There are 4 slides, a playground and a mini-club at the disposal of the youngest guests. The hotel is distinguished by excellent and varied cuisine and a wide all inclusive formula. In 2022, the hotel received ITAKA's SAIL for the highest quality of services.

Hotel w głównej części bardzo ładny, zapewnia dużo atrakcji dla młodszych i starszych gości. Infrastruktura basenowa i plażowa dobrze rozbudowana, dużo leżaków. Plaża niestety żwirowa więc trzeba mieć ze sobą obuwie ochronne. Duży wybór jedzenia (śniadania, obiady, kolacje - dość monotonne ale smaczne) i przekąsek (lody, wata cukrowa, owoce, słodycze) oraz dostępny bar z dużym wyborem drinków. Hotel położony w pobliżu dwóch całkiem sporych centrów handlowych w których można zrobić zakupy lub podjechać autobusem do Faliraki lub Rodos. Minusem są zdecydowanie pokoje hotelowe, które w głównej części hotelu są w bardzo złym stanie (brzydkie, stare, słabo wyposażone, po naszym pokoju chodziły mrówki). Niemniej jednak obsługa hotelowa jest ok i pokój był sprzątany codziennie.

Hotel godny polecenia! Świetna lokalizacja tj. kurort Faliraki ze spokojnym morzem w przeciwieństwie do drugiej strony wyspy. My przeszliśmy ją całą i można ją przejść albo plażą albo od strony ulicy, chodnikiem. Polecam pójść piechotą do term jakieś 40 minut. Z pięknymi widokami, ukrytymi plażami na skałach! Można spotkać pawie oraz sporo kotów. Hotel działający bez zarzutu tj. obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna( podają napoje i drinki do obiadu i kolacji ,a kawkę w termosie do śniadania). W hotelu jest kilka jadalni więc nie ma tłoku. Leżaków jest dużo i darmowe przy plaży. Przy barach są karty z opisem drinków w all inclusive( mega słodki ulepki, ja polecam aperol). Wyżywienie nie do przejedzenia!

Bardzo dobry hotel, mimo pokojów, które były dawno odnawiane, to reszta jest super. Byłem w tym hotelu drugi z rzędu i dalej jestem bardzo zadowolony. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, brak kolejek po wieczornego drinka oraz dużo miejsc do siedzenia, włącznie z takimi, gdzie można było rozłożyć się z dużą grą planszową. Super widok na morze z 7 piętra i bardzo dobre jedzenie, szczególnie to na parterze w pięknym ogrodzie.

Wprawdzie dużo ludzi, ale doskonała organizacja, żadnych kolejek, począwszy od recepcji poprzez restauracje wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne a skończywszy na dostępie do leżaków i wszystkich miejsc odpoczynku. Sterylna czystość w barach, toaletach, ogrodzie, codzienne sprzątanie w pokojach i wymiana ręczników (włącznie z niedzielami!!). Liczna i uśmiechnięta obsługa, zawsze pomocna i choć to już końcówka sezonu, żadnych objawów zmęczenia. Profesjonalne i na wysokim poziomie animacje dla dorosłych i dzieci oraz organizacja wycieczek.

