Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła i pomocna w kwestii dokładnego informowania gości hotelu o możliwych opcjach dojazdu do najważniejszych zabytków lub miejsc wartych zwiedzenia. Można porozumieć się z obsługą zarówno w języku włoskim, jak i angielskim. Hotel położony jest blisko przystanku autokarowego oraz autobusowego, z którego można bezpośrednio dotrzeć do stacji metra. Na najbliższą plażę można dojechać autokarem (cotral) około pół godziny jazdy (w zależności od kierowcy). W zwiedzaniu centrum Rzymu bardzo pomocna okazuje się mapa otrzymana w recepcji przedstawiająca najważniejsze miejsca razem ze stacjami metra. Możliwość zamówienia taxi za pośrednictwem obsługi hotelowej w recepcji. Pokój hotelowy czysty, przestronny, plusem jest także codzienne uzupełnianie kosmetyków hotelowych.
