Hotel czysty, pokoje codziennie sprzątane , chociaż w mojej opinii nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, choć monotonne. Jeżeli chodzi o drinki z opcji all inclusive to porażka - spośród wielu greckich hoteli zdecydowanie najgorsze + podawane w papierowych kubkach, które po kilku minutach się rozklejały i rozlewały na stoliki. Plaża kamienista - brak prywatnej plaży z barem. Przejście przez ruchliwą ulicę. Animacje - ok. Ogólnie polecam.

Hotel super. Dużo dostępnych leżaków w hotelu obok basenu zewnętrznego. Basen pod dachem piękny szczególnie wieczorami gdy są animacje, pyszne jedzenie i obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Pokój z widokiem na morze super, odnowiony do niczego się nie idzie przyczepić. Polecam hotel, jest super położony blisko morza, trzeba pamiętać o butach do pływania, ponieważ plaża jest kamienista i bez butów ciężko jest wejść do wody. Blisko do miasta Rodos to kolejny plus.

Miałem okazję zobaczyć różne pokoje warto dopłacić za pokój warto też wziąć z widokiem na morze dla mnie się podobało. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie to myślę że nikt głodny nie był oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Przede wszystkim jest dużo jedzenia nikt niczego nie ogranicza i myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Hotel to totalne rozczarowanie. Nastawiłam się na romantyczne wakacje z chłopakiem, wykupiłam wakacje all inclusive. W hotelu zapach nieświeżego mięsa i stęchlizny, grzyb na ścianach, obsługa mało profesjonalna. Jedzenie na tyle słabe i chemiczne, że zdecydowaliśmy się jeść na mieście. Byłam zaskoczona ponieważ nie wszystkie bary były do dyspozycji all inclusive, należało wyłupić pakiet ultra all inclusive. Jeździłam po wielu hotelach i znam standardy dlatego uważam, że cena oraz jego gwiazdki sa wygórowane.

Hotel na pewno nie powinien być 5 gwiazdkowy, bo mu daleko. 3 gwiazdkowy najwięcej. Napewno nie polecę go dla osób niepełnosprawnych, podjazdy na stołówkę i do innych części hotelu są masakryczne. Otrzymałam pokój z wanną, mimo wcześniejszego zgłoszenia, że ma być brodzik i ułatwienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych.

Nie wszędzie można skorzystać z opcji all Inclusive jest to też słabo oznakowane. Hotel nie przystosowany dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja hotelu,blisko od lotniska oraz blisko do miasta Rodos.

Czytając różne opinie przed wyjazdem miałem duże obawy co do hotelu. Jednak po przyjeździe byłem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony. W recepcji pracują bardzo miłe Panie, które wszystko wytłumaczyły i były zawsze do dyspozycji. Sam hotel ogromny zrobił na nas super wrażenie. Było bardzo czysto, Panie które codziennie wkładają trud ciężkiej pracy aby pokoje były odpowiednio wysprzątane zasługują na ogromny szacunek. Blisko do plaży, lokalnych restauracji i plaży. Codziennie wieczór pokazy, występy, nie tylko dla dorosłych ale także dla dzieci. Jedzenie pyszne, ogromny wybór. Codziennie można było zjeść co innego. Napoje i drinki serwowane cały dzień, bardzo dobre. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym hotelu.

