Hotel pięknie położony. Widoki jak z bajki na Kefalonie. Hotel w stylu bardzo nowoczesnym, czyściutki i pachnący ( odświeżacze powietrza na każdym piętrze). Obsługa pomocna i życzliwa, empatyczna , zawsze uśmiechnięta i skora do pomocy. Kucharz i cukiernik nie mają sobie równych. Codziennie inna kuchnia ( meksykańska, grecka, chińska, włoska itd). Nie jedliśmy tak pysznych dań dawno. Kelnerzy cudowni. Na szczególne pochwały zasługuje starszy Pan kelner ,który czytał nam w myślach i był przecudowny. Szef sali zawsze uśmiechnięty witał gości i proponował stolik. Wieczorki przy muzyce i wesołych tańcach przy basenie. A barmani serwujący drinki i napoje dla dzieci zabawni i zawsze uśmiechnięci.

Nie ma rzeczy do której można się przyczepić. Super pyszne jedzenie, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Rewelacyjna, życzliwa i pomocna obsługa. Wszędzie czystko i schludnie. Położenie hotelu w idealnym logistycznie i malowniczym miejscu wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Do wszystkiego blisko. Piękna plaża, czysty basen. Żyć! Nie umierać :)

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Hotel położony nad zatoką, na klifie, przy samej plaży. Plaża piaszczysta, zadbana, z łagodnym zejściem do morza, możliwe wynajęcie kompletu leżaków. Sam hotel nowoczesny, czysty, zadbany, widoki na morze z pokoi, basenu, restauracji czy barów bajeczne. Jedzenie przepyszne, różnorodne, codziennie było coś nowego i zaskakującego, wybór bardzo duży, a dodatkowo są cztery wieczory tematyczne w tygodniu: grecki, włoski, chiński i meksykański - trudno wybrać który najbardziej nas zaskoczył. Do tego ogromny wybór deserów, lody, owoce, bary sałatkowe, kilka dań przyrządzanych na żywo, a rano wypiekane gofry, placki i jajka w mundurkach na toście. Pyszna kawa, wyciskane soki owocowe, duży wybór napoi i drinków. Hotel jest dobrze przystosowany na pobyt rodzin z dziećmi - w restauracji są dostępne krzesełka, jedzenie idealne dla dzieci, plaża piaszczysta, plytka, jest brodzik, a do tego wszędzie windy i podjazdy dla wózków co było dużym atutem w pobycie hotelowym z 2-latkiem. Najbardziej jednak urzekła nas obsługa, bardzo pomocna, życzliwa, sympatyczna, wszyscy pracowali na wysokich obrotach a mimo tego zawsze znaleźli czas na rozmowę czy zapytanie jak nam się pobyt czy też jedzenie podoba. Hotel ma również rewelacyjną lokalizację - dosłownie kilka minut od wielu restauracji, tawern i sklepików, samo Tsivili bardzo urocze, greckie i zadbane. Animacje bardzo kulturalne, nie nachalne ani nie głośne - był pilates, joga, aqua aerobik, wieczór grecki i kilkukrotnie muzyka na żywo wieczorem. Dla nas w zupełności wystarczająco, pobyt w tym hotelu to prawdziwe siga-siga. To był jeden z naszych najlepszych urlopów i bardzo chętnie tam jeszcze wrócimy.

Duży plus za panującą tam atmosferę oraz obsługę. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci, przyjaźni służący pomocą. Z biurem Itaka latam często kolejny raz lecę w sierpniu biuro godne polecenia. Wszystkie informację podane szczegółowo wielkim plusem jest fakt że biuro kontaktuje się przed wylotem oraz po powrocie. Dbają o swoich klientów :)

Around the island — a fascinating excursion, which lets you explore the most beautiful places of the island. The programme begins from a visit to the Aristeon olive oil factory in Lithakia. Another point is a visit to a small family winery Gramzas, which includes a presentation of the methods of wine production in the past and today, as well as wine tasting. Caretta caretta cruise — a cruise on a modern boat with a glass bottom over Laganas bay and along the wild, southern ends of the island of Zakynthos.
