Bardzo dobre jedzenie/bar, czysty i regularnie sprzątany pokój, TV z chromecastem/szybkie wifi. Zaraz obok hotelu dobrze działająca komunikacja miejska. Plaża bez szału, ale jest ok. Warto skorzystać z rezerwacji w dodatkowych restauracjach. Przydałoby się jakieś wprowadzenie, bo np o korcie do padla albo o istnieniu beach baru dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero w połowie wyjazdu. (Rakiety do padla są zniszczone, więc jeśli dla kogoś to istotne polecam wziąć swoje)

Prze miła i profesjonalna obsługa hotelu (od recepcji po barmanów kelnerów itd). Na starcie przed hotelem czekal i przywital nas konsjerż zabierając nasze walizki abyśmy mogli spokojnie się zameldować. Brak opasek w opcji all inclusive, zamiast tego przepytywanie kilkukrotnie dziennie o numer pokoju, dla nas to nie stanowiło problemu. Przepyszne jedzenie w restauracjach, nawet w opcji bufetowej kelnerzy podawali napoje i alkohole co dla nas na duży plus, mniej chodzenia oraz dbali cały czas o czystość na stolikach. Dodatkowo restauracje a la carte: grecka, włoska, latyno amerykańska czy tez sushi bar, wiec jak się nudzą już obiady/ kolacje bufetowe można skorzystać z restauracyjnych dań co jest extra -bezplatnie, w ramach opcji all inclusive. Zarówno dla dzieci i dorosłych sporo dodatkowych atrakcji, codziennie pełna rozpiska: kino hotelowe, animacje Disney, musicale wieczorowe, Family disco, basenowe ćwiczenia, joga itd. Mając aplikacje hotelu można z łatwością uzyskać wszystkie informacje. Kilka pięknych i z umiarkowanie ciepłą wodą basenów, osobny płytki basen dla malutkich dzieci. Fajnie położony hotel, 10 minut do miasta Rodos czy tez 20-50 min do najpiękniejszych plaż, np. Tsambika, Lindos. Plaża co prawda nie za bardzo piaszczysta ale woda w morzu bardzo ciepła przezroczysta. Widać tez ze z dużą wagą podchodzą do czystości, codziennie intensywne sprzątanie strefy basenów, mycie szyb hotelowych, pokój czysty. Bezpłatnie Barek w pokoju uzupełniany na bieżąco o wode, napoje. Hotel extra!

Hotel Helea Family Beach Resort, jak każdy hotel, ma swoje wady i zalety. Hotel jest zlokalizowany blisko lotniska (ok. 20 km). Oznacza to, że transfer zajmuje ok. 30 minut, ale jest na tyle daleko, że samoloty nie latają nad głowami wypoczywających gości. Okolica hotelu jest cicha i spokojna - w pobliżu znajduje się tawerna, sklepik oraz przystanek autobusowy, a także centrum sportów wodnych (przy plaży) . Sam hotel jest bardzo przestronny, ale i w pełni zakwaterowany - nawet poza sezonem. Hotel oferuje szeroką gamę atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Wieczorne występu odbywają się na scenie, która jest dość mała. Mankamentem jest też ograniczona ilość miejsc siedzących w pobliżu sceny. Hotel oferuje piękne baseny oraz park wodny dla dzieci, ale woda jest bardzo zimna. Plaża przy hotelu posiada bezpłatne leżaki oraz parasole oraz strefę tylko dla dorosłych. Nad bezpieczeństwem gości pływających w morzu, basenach czy w aquaparku czuwają ratownicy. Na plażę zalecam buty do wody celem ochrony przed poparzeniem stóp - dostępne w sklepiku przy hotelu. Jedzenie w restauracji głównej jest pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Alternatywą są bary z przekąskami, z których roztacza się piękny widok na morze. Polecam również restaurację - zwłaszcza a'la carte włoską. Pomimo wszelkich starań obsługi minusem barów jest bałagan pozostawiony przez gości, którzy często wyrzucają puste butelki czy chusteczki na podłogę pod stolik. Dużym atutem hotelu są łazienki zlokalizowane blisko plaży, barów czy restauracji, niestety nie ma bezpośrednio przy aquaparku. Minusem jest brak zacienienia placu zabaw. Dziecięcy klubik nie cieszy się zbyt dużym zainteresowaniem. Dodatkowym atutem tego hotelu jest aplikacja, umożliwiająca rezerwację restauracji oraz kina, sprawdzenie dziennego harmonogram atrakcji czy zapoznanie się z menu poszczególnych barów i restauracji. Obsługa w recepcji jest przyjazna. W hotelu doba rozpoczyna się o godzinie 14:00 - w przypadku wcześniejszego przybycia do hotelu bagaże można zostawić w specjalnym pomieszczeniu i w pełni korzystać z całej infrastruktury hotelowej. Pomimo kilku minusów hotel jest godny polecenia!

