Pokoje przestronne, czyste, świetnie wyposażone, a obsługa niezwykle serdeczna i pomocna. Hotel bardzo ładny, widać, że dbają tam o szczegóły wystroju, na każdym kroku widać jak porządkują, dbają o ogród itp. Malownicze miejsce, przepiękna plaża z miejscem na leżaki na samej plaży, gdzie pilnuje ochrona, aby lokalni nie podchodzili do turystów, hotel pełny jest zakamarków, zejść pomiędzy jaskiniami, piękny ogród z ogromną ilością roślinności i małpek. My wybraliśmy pokój junior suite, który jest po remoncie, bardzo ładny, czysty, z wyjściem na balkon z którego można wyjść bezpośrednio na ogród, usytuowany blisko jednego z basenów. Jedzenie w hotelu bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsluga jest trochę powolna, drinki standardowe w all inclusive, za lepsze trzeba dopłacić. W dzień wylotu pokój należało opuścić do 10, do wyjazdu można było korzystać z all inclusive, a przy recepcji udostępnili nam shower room, w którym można wziąć prysznic i ogarnąć się przed wylotem. Z minusów - Byliśmy od 6 do 13 marca, 10 marca nagle okazuje się że bar przy plaży jak i restauracja po godzinie 17 nie wyda napoi, drinków ani nawet wody choć w rozpisce jest do godziny 18, nikt nie wiedział z czego to wynika. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, że na każdym kroku pytają o numer pokoju i podpisuję się rachunki zerowe przy opuszczaniu stolików.

Niestety hotel nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań, pomimo oznaczeniu kompleksu jako pięcio- gwiazdkowego. Poziom czystości, wyżywienia jako obsługi pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Pierwszego dnia w pokoju, przywitały nas obce włosy na podłodze w łazience, pod prysznicem jak i na pościeli. Notorycznie brakowało nam ręczników jak i papieru toaletowego o który musieliśmy się prosić w recepcji. Wszystkie baseny niestety nieczyste, kostiumu zniszczone przez zielony nalot o którym hotel musiał wiedzieć ponieważ codziennie próbowali myć go z płytek, hotel oczywiście nie poniósł żadnej odpowiedzialności za to zwalił winę na nas insynuując że to przez kremy do opalania (nie sprawiał on żadnych kłopotów nad oceanem :)). Poniekąd, praktyczne codziennie dochodziło do sytuacji że obsługa próbowała nas naciągnąć na napoje, które mieliśmy w wyżywieniu all inclusive . Poinformowaliśmy o tym recepcję natomiast nie zostało to w żaden sposób ukrócone. Pomijając wszelkie nieprzyjemności, które spotkały nas w hotelu, obiekt położony w pięknym miejscu.

Bardzo dobry hotel, klimat i atmosfera bardzo relaksacyjna, pokoje ładne po remoncie , warto dopłacić do pokoju z widokiem na ocean , jedzenie bardzo dobre, plaża super , strefa barowa na plaży z wygodnymi kanapami fantastyczna, bardzo mili pracownicy . Ochrona na plaży nie daje wejść obcym urlop bardzo udany , piękny ogromny ogród. Polecam również wymagającym klientom

To najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy. Po długiej podróży (około godziny 23:30) czekała na nas ciepła kolacja i miłe przywitanie pracowników hotelu. Bardzo miła i komunikatywna obsługa, dawała nam poczucie zaopiekowania. Pokoje czyste, codzienne sprzątane: regularnie wymieniane ręczniki i pościel. Posiłki bardzo smaczne, podawane w sali z widokiem na ocean, wieczorem w ogrodzie. Cały obiekt pięknie zaprojektowany: ogród z piękną roślinnością, baseny , bary i plaża . Wszystko zadbane i codziennie sprzątane od wczesnych godzin porannym. Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem w hotelu i chętnie tam wrócimy.

Swahili Blue - cruise to the island of Wasini – expedition to the southern coast of Kenya. The route runs amidst coconut forests and lazy villages. Traditional dhow type boats take you on a cruise on the Indian Ocean, with good visibility you will be able to see the coast of Tanzania. Stop for swimming and snorkeling.
