Animację w języku francuskim. Jedyny minus jak dla mnie to słona woda w basenie. Okolica bezpieczna można chodzić na długie spacery wzdłuż morza.

Jedzenie dobre świeże duży wybór. Codziennie owoce i super sałatki oraz cisteczka. Plaża piaszczysta , basen przy hotelu. Nie było problemu z leżakami. Na plaży leżaki i parasole platne..W hotelu znajdują się butiki. Ok 100m od hotelu przystanek autobusowy I sklepy. Organizowane są wycieczki ,warto pojechac i zwiedzić ta piękna cześć wyspy. Animacje w języku francuskim.

Podstawowym i niezaprzeczalnym pozytywem hotelu jest przylegająca plaża z łagodnym piaszczystym zejściem. Drugim pozytywem i negatywem jest odległość od lotniska /dojazd i schodzące do lądowania samoloty - można przywyknąć, choć jest ich niemało/. Pokoje wystarczające na dwie osoby, codziennie sprzątane, częsta wymiana pościeli i ręczników. Mankametem /być może tylko w zajmowanym przez nas pokoju/ byla klimatyzacja. Delikatnie mówiąc trudno by było się przy niej przeziębić. Ale akurat w czasie naszego pobytu nie bylo ekstremalnych upałów. Wyżywienie bez fajerwerków, ale zawsze można było wybrać coś dla siebie. Było sporo lokalnych przysmaków z których skwapliwie korzystałem. Oliwki, oliwa z oliwek, tzatziki, dżemy i inne delikatesy bez ograniczeń w pełnym wymiarze. Basen z morską wodą, przy basenie wystarczająca ilość leżaków. Na plaży leżaki płatne, bar również. Wieczorami były komary. Do miejscowości 150 m, ale oprócz kilku tawern i sklepów raczej brak fajerwerków. Starali się to uzupełniać animatorzy w hotelu po 21. Marek

Obsługa bardzo miła, pokój był codziennie sprzątany, leżaki przy basenie były zawsze dostępne a przy plaży płatne 7 euro. Drinki mocne i nie robili problemu jak brało się kilka na raz. Minus to mało atrakcji dla małych dzieci tylko brodzik i mały plac zabaw. Polecam przyzwoity hotel w dobrej cenie!

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam całkiem dobrze ale raczej nie wróciłabym w to miejsce ponownie. Jest to hotel skierowany głównie do francuskich turystów ze względu na animacje w języku francuskim, nam tak bardzo to nie przeszkadzało bo nie przyjechaliśmy tu dla animacji, po za tym cenimy sobie jak na wakacjach nie mamy aż tak dużo rodaków w hotelu, więc tu dla nas ok. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie w hotelu to jest ono przeciętne, oczywiście dało się wybrać jakieś smaczne potrawy metodą prób i błędów ale najgorzej wypadały tu dania mięsne, raczej słabo przyrządzone i gorszej jakości, mało owoców morza. Jak na 4 * hotel pod kątem jedzenia mogło być napewno lepiej. W okolicy nie ma niczego atrakcyjnego do zobaczenia, ale jest blisko do sklepu czy przystanku autobusowego, z którego pojedziemy w obie strony wyspy. Z plusów to oczywiście bliskość pięknej plaży z bardzo łagodnym zejściem do morza, są tu piękne zachody słońca. Co do bliskości lotniska to tak słychać samoloty, natomiast nam to nie przeszkadzało, oglądaliśmy sobie przeloty na niebie co było bardzo fajne.

Jedzenie bardzo dobre, każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie, obsługa miła i pomocna. Jedyny minus to klimatyzacja, były dni kiedy działa słabiej przez co w pokoju robiło się gorąco.

Hotel położony bezpośrednio przy piaszczystej plaży, z płatnymi leżakami (siedem € za komplet). Minus plaży, to niedopałki papierosów. Łagodne zejście do morza, dno piaszczyste (zbędne obuwie ochronne). Pokój sprzątany codziennie, klimatyzacja w pokoju działał bez zarzutu i nawet dawała dawała radę. Obsługa hotelu pomocna i bardzo miła. Na plus niewielka odległość od hotelu od lotniska. Transfer z lotniska do hotelu pod same główne drzwi wejściowe do hotelu. Transfer z hotelu na lotnisku niestety z wątpliwą atrakcją - do przejścia z bagażami około 160 metrowa "ścieżka zdrowia" po nierównej nawierzchni do drogi głównej.

Hotel bardzo czysty zadbany, miła atmosfera, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, jedzenie bardzo dobre i bardzo duży wybór, doskonale opisane w kilku językach , każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie, desery i przekąski wyśmienite, bardzo smaczne sery, oliwy miody, warzywa i owoce świeże i pyszne. Codziennie organizowane zajęcia dla dzieci i dorosłych wieczorem muzyka do której można potańczyć lub może umilić wieczór przy barze. Animatorzy bardzo fajni i pozytywni ludzie, umieją złapać kontakt ze wszystkimi i zachęcić uśmiechem do zabawy. Serdeczna obsługa była w obu barach przy plaży i w hotelu. Polecam serdecznie ten hotel .

