Hotel był czysty, obsługa profesjonalna. Uchwyt do prysznica był uszkodzony i nie dało się komfortowo z niego skorzystać. Szkoda, że w pokoju nie można było liczyć na czajnik. Z klimatyzacji wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Nieszczególna pościel, ciągle wychodziła z niej kołdra. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne i monotonne, brak jakichkolwiek warzyw. Szkoda również, że w hotelu tej klasy nie można liczyć na żelazko w pokoju.