Jedzenie w restauracjach bardzo dobre, zawsze coś można było wybrać szczególnie obiady i kolacje, śniadania z reguły były podobne, ale też dużo, bardzo fajna obsluga w restauracji i czyściutko. Jest gdzie posiedzieć, ogromne lobby. Polecam zwiedzanie Rodos jest wiele pięknych miejsc. Do Faliraki poszlismy na nogach, fajny spacer, ale miejscowość do imprezowania. Nie ma potrzeby robienia zakupów, wszytko jest dostępne na miejscu. Położony przy samej plaży, bezpłatne leżaki, parasole i ręczniki plażowe. Kilka basenów, zjeżdżalnie. Hotel położony jest pomiędzy ulicą, gdzie zlokalizowane są przystanki autobusowe w stronę Faliraki/Lindos oraz Rodos, a publiczną plażą, co daje możliwość łatwego przemieszczania się po wyspie (...)
Hotel położony jest pomiędzy ulicą, gdzie zlokalizowane są przystanki autobusowe w stronę Faliraki/Lindos oraz Rodos, a publiczną plażą, co daje możliwość łatwego przemieszczania się po wyspie oraz wypoczynku z dala od zgiełku miasta. Pokój z widokiem na morze i balkonem był niezbyt duży ale wystarczający dla 2 osób. Niestety klimatyzacja, która była włączona przez 24h na dobę i ustawiona na najniższą temperaturę "nie dawała rady", przez co w pokoju panowała temperatura ok. 23 stopni Celsjusza, co dla zimnolubnych osób może być niewystarczające. W łazience zdarzało się, że unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Pokój był jednak codziennie sprzątany (wymiana ręczników i pościeli). Jedzenie w hotelu było różnorodne: od ryb, owoców morza i mięsa po makarony, sałatki a nawet pizzę. Niektóre potrawy były pyszne, inne przeciętne. Na ogół jednak było smacznie. Obsługa hotelowa jest na najwyższym poziomie, zarówno recepcja jak i panie sprzątające, barmani czy kelnerzy. Bardzo starają się i przykładają do swojej pracy. Odnosząc się do jednej z poprzednich opinii: siłownia w hotelu jest na półpiętrze (wychodząc schodami naprzeciwko recepcji). Faktem jednak jest, że nie wspomniano o niej w opisie hotelu a na miejscu nie prowadzą do niej żadne drogowskazy, więc mogła zostać niezauważona. Przy basenie codziennie odbywały się animacje, takie jak występy lokalnych greckich tańców, muzyka na żywo czy występ akrobatyczny. Ponadto w amfiteatrze codziennie odbywały się występy animatorów. Jakos animacji mogłaby być wyższa ale nie było tragedii. Z hotelu można dojść pieszo do Faliraki w ciągu 30 minut lub dojechać autobusem. Przystanki zlokalizowane są tuż przy hotelu. W drugą stronę, do Rodos można dostać się autobusem w ciągu 20-25 minut (bilet kosztuje 2,50 euro). Plaża jest duża i znajduje się na niej ogromna liczba bezpłatnych leżaków i parasoli - nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca. Woda jest cieplutka a zejście do morza jest łagodne. Zalecam zabranie butów do wody, ponieważ plaża jest piaszczysto-żwirowa a wejście do morza jest wybetonowane i nierówne, przez co można poślizgnąć się na glonach. Tuż przy hotelowej plaży znajduje się centrum sportów wodnych, gdzie można przejechać się na ciągnionych za motorówką dmuchanych atrakcjach za 20 euro od osoby albo wypożyczyć skuter za 50 euro. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i profesjonalna, dlatego polecam tę atrakcję. Oprócz tego znajduje się również przystanek promu kursującego pomiędzy Faliraki a Rodos. Alkohole i napoje w barach są lokalne, dlatego zamiast Pepsi czy Coca-Coli nalewana jest lokalna cola. Z alkoholami bywało różnie, np. był nalewany oryginalny Aperol ale rum już jakiś lokalny. Najsłabszym punktem programu była rezydentka z Itaki. Spotkanie informacyjne trwało dokładnie 12 minut, gdzie przez 3 minuty były podawane informacje praktyczne a przez 9 minut prezentacja wycieczek fakultatywnych. Na pewno Itaka powinna zainwestować w szkolenia z wystąpień publicznych oraz w prezentację oferty, gdyż mocno kulała. Dodatkowo na tym spotkaniu zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd, że animacje w hotelu będą odbywać się do 15 września, podczas gdy w opisie hotelu podawano okres czerwiec-wrzesień i faktycznie do ostatniego dnia naszego pobytu (19 września) animacje odbywały się codziennie. Lista obecności była sprawdzana podczas przylotu ale na zakończenie pobytu już nie. Autobus miał odjechać spod hotelu o 8:25 a odjechał o 8:24 i kierowca nie sprawdzał liczby pasażerów. Każdy jest dorosły i powinien być na czas ale gdyby spóźnił się choć chwilę, np. z powodu kolejki w recepcji przy wymeldowaniu, musiałby na własną rękę dostać się na lotnisko. Po przyjeździe na lotnisko powitała nas rezydentka i wskazała numery stanowisk dla naszego lotu ale również nie sprawdzała czy wszyscy są. Podsumowując: jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu. Lokalizacja, atrakcje czy wyżywienie były zgodne z oczekiwaniami. Pokoje mogłyby być odnowione, choć nie ma tragedii. Obsługa jest bardzo pomocna, życzliwa i pracowita.

Around the Rodos Island — the most beautiful corners and authentic, local tastes! A trip starts in Filerimos (in low season) or in the Butterfly Valley (in high season), then a walk through the streets of Kamiros, called the “Greek Pompeii”. Time for photos with picturesque ruins of the Kritinia castle. In the village of Embona a visit to a local winery with wine tasting and the possibility to taste, among others, coffee ouzo. Lunch in a traditional Greek tavern. Departure from Skala Kamiros port and cruise (approx. 1 h) to Chalki, an island with stunning sandy beach, crystal clean water and neoclassical architecture of the buildings in the harbor.
