Hotel czysty, przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Niestety pokój jak na trzy osoby bardzo mały. Na plus cisza i spokój w hotelu, także naprawdę można wypocząć.

W części hotelu modrnizacja nie została jeszcze ukończona. Pokoje w budynku bocznym miały standard 2* a nie 4. W suficie były jeszcze dziury Oświetlenie bardzo słabe (tylko lampka za (...)
W części hotelu modrnizacja nie została jeszcze ukończona. Pokoje w budynku bocznym miały standard 2* a nie 4. W suficie były jeszcze dziury Oświetlenie bardzo słabe (tylko lampka za łóżkiem). Za to łazienka była duża i już wyremontowana. Wyżywienie (wybór z karty) - dla lubiących zjeść, zbyt małe porcje. Napoje do kolacji drogie. Problem był z wypożyczeniem samochodu za pośrednictwem hotelu (ogólnie w całej Marinie di Ragusa był z tym problem - znależliśmy tylko jedną wypozyczalnię, gdzie ceny były też wysokie (za samochód z pełnym ubezpieczeniem - 70Euro/dzień a braliśmy samochód na parę dni). Ale trzeba też powiedzieć, że lobby, teren przy basenie były o.k. Blisko do morza i do centrum miejscowości. Plaża niezbyt szeroka ale z ładnym piaskiem, łagodnie zejście do morza, woda czysta i ciepła. W sumie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. W okolicy jest dużo do zobaczenia (Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Syrakuzy ale też nieco dalej Etna i Taormina), warunki do wypoczynku na plaży też są dobre. Poza samymi pokojami w bocznym budynku hotel wygląda przyzwoicie (budynek główny wygląda dużo lepiej). Blisko do plaży i do centrum miasta. Obsługa miła, mówiąca po angielsku.

Acacia Marina Palace to miejsce raczej ciche i spokojne ale do końca nie mogę być obiektywna ponieważ podczas mojego pobytu hotel był modernizowany i ilość gości była ograniczona.

Jak na sycylijskie 4 gwiazdki to nawet więcej niż ok... nie do końca zgodny z opisem oferty np. nie ma mini baru i żadnej muzyki na żywo |-)) Super obsługa ...chociaż po angielsku można się dogadać tylko z jedną recepcjonistką i jednym barmanem, ale wszyscy bardzo otwarci i chętni do pomocy. Pokoje czyste, codziennie porządnie sprzątane, wymiana ręczników nawet bez zostawienia na podłodze. Bardzo sprawna klimatyzacja co w lipcu było zbawienne. Miłe i smaczne śniadania ...głównie na słodko, ale tak jadają Włosi, a hotel tylko chyba w bardzo ograniczonym zakresie nastawia się na cudzoziemców. Sprawny i bezpieczny wynajem samochodów i do tego, jak na Sycylię całkiem godziwe ceny. Moim zdaniem generalnie super miejscówka i spokojnie można jechać i świetnie odpocząć. Sama miejscowość w fajnym klimacie typowego włoskiego kurortu, mało obcokrajowców i bardzo uczciwe lokalne ceny. Miłe, bardzo dobre knajpki ze świetnym lokalnym jedzeniem. Z całego serca mogę polecić wszystkim, którzy lubią atmosferę i kulturę południową i nie oczekują typowych 'europejskich' atrakcji typu dyskoteki czy aerobik w wodzie |-))

Syracuse and Catania — a trip which follows in the footsteps of Sicily's history and a visit to two of the largest cities on the east coast. At the beginning visiting the old town of Syracuse, which is located on the picturesque island of Ortigia, separated from the mainland by a narrow channel. During a walk admiring the oldest Greek temple dedicated to the Apollo and the church of St. Lucia, where the famous Caravaggio painting is located. The program also includes a freshwater spring of Arethusa, where papyrus grows under natural conditions. Free time. A trip to the land part of Syracuse, a visit to one of the most important sanctuaries of Europe, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Tears. Then you will visit an extraordinary city built of lava, the second largest on the island of Catania. It is located at the foot of the Etna volcano, which activity influenced its fate and the present architecture of the Old Town, which is the work of Giovanni Battista Vaccarini.
