Czystość - perfekt, Wyżywienie - dobre jak dla mnie. Brak możliwości, w ramach oferty, z korzystania z drobnych posiłków między posiłkami głównymi-pierwszy raz spotykam się z taką sytuacją ( nawet nie było ciastek do kawy. Restauracja główna nieczynna. Niedopuszczalne jest aby np. piwo w ramach oferty dostępne w restauracji zaś w barze odpłatne - 6 euro za za niepełny kubek, niezrozumiałe. Pokój - wyposażenie, czystość b.dobre. jedynie taras zewnętrzny beznadziejny, zachlapany resztkami tynku. Brak cokolika ściana,podłoga. Plaża i basen zaskakująco pozytywnie.

Jeśli ktoś chce na wakacjach odpocząc to będzie idealne miejsce. Brak muzyki na basenie to ogromny plus. Obiekt czysty i zadbany. Jedzenie niezbyt urozmaicone, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Sam hotel w świetnej formie. Ciekawa architektura, świetne tarasy z nietuzinkowym widokiem, jednak windy pomimo swojej nietypowej konstrukcji jeździły zbyt wolno co w sumie zachęca do używania równie ciekawych schodów. Jedzenie wyśmienite, z najwyższej półki podane w bardzo ciekawy sposób, bardzo duży wybór wybornego wina. Pracujących tam ludzi można odebrać dwojako - są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni pracownicy ale tez trafili się opryskliwi, bardzo niechętni obcokrajowcom, co było dla nas lekkim szokiem, na szczęście niewiele jest takich osób... Brakowało również schodów do plaży ( trzeba było używać dłuższego obejścia). Sam koncept spokojnej plaży wyposażonej w materace, leżaki i siedzenia z barem a wszystko w stylu boho co nadaje naprawdę unikalny spokojny klimat - super sparawa. Basen hotelowy mało ciekawy służy tylko do ochłody, leżaki i parasole nie nastręczają problemów, nie odczuliśmy żadnych animacji, ale głównie z tego powodu że ich nie szukaliśmy.

Hotel pełen skrajności zacznijmy od plusów z jednej strony piękne czyste zadbane pokoje z widokiem na morze (codziennie sprzątane i to całkiem nieźle) do tego bardzo dobra klimatyzacja i ładnie wykończony taras na balkonie z roślinnością - pyszne jedzenie w restauracji na każdym posiłku praktycznie było coś dobrego - kuchnia zdecydowanie największym atutem hotelu. Czysty zadbany głęboki i względnie duży basen - na początku lipca praktycznie nie było problemów z leżakami ani z miejscem przy basenie. Z minusów no to bardzo słaby wybór drinków na all inclusive - piwo przepaskudne niepijalne, wszędzie ukryte koszty 5 euro za wymiane ręcznika plażowego który od leżaka jest brudny po 1 dniu to jawny brak szacunku do gościa hotelowego, plaża niesprzątana mnóstwo naturalnych odpadów, brak wody pitnej w pokojach trzeba sobie samemu nalewać do kubków w samoobsługowym automacie, 40 euro za jednorazowy wstęp do strefy spa gdzie są dwie sauny i dwa małe baseny i grota solna też można potraktować w formie nieśmiesznego żartu, ponadto dwa pierwsze rzędy leżaków przy plaży dodatkowo płatne uwaga 45 euro za cały dzień za dwa leżaki i parasol, personel na recepcji bardzo profesjonalny menadżerka hotelu również, w bufecie sie starają ale na 10 ciu kelnerów jeden lub dwóch rozumie coś więcej po angielsku niż nazwy własne produktów. Hotel troche na uboczu do najbliższych barów i restauracji to raczej półtora godziny pieszo a nie 2 km jak w ofercie, polecam raczej na tydzień po dwóch bym tam zwariował - w ciągu dnia żadnych animacji dla dorosłych ani muzyki na basenie tylko cisza więc co kto lubi, widziałem że dużo było animacji wieczornych dla dzieci. Ogólnie hotel raczej 4,5 gwiazdkowy aniżeli pięcio bardzo dużo ukrytych kosztów, bardzo dobra włoska restauracja tylko uwaga - drinki oraz napoje które macie w allinclusive są dodatkowo płatne w tej restauracji mimo że wychodzą one dokładnie z tego samego baru z którego macie to za darmo a ceny jak na Włochy kosmiczne więc w al grano raczej sugeruje nie zamawiać zbyt dużo napojów podczas „darmowej” kolacji ala carte. Ogólnie na tydzień odpoczynku i wyciszenia i dobrego włoskiego jedzenia polecam, ale na dłużej to można zbankrutować przez wiele dodatkowych kosztów to raz i zanudzić się to dwa.

Hotel zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki, pokoje czyste ale jak na 5 gwiazdek skromne, w hotelu panuje uciążliwy zapach z basenu wewnętrznego, łazienki przy basenie wymagają generalnego remontu, brak animacji, przy plaży brak all inclusive co jest dużym minusem, mały wybór jedzenia, bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa, hotel w bardzo cichej okolicy z ładnym widokiem na morze.

A trip to the land part of Syracuse, a visit to one of the most important sanctuaries of Europe, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Tears.