Jedzenie też w porządku, duży wybór, cześć pozycji się powtarzała ale przy takiej ilości zawsze można było wybrać sobie coś nowego do zjedzenia. Obsługa bardzo miła. Basen ok, ratownik, słabe że ludzie zajmowali sobie leżaki i nie pojawiali się przez cały dzień bar basenowy również spoko. Plaża jak dla mnie brudna, leżaki płatne a w około syf, tak wiem że to turyści go robią ale słabo to wyglądało... Animacje tylko w języku francuskim szkoda że nie było to napisane w rezerwacji. Zamiast zwiedzać, każe stanąć w jednym miejscu i słuchać monologu. Na zwiedzanie danego miejsca zostawi wam max 20 minut z przeznaczonej godziny.

Hotel czysty, pokój sprzątany codziennie Wyżywienie monotonne, prawie codziennie to samo, ale można coś dla siebie wybrać. Obsługa w restauracji bardzo miła ale tylko tam. Odniosłam wrażenie że Polacy są w tym hotelu traktowani gorzej niż goście z Francji. All inclusive powinien mieć w cenie leżaki i napoje w barze na plaży hotelowej w cenie a nie za dodatkową opłatą. Hotel blisko lotniska stąd hałas lądujących samolotów ale to już wiedzieliśmy wybierając ten hotel.

Polecam hotel z czystym sumieniem. Szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie. Pokój ok- codziennie sprzątany, położenie hotelu idealne: plaża przy hotelu (leżaki w rozsądnej cenie), sklepy w okolicy, hotel w miejscowości położonej niedaleko od Heraklionu - szybki dojazd autobusem z przystanku koło hotelu. Jedziecie ok- monotonne ale zawsze można było coś wybrać. Na plus stanowisko grillowe w restauracji, gdzie przyrządzane były mięso, ryby oraz warzywa. Jedyny minus to kierownik restauracji, któremu nie podobało się dokarmianie kotów - dla mnie sytuacja zadziwiająca, jeżeli chodzi o Grecję. Animacje na basenie głośne i prowadzone przez firmę francuską dla klientów francuskiego biura podróży. Ogólnie polecam.

Hotel bardzo przytulny, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, łazienka po remoncie. Jedzenie świeże, bardzo duży wybór warzyw i owoców, jednakże jedzenie powtarzalne. Hotel położony „na trasie” przelotu samolotów, które przelatują nad hotelem i plażą co ok. 10 minut. Basen z wodą morską, przez 10 dni pobytu nie był czyszczony. Przez kilka dni nie działała klimatyzacja, co było dużą niedogodnością (w trakcie pobytu została naprawiona). Hotel nastawiony na obywateli Francji, animacje tylko po francusku.

To były nasze najgorsze wakacje , nie polecam tego hotelu !!!!

W pokoju jest tylko nawiew powietrza który działa jak wentylator przez chwilę, a po jakimś czasie wręcz dmucha ciepłym powietrzem. Gorąco i duszno w pokoju, brak wentylacji w łazience. Jedzenia niby dużo, ale bardzo monotonne , czasem niesmaczne i na wpół surowe, niedosmażone. Po zwróceniu uwagi o surowe placki kierownik sali uśmiechnął się i odpowiedział, że wie. W ogóle się tym nie przejmując. Na tym koniec rozmowy. Brak przekąsek w barze przy basenie.

Hotel położony w malowniczym miasteczku Kokkini Hani (20-25 minut od lotniska w Heraklionie) po którym można pospacerować i zrobić zakupy. Personel recepcji i całego hotelu przyjazny i służący pomocą. Pokoje w miarę czyste, codziennie sprzątane (chociaż łazienki mino tego że codziennie sprzątane nie zachwyciły mnie swoją czystością tak do końca), dla trzech osób jednak troszkę za małe. Ogromnym plusem było położenie hotelu nad samym morzem, z cudownym piaseczkiem na plaży, po której można było spacerować. Wyżywienie urozmaicone choć z czasem stawało się monotonne ale, każdy mógł znaleźć coś smakowitego dla siebie. Basen ze słoną wodę z czym spotkałam się pierwszy raz, leżaki dostępne przez cały dzień, nie było potrzeby wczesnego wstawania i zajmowania ich w obawie, że nie będzie później miejsca. Minusem był brak dostępnej wody pitnej, za która trzeba było dodatkowo płacić, animacje głównie w języku francuskie (co w ogólne mi nie przeszkadzało). Ogólnie udany pobyt.

Problemy z klimatyzacją ,przez dwa dni w hotelu nie działała w nocy,nie szło spać, Jedzenie ok Drinki okropne,tylko w plastikach,nawet gdy poprosiłem w barze przy basenie o drinka w szklance,odmówiono mi. Za lepsze drinki trzeba zapłacić 8 euro za drink,nawet za wode gazowaną w barze trzeba zapłacić 2 euro za szklankę. Woda z kija okropny ma smak.
