Bar z napojami ubogi (brendy kończąca sie po jednej butelce wracała następnego dnia) hahaha Hotel brudny zaniedbany obsluga i wlasciciele niemili. dziury w ścianach, zapadające sie łóżka, uszkodzone deski klozetowe w każdym pokoju| (w pokojach znajomych było dokładnie to samo). Snack bar to tylko zimna kanapka i gałka lodów. Jak na wycieczke all inclusive to czeka ich WIELKI REMONT który ich przerośnie.

Jedzenia z początku rewelacja, potem raz gorsze a raz lepsze ( wiadomo: jak kto lubi), obsługa świetna, bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. pokoje sprzątane codziennie. żadnych karaluchów..... to w ogóle mnie rozśmieszyło, bo widzieliśmy na balkonie ogromnego żuka uważanego za prusaka bądź karalucha a w rzeczywistości nie ma on nic z nimi wspólnego ;) pozdrowienia dla czepialskich i marud ;)

Polecam wysłać rynkowca i obejrzeć pokój 207, który otrzymują Państwa klienci. Sam pokój jest jeszcze do zaakceptowania, łazienka to chlew z karaluchami i wanną w takim stanie, że trzeba to zobaczyć, gdyż nie da opisać się. Nadmieniam, że jestem waszym agentem od 15 lat !!! pozdrawiam

Pokoje są sprzątane bardzo powierzchownie, teren przy hotelu bardzo zaniedbany, szczególnie brudno wokół basenu, leżaki i stoliki ani razu podczas pobytu nie były umyte. Jedzenie nie najgorsze zawsze coś się wybrało, brakowało tylko tradycyjnych greckich oliwek. Dojście do plaży ok. 10 minut. Blisko do sklepów, tawern i restauracji. Cena 1359 zł adekwatna do jakości, więcej bym nie zapłaciła!!!

Nie polecam tego hotelu. Po wejściu do pokoju, który nam przydzielono, łazienka, prysznic, toaleta nie była posprzątana po poprzednich gościach. Hotel zaniedbany, brudny, jedzienie monotonne a w dodatku stare i niesmaczne, obsługa niemiła, niesympatyczna, konfilktowa!!. Brud, brud i jeszcze raz brud. A postawa rezydenta pozostawia wiele do życzenia, w sytuacjach konfliktowych i problemowych umywa ręcę. Uważam, iż ITAKA powinna wstydzić się za taką ofertę. Strata pieniędzy i nerwów! Wszystkie negatywne opinie są prawdziwe!!

Hotel kiepski, brak jakichkolwiek atrakcji w hotelu nie było nic oprócz kiepskich napojów i słabego, monotonnego jedzenia, dla nas nie było organizowanych żadnych imprez natomiast sami {chyba właściciele z bardzo liczną rodziną urzędowali i hałasowali prawie do rana), pokoje tylko dwa pierwsze dni były sprzątane a potem do samego końca pobytu byliśmy omijani niby chodziły jakieś sprzątaczki i coś sprzątały ale jakoś nie u nas, z dnia na dzień coraz bardziej było odczuwalne że turyści są w tym hotelu uciążliwym dodatkiem. Te trzy gwiazdki które podobno ma ten hotel są bardzo wątpliwej jakości o bardzo zaniżonym standardzie i z mojej oceny to były raczej dwie
