Na początku naszego pobytu w hotelu, zostaliśmy miło przywitani w recepcji, gdzie jasno i klarownie Pan wytłumaczył nam na mapce hotelu gdzie znajdują się pomieszczenia takie jak restauracja, (...)
Na początku naszego pobytu w hotelu, zostaliśmy miło przywitani w recepcji, gdzie jasno i klarownie Pan wytłumaczył nam na mapce hotelu gdzie znajdują się pomieszczenia takie jak restauracja, baseny, bary i parkingi. Pokazał nam też największe atrakcje regionu w którym się znajdujemy oraz wytłumaczył jak możemy dostać się do pobliskiego miasteczka. Pokój był zadbany a room service dziennie dbał o jego porządek i czyste ręczniki. W wyposażeniu znajdowała się suszarka z której chętnie korzystałam (ponieważ zapomniałam swojej), bidet, duża wanna z możliwością wzięcia prysznicu, ogromne i wygodne łóżka oraz czajnik z kubeczkami i kawa w saszetkach. Adapter do gniazdek był już w pokoju. Taras mieliśmy bezpośrednio przy basenie przy którym był mały barek zkawą z ekspresu, napojami, alkoholem i lodami. Obok dużego basenu był też mały dla dzieci na jakieś 60cm głębokości. Ok godziny 17 odbywał się tam wodny aerobik oraz nauka tańca dla chętnych. Basen zamykany byl o godz 18 więc od tej godziny przy naszym pokoju panował już spokoj. Wychodząc wyżej resortu zobaczyliśmy duży plac zabaw gdzie dzieciaki miały wiele frajdy, począwszy od zjeżdzalni i trampoliny a kończąc na ogromnej planszy szachów gdzie pionki były wyższe niż nasz 2latek. Na tym samym poziomie znajdowały jeszcze 2 baseny ze zjezdzalnia oraz brodzik gdzie woda sięgała dzieciakom do kolan, przy basenach znajdowało sie mnóstwo lężaków i zawsze można było znaleźć jakieś miejsce. W budynku w którym znajdowała się recepcja jest też restauracja. Jedzenie bało pyszne i świeże, nie brakowało dań kuchni regionalnej. Gorąco polecam różnego rodzaju makarony z sosem bo były naprawdę wyśmienite, nie brakowało też dań które zadowolą wybitnych niejadków takich, jak nasze dzieciaki (spokojnie, frytki były zawsze). Do posiłków można było napić się soków, wina lub kawy z ekspresu, a do obiadu i kolacji były też pyszne lody i przeróżne desery i ciasteczka. Obsługa od razu sprzątała puste talerze wiec na stolikach zawsze było czysto i przyjemnie. Spotkaliśmy też bardzo miłego kelnera z Polski z którym mogliśmy porozmawiać. Obok restauracji znajdował się barek taki jak przy basenie oraz różnego rodzaju przekąski i lody. Na zewnątrz był ogromny taras ze stoliczkami gdzie można było usiąść z kawą i podziwiać piekne widoki, wieczorami odbywały się tam różnego rodzaju koncerty. Położenie hotelu jak dla nas było idealne. Piękny widok na góry i jezioro, a do tego spokojna okolica bez masy turystów. By dotrzeć na plaże trzeba było przejść na drugą stronę ulicy i zejść po schodach w dół. Jeśli idziecie z małym dzieckiem, nie polecam zabierać ze sobą spacerówki czy wózka bo schody są dość strome i jest ich troszke zanim się zejdzie. Plaża jest kamienista i ogromna z mnóstwem leżaków i kolejnym barkiem. W czerwcu woda w jeziorze była raczej chłodna jednak dało radę w nim popływać jeśli ktoś naprawdę chciał. Jednak polecam zabrać buty do wody bo znajdują sie w niej ostre skały i nie trudno rozciąć sobie stopę. Nawet jeśli ktoś nie chce pływać plaża jest tak piękna że wystarczy usiąść i można godzinami podziwiać ten piękny krajobraz. Do miasteczka z hotelu można spokojnie dojść spacerkiem kierując się w prawą uliczkę patrząc na wjazd do hotelu . Miasteczko jest bardzo malownicze gdzie czuć włoski klimat, nie brakuje w nim urokliwych sklepików z pamiątkami i lokajnymi produktami, osobiście polecam spróbować nad zatoczką limoncello sprits. Można tam też wynająć łódkę za ok 80euro lub wybrać się promem za 9 euro od osoby na drugi brzeg jeziora do Malcesine. Jest tam też dużo restauracji, my akurat wybraliśmy się do Buffalo gdzie mogliśmy zjeść prawdziwą włoską pizze. Gorąco polecam ten kierunek oraz hotel, my byliśmy oczarowani i bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu właśnie tam.
