Hotel o wysokim poziomie. Bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej, przystanków tramwai wodnych czy Plazza Roma. Możliwość zamówienia taxi pod sam hotel. Dbałość o czystość bardzo wysoka. W pokoju ręczniki oraz pościel wymieniana codziennie tak jak sprzątnie. Kosmetyki w łazience również uzupełniane na bierząco. Pokój mały ale czysty i spełnił nasze wymagania. Do dyspozycji szafa, telewizor minibarek oraz sejf. Okna bardzo dobrze wygłuszają. Hotel świadczy usługi prania oraz prasowania. Na plażę na wyspie Lido tramwajem wodnym płynie się około godziny przy czym zwiedzamy cały Canal Grande. Śniadania obfite, jajecznica, boczek,kiełbaski, sery i szynki. Placuszki dżemy musli płatki. Jednak codziennie jest to samo. Po kilku dniach śniadania nudzą.

1) Lokalizacja hotelu - bez zarzutu (zaraz przy hotelu sklepy, supermarket, restauracje, bary i cukiernie, stacja kolejowa i przystanek vaporetto). Pieszo około 2 km do Placu Św. Marka (40 minut spacerem). 2) Hotel - stary, pokój jak nora z widokiem na śmietnik, ale w miarę czysto. Śniadanie od 7:00 do 10:30, dokładnie takie samo przez 4 dni (plus za różne rodzaje pieczywa dla ludzi z nietolerancjami itd.), jakość jedzenia bardzo słaba jak na Włochy. Serwują jakieś zeschłe sery żółte, które smakują jak najtańszy ser u nas z marketu w Polsce. Wykładziny w hotelu nieprane chyba od początku jego założenia, Meble w takim stanie, że wyglądają jak wyciągnięte przed chwilą z wysypiska śmieci. Plus za widok na kanał przy jedzeniu śniadania, ALE taras otwarty dopiero od 8 rano i bardzo mało cienia. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. A hotelu bez problemu można się z każdym porozumieć w języku angielskim. Ogólnie jeśli ktoś traktuje hotel jedynie jako miejsce do skorzystania z prysznica i spania to jest okej, ale na pewno nie warty tej ceny jak za taką jakość. Osobiście szukałabym innego miejsca na własną rękę następnym razem. PS. na miejscu w hotelu trzeba zapłacić podatek turystyczny - 2 osoby (4 noce) to 36 euro płatne przy wyjeździe.
