczna.

Swahili Blue - cruise to the island of Wasini – expedition to the southern coast of Kenya. The route runs amidst coconut forests and lazy villages. Traditional dhow type boats take you on a cruise on the Indian Ocean, with good visibility you will be able to see the coast of Tanzania. Stop for swimming and snorkeling. In the afternoon, arrive on the island of Wasini, where in an exotic restaurant there will be time for a real pirate feast of seafood.
