Zaczynając od początku, w dniu przyjazdu obsługa miło nas powitała, przedstawiła co gdzie się znajduje. Dostaliśmy informację, że musimy poczekać na pokój do 12/13, dostaliśmy na całe szczęście po 10. Pokój ładny, czysty, natomiast mały. Widziałam co i raz inne pokoje, były o wiele wiele większe i urządzone w lepszym standardzie (nie ma możliwości wybrania pokoju przez stronę Itaki). Jedzenie dobre, codziennie coś innego (z mięs, ryb), na szczęście niektóre z dodatkow do dań (np. Frytki) zostawały takie same codziennie. Codziennie owoce, lody, ciasta, itp. Jedyny minus to przekąski w trakcie dnia. Niby są do 18, a jak poszłam po wycieczce około 16, to już nic nie było. Odległość od plaży to 15/20 minut w prawo wolnym spacerem, bo to bliżej hotelu to po prostu widoczek, nie plaża. Jest jeszcze jedno ładne miejsce (plaża, skałki), skręcając w lewo z hotelu i też spacerek około 15 minut. Jest gdzie się przejść, jest dużo sklepów, pubów, restauracji, itp. Trafiliśmy na czas bez animacji, więc nie mam jak ocenić, dlatego 1.

Hotel bardzo ładny w fajnej lokalizacji, jako punkt startowy do wycieczek fakultatywnych. Sam hotel zadbany, w pokojach czysto, wydajna klimatyzacja, panie sprzątające codziennie wynosiły śmieci, zaścielały łóżko, wymieniały ręczniki etc. Na pewno widać, że hotel jest już trochę używany (przerysowane ściany, troszkę zużyty silikon etc.), ale jak takie coś komuś przeszkadza (co można stwierdzić po niektórych opiniach) to lepiej niech zostanie w domu. Baseny ładne i czyste. Obsługa hotelu przyjaźnie nastawiona. Samo jedzenie powtarzalne, ale jest duży wybór, więc codziennie można jeść, co innego (dużo opcji VEGE). Obsługa kelnerska wykazuje się niesamowitym profesjonalizmem i kulturą. Do plaży miejskiej jest kawałek spacerem, na pierwszy rzut oka wydaje się lekko zanieczyszczona (dużo patyków i kamieni), jednak po wejściu do morza dno jest czyste i piaszczyste. Ogólnie polecamy to miejsce na wakacje, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Pokoje przestronne, czyste i nowocześnie urządzone, z ładną łazienką, co zdecydowanie podnosiło komfort pobytu. Lokalizacja hotelu jest super – blisko plaży i centrum miejscowości. Duży basen na terenie obiektu był świetnym miejscem do relaksu. Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji było smaczne i dobrej jakości, choć momentami menu mogło wydawać się lekko monotonne. Mimo to wybór dań był całkiem szeroki. Obsługa hotelowa zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – wszyscy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego miejsca na wypoczynek w świetnej lokalizacji!

Hotel to racze 4 gwiazdki napewno nie 5*. Niestety ale przy prawdziwych hotelach 5* to ten nie ma podjazdu. Co do wyglądu hotelu i czystości nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń, obsługa hotelu pracownicy są bardzo mili i pomocni, nawet mówię troszkę po polsku. Ale co do jedzenia mi osobiście ono nie smakowało… sałatki, warzywa, owoce (czyli tylko arbuzy, melony i winogrona bo tyle było) reszta potraf w mojej ocenie były poprostu nie smaczne co było dużym minusem. Miejscowość w której jest hotel jest nie duża w której jest jedna plaża, nie najpiękniejsza zwykła plaża więc jeśli ktoś myśli że znajdzie w pobliżu hotelu piękną plażę to niestety nie tu. Trochę to rozczarowujące i plaża znajduje się z 20min pieszo. Szczerze gdyby nie wycieczki po prostu bardzo bym się tam nudziła, bo nie nawidzę leżeć ciągle plackiem na wakacjach

Hotel miał kilka zalet i wad. Niestety, znajdował się dość daleko od plaży, co było pewnym utrudnieniem. Jedzenie było raczej średnie, ale obsługa zasługuje na pochwałę – bardzo miła i pomocna. Czystość ogólnie była w porządku, choć niemiłym zaskoczeniem było znalezienie karalucha w łazience ostatniego dnia. Mimo to, pokój był bardzo ładny i komfortowy.

We wrześniu brak animacji w hotelu, ale akurat to nam nie przeszkadzało. Drinki w all in słabe, rozwodnione, także dla tych którzy całe wakacje chcą spędzić wyłącznie przy hotelowym barze może to być słaby wybór. Pokoje hotelowe z balkonem lub małym tarasem. Codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Z hotelu do plaży kawałek spacerkiem. Plaża kompletnie nas nie zachęciła, za to jesli zejdzie się prosto z hotelu uliczką w dół, dostępne są leżaki na trawniku za 15 euro/2 leżeaki/cały dzień. Było tam cicho, zejście bezpośrednio do morza, brak tłumów. Ogólna ocena hotelu mocne 5 na 6. Wyjazd bardzo udany.

Hotel czysty, sprzątany codziennie oraz dodatkowo jeśli jest potrzeba. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Hotel w samym centrum. Do wyboru zarówno atrakcje dla dzieci jak i dla dorosłych. Kilka basenów zapewnia rozrywkę dla każdego. Jedyny minus to trochę maly wybór jedzenia które wydawało się po kilku dniach monotonne. Mimo to głodni nie chodziliśmy.

Hotel czysty, spełniał oczekiwania. Wyżywienie bardzo na plus (codziennie chociaż jedno lokalne danie, świeże warzywa, wybór mięsa czy ryb oraz codziennie pizza z pieca dla niejadków). Nasz pokój był bardzo duży i odświeżony. Niczego nam nie brakowało, sprzątany codziennie. Baseny rozmieszczone na terenie spokojnie były w stanie „pomieścić” gości. Nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca na leżakach.

City of Zakynthos by night — departure from the hotel in the late afternoon to the island's capital - Zakynthos. Drive along the port. The programme includes a walk through the old town, free time for shopping. Return to the hotel in the evening. Price - approx. 20 EUR.
Around the island — a fascinating excursion, which lets you explore the most beautiful places of the island. The programme begins from a visit to the Aristeon olive oil factory in Lithakia. Another point is a visit to a small family winery Gramzas, which includes a presentation of the methods of wine production in the past and today, as well as wine tasting. Then drive through the picturesque mountain villages: Kiliomeno, Agios Leon and Maries, time for photos. On the route is the oldest olive tree in Zakynthos and Anafonitria - the place where today the Greeks themselves pump oil, produce honey and collect herbs - an opportunity to taste and purchase. Another attraction is the panoramic view of the Wreck Gulf with the famous Navagio beach, which can be seen from the platform at the top of the cliff.