Na plus: + bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa, chętna do pomocy; + piękne położenie hotelu; + nowoczesna, przyjemna architektura; + smaczne lunche oraz kolacje z szeroką ofertą dań; + dobrej jakości alkohol i smaczne drinki; + piękny, duży basen główny i wiele mniejszych, bardziej kameralnych basenów; + schludne, eleganckie pokoje bez rozczarowania; + lokalizacja hotelu blisko lotniska i paru sklepików z pamiątkami nieopodal. Na minus: - bardzo przeciętne śniadania. Jajecznica z proszku i temu podobne "omlety" do tego przegotowane parówki to nie to czego spodziewaliśmy się po 5cio gwiazdkowym hotelu; - sprzątanie pokoi odbywa się zazwyczaj późnym popołudniem (16:30-17:00) tak więc często zdarzało się, że po powrocie z plaży/basenu pokój nie był ruszony od rana. Jeśli udało się mieć posprzątany pokój (raptem chyba dwa razy w ciągu tygodnia) to i tak dość niechlujnie; - wybitnie ubogi MiniBar w pokoju. Dwie puszki zwykłej Coli (choć wiadomo, że większość i tak pije już ZERO), dwie wody niegazowane i dwa soczki ze słomką KONIEC żadnych innych opcji, żadnych przekąsek NIC. Poziom motelu pod Grajewem. Efekt taki, że trzeba sobie iść do marketu obok i kupić - taki All Inclusive; - ciężko dodzwonić się do recepcji, panuje tam wieczny tłum więc zapewne dlatego nikt nie odbiera; - brak gniazdka w łazience. Nie, że był ukryty pod umywalką, czy pod śmietnikiem...po prostu NIE MA. Moja Partnerka suszyła włosy w pokoju - brawo :); - ma się wrażenie, że jest tam więcej gości niż dostępnych miejsc na basenie czy na plaży. Jeśli nie "zarezerwujesz" sobie leżaka o 8:00 przed śniadaniem to o 10:00 zostajecie Ci położyć ręcznik na piasku; - brak możliwości nawet odpłatnego late check-out. O 11 oddajesz karty do pokoju i błąkaj się po hotelu 6h. Słabe, tłumaczą się pełnym obłożeniem, ale jak na tak duży hotel słaba wymówka na zasadzie "odczep się".

Hotel fantastyczny, w 100% spełnił oczekiwania. Nowoczesny wygląd, dobrze rozwiązany, dużo miejsca w restauracjach i na basenach - każdy mógł znaleźć miejsce dla siebie. Pokoje bardzo przyjemne, łazienka dosyć duża. Wszystko bardzo czyste. Plaża nieduża ale wystarczająca - piękny widok. Ogromny plus za obsługę i muzykę na żywo zarówno w ciągu dnia jak i wieczorem.

Mieliśmy pokój z basenem co jest rewelacyjnym rozwiązaniem jednak hotel słabo wychodzi na przeciw oczekiwaniom klientów. Byliśmy we 3 z 14 letnim synem a pokój wyposażony był tylko w 2 leżaki .…. Jak korzystać z uroku pokoju i nie wstawać z rana by wywalczyć leżak nad basenem głównym skoro hotel nie dostosowuje infrastruktury i wyposażenia pokoju do ilości gości w pokoju. Sprzątanie pokoju także pozostawiało wiele do życzenia .….. w łazience pajęczyny i mrówki .….. pokój na parterze przy basenie może powodować podwyższone ryzyko insektów ale właściwe sprzątanie by to minimalizowało. Sam hotel ładny, fajne restauracje, szczególnie włoska. Lokalizacja hotelu raczej nie zachęca do pieszego zwiedzania Rodos - słaba infrastruktura dla pieszych w okolicach hotelu. Generalnie hotel pomimo, iż piękny mini sporo nad soba popracować.

Hotel urządzony bardzo nowocześnie. Infrastruktura hotelu bez zarzutu. Jedzenie w restauracji monotonne. Obsługa restauracji i barów totalnie nie daje rady ze swoimi obowiązkami. W restauracji kilkukrotnie podczas pobytu zdażyło nam się nie otrzymać zamówionych napoi lub nawet szklanek do podawanej wody. Na stolik trzeba czekać w długiej kolejce mimo, że widać mnóstwo wolnych stolików. Wieczorami w barze ciężko było doczekać się obsługi kelnerów, którzy zbierali zamówienia od gości siedzących na tarasie. Dwie godziny bez obsługi to był standard. W restauracji a’la carte nie dostaliśmy nawet sztućców do deseru, mieliśmy jeść rękami. Sprzątanie pokoi polegało wyłącznie na powierzchownym ogarnięciu tj. zaścielenie łóżka i zmiana ręczników. Zdarzyło się, że nie otrzymaliśmy ręczników wcale, a zaczepiona pokojówka stwierdziła, że przykro jej, ale nie ma już ręczników. Dwukrotnie ręczniki śmierdziały wilgocią i czymś jeszcze, po wytarciu nimi trzeba było brać prysznic od nowa. Fajna, spokojna plaża, choć wąska. Mieliśmy pokój swim up z dostępem do basenu. Basen przyjemny, super alternatywa, bo leżaki przy ogólnodostępnych basenach są zarezerwowane ok. godziny 7 rano. Problem z naszym pokojem z basen był jednak taki, że na tarasie w pokoju dwuosobowym jest tylko jeden leżak, druga osoba nie ma miejsca. Do tego dzieci biegające między pokojami po prywatnych tarasach i zaglądające do pokoi. Hotel totalnie nie dla osób bez dzieci. Dzieciom w tym miejscu pozwala się na wszystko, a dla dorosłych, którzy chcą zwyczajnie odpocząć na urlopie nie ma nawet skrawka spokojnego miejsca w hotelu bez wrzasku, rozrzucania jedzenia i skakania do wody. Bary podają przepyszne drinki a przekąski proszą się o skosztowanie. Hotel sam w sobie jest ogromny i pozwala na codzienny spacer aby podziwiać widoki. Pokoje są czyste, zadbane, w lodówce czekają zimne napoje. Całość jest gustownie urządzona. Polecam ten hotel z całego serca.