Rodos Palace z początku robi dobre wrażenie – eleganckie, schludne pokoje oraz bliskość plaży z widokiem na Morze Egejskie to duże zalety. Na plaży leżaki dostępne są za 12 euro, co jest korzystną ceną w porównaniu do innych miejsc na wyspie, gdzie ceny często wynoszą 20 euro lub więcej. Hotel oferuje trzy baseny dla dorosłych, jeden dla dzieci oraz imponujący basen pod szklaną kopułą, choć żaden z basenów nie jest szczególnie duży. Niestety, wersja all inclusive rozczarowuje – napoje alkoholowe są nieoryginalne i podawane w papierowych kubkach, a dostęp do markowych trunków wymaga wykupienia opcji ultra all inclusive. Jedzenie jest monotonne i mało wyraziste, a w ostatnim dniu ja i mój chłopak zatruliśmy się hot dogami z baru przekąskowego. Obsługa hotelowa była również niemiła, co obniżyło komfort pobytu. Dodatkowo, suszarka do włosów znajduje się w pokoju, a nie w łazience, i jest umiejscowiona w szufladzie na sprężynowym kablu, co bardzo utrudnia jej użycie. Zdecydowanie lepiej zabrać własną suszarkę. Kolejnym problemem są windy – często jeżdżą jak chcą, a oczekiwanie na nie potrafi być irytująco długie. Podsumowując, Rodos Palace, choć jest hotelem 5-gwiazdkowym i ma wiele zalet, takich jak atrakcyjna lokalizacja, bliskość plaży i estetyczne pokoje, nie spełnia w pełni oczekiwań związanych z tą kategorią. Niedociągnięcia, takie jak jakość usług all inclusive, nieuprzejma obsługa, problemy z windami oraz drobne uciążliwości, mogą obniżać ogólne wrażenie. Mimo to, dla osób ceniących piękne otoczenie i bliskość morza, hotel może być wartym rozważenia wyborem, jeśli wziąć pod uwagę pewne ograniczenia.

Sam pokój hotelowy (nasz był wyremontowany) był w porządku; panie dbały o to by był czysty; nie było problemów ze sprzątaniem itd. Jedzenie hotelowe w miarę smaczne, ale bardzo monotonne, zdarzało się, że coś nie było najświeższe np. sałata, ogórek czy owoce. Pozostałe części hotelu czy to części z basenami, czy inne wspólne powierzchnie - w szczególności bar - wymagają remontu, jest w nich nieprzyjemny zapach, rzeczy są zniszczone, posklejane taśmą jak drzwi lustrzane w barze. Co do dostępu do morza - hotel nie ma bezpośredniego dostępu; a leżaki na plaży są płatne 12Eur od pary za jeden dzień.

Piękny przestronny pokój, sprzątany codziennie, w całym hotelu również panuje czystość, położenie w dobrej lokalizacji, do plaży wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, do centrum Rodos jeździ taksówka, autobus, ale i spacerem można dojść właściwie jedną ulicą. Jedzenie zawsze jest kwestią gustu, dla mnie czasami bez smaku i powtarzające się, ale głodna nie chodziłam. Drinki i kawa pyszne. Generalnie pobyt będę wspominać bardzo dobrze.

Obsługa miła i pracowita, dobrze znająca angielski. Umiejscowienie hotelu także bardzo dobre, blisko plaży i przystanku do miasta Rodos oraz blisko lotniska. Niedaleko znajdują się sklepy i restauracje.

Nie polecam go Polakom (traktowani są jako drugi sort"). Hotel usytuowany w fajnej okolicy ale przesadnie napchany gośćmi, Co do obsługi (recepcja pretensjonalna), pokoje czyste sprzątanie co drugi dzień, obsługa restauracji miła i profesjonalna, jedzenie smaczne typowo hotelowe. Jeżeli chodzi o sam kompleks (Piękny na zdjęciach...) ale jest zauważalna dysproporcja obszaru terenów zielonych do strefy relaksu( Baseny nie spełnią w pełni swojej roli...). Rozwiązaniem tego jest publiczna płatna plaża (Nawet jak na Grecję słabo wypada). Będąc kilka razy w Grecji niestety Rhodes wypada najsłabiej... Wyspa piękna ale destruktywnie skomercjalizowana.

Hotel duży, czysty, pokoje o różnym standardzie, jednak każdy pokój powinien mieć standard 5 gwiazdek jeśli hotel ma 5 gwiazdek, zajmowany przez nas pokój nie spełniał tych standardów. Długie kolejki do baru, a bar przy basenie nie dla klientów all in. Uważam że to jest duża niedogodność żeby stać bo wodę w kolejce.
