Ze względu na wyżywienie Hotel 3* . Niektóre pokoje w piwnicach. Drzwi i okna do wymiany - słaba izolacja akustyczna. Słychać wszystko z zewnątrz. Dobre położenie, blisko ładnej i czystej plaży. Woda chłodniejsza niż w innych rejonach krety ze względu na wypływające strumyki górskiej wody. Leżaki na plaży pamiętają czasy II wojny światowej. Hotel nadrabia obsługą hotelową na wysokim poziomie. Miasteczko przyjemne i małe, ludzie życzliwi. Fajne tawerny z muzyką na żywo.

Hotel dla mniej wymagających. Miejsce do spania ok ale do malutkiej łazienki można mieć już wiele zastrzeżeń. Przez okno balkonowe mojego pokoju było widać tylko nie zagospodarowany teren posesji obok, strasznie zaśmiecony i wilgotny co było wylęgarnią komarów, które dały się Nam we znaki pierwszej nocy. Więcej okien nie otwieraliśmy ale niedziałająca klimatyzacja nie zapewniała komfortu snu. Mimo zgłoszenia zarówno u Rezydenta jak i w hotelowej recepcji nikt się nie pojawił w celu usunięcia usterki. Tak przeżyliśmy tydzień i tylko cudowna pogoda i woda wynagrodziła nasz pobyt. Nie wypowiadam się o jedzeniu, bo "stołówka" była poza nim, niemniej narzekać nie można.

Hotel fajnie położony blisko morza ale również restauracji i sklepików. Jednak jego standard jest nie adekwatny do ilości gwiazdek. Pokój duży ale już dawno prosi się o odnowienie. Łóżka wygodne duże. Plus codziennie wymiana ręczników i scielanie łóżka. Duży minus to łazienka mała, w prysznicu brak bocznej ściany albo chociaż zasłony prysznicowej, przez co chcąc się wykąpać trzeba zalać połowę łazienki. Niestety czystość nie jest mocną strona tego hotelu. Jak i pokój tak i łazienka niestety brud. Klimatyzacja w pokoju działa jednak już dawno powinna być wyczyszczona. Obsługa bardzo miła i przyjazna oraz pomocna. Co do posiłków restauracja fajna i dania bardzo dobre. Dużo sałatek dodatków do dań. Mało urozmaicone rodzaje mies bardzo się powtarzały. Pyszne desery, jak i lody. Minus to posiłki które nie są podgrzewane i szybko robią się zimne. Fajny dostęp do napojów jak i alkoholi w restauracji jak i w barze przy basenie. W barze również dostępne przekąski i przemiła Pani zawsze uśmiechnięta. Przy plaży w zaprzyjaźnionym hotelu dostępne darmowe leżaki. Jednak było ich zbyt mało na ilość osób z kilku hoteli które chciały skorzystać. Tam również dostęp do baru przy plaży. Brak jakichkolwiek animacji. Z pod hotelu można udać się na różne wycieczki.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w hotelu Summer Beach. Pokój mieliśmy bardzo duży, komfortowy. Do plaży było stosunkowo blisko, na niej mogliśmy korzystać z bezpłatnych leżaków. Morze było bardzo płytkie, bez fal, dużo z niego korzystaliśmy. Hotel jak na standard 4-gwiazdkowy myślę że naprawdę nie ma na co narzekać, tak samo jedzenie bardzo w porządku. Nie było jakiegoś ogromnego wyboru, ale zawsze można było znaleźć coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobrze będziemy wspominać ten pobyt. Jedyny minus to skrócenie wyjazdu przez późny przylot i bardzo wczesny wylot.

Zaczynając od minusów: - plaża była wąska i zabrudzona, co wymagało przejście do morza na terenie plazy innego hotelu, - mało dostępnych leżaków, plaża jest dostępna dla kilku hoteli, - w ofercie wskazane były napoje niealkoholowe, po pytaniu na barze o piwo bezalkoholowe dowiedzieliśmy się że są za dopłatą, - alkohole miały 30%, w tym nawet rum, - ręczniki plażowe i pierwsza linia leżaków dodatkowo płatne, - sporadyczny brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem, - jedzie dość monotonne, lecz smaczne (pita pojawiła się raz na kolacji) Plusy: - duży pokój, schłodzony przed przyjazdem, - miła obsługa hotelowa, zwłaszcza barman :), - wysoki podatek klimatyczny. W tych pieniądzach mozna znaleźć coś o wiele lepszego. W moim odczuciu hotel nie do końca zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki.

Wysoka cena oraz opłata klimatyczna. Pokoje brudne, taras widoczny z ulicy, mokry z skroplin z klimatyzacji, krzesła nie myte z ptasich odchodów. Jedzenie dobre, chociaż restauracja z posiłkami była poza hotelem, tak jak i bar. Leżaki przynależące do Hotelu wiecznie zajętę, ponieważ na miejscu okazało się, że podzielone są na dwa hotele, Brak kolacji pomimo późnego wylotu. Myślę, że za taką cenę napewno można znaleźć coś lepszego. Obsługa miła.

Hotel jest położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji pod względem odległości od wiekszości najpiękniejszych plaż na wyspie jak i starożytnych zabytków. Nie wielka odległość od plaży w miejscowości w której się znajduje stanowi wielkie udogodnienie. Sama miejscowość bardzo ładna, umożliwiająca dostęp do wielu atrakcji ( np. wycieczki do pobliskich miejscowości np. Rethimno, piękne jezioro, skutery wodne itp). Brdzo dobra komunikacja miejska ( komunikatywna obsługa, zadbane autokary, w miarę punktualne) Pokój hotelowy zadbany bez nieprzyjemnych zapachów, czasem występowały braki ciepłej wody. Room service działa bez zarzutów. Jedzenie bardzo monotonne, bardzo mały wybór dań ( szczególnie mięs), te same potrawy powtarzane w kółko. Mięso z grilla było wydawane surowe ( z wierzchu przypalone a w środku surowe) osoba obsługująca grilla była niekomunikatywna w języku angielskim, nawet najprostsze słowa były nie zrozumiałe. Higiena na stołówce pozostawia bardzo dużo do życzenia (np. stara, zużyta, potargana ścierka do trzymania pieczywa podczas krojenia. Naczynia nie domyte. Niektóre potrawy były zimne. Mały wybór owoców. Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa do innych miejsc na wyspie lub na cichy wypoczynek na plaży.

Hotel z tych starszych, niby lekko odnowiony, niby czysty, wymieniane ręczniki itp. Ale jak się chce to można się przyczepić do różnych aspektów… basen przy hotelu mały i zimny ale wystarczający, leżaki swoje przeżyły ale bez problemu można było się o późniejszej godzinie rozłożyć. Wyżywienie hmmm no bez szału, można myśleć że się pokosztuje greckich przysmaków, tu rozczaruje was, no niekoniecznie… możecie zjeść zimne dania, o ile dostaniecie talerz i napić się soku z opalcowanej szklanki z zapaszkiem skiśniętego mleka w tle na stołówkę trzeba przejść przez drogę, i przychodzi na nią kilka pobliskich hoteli, jedyny plus stołówki to sympatyczna obsługa i widok na morze, choć dania jak były ciepłe to były dobre, aczkolwiek osobiście się czymś zatrułam plaża piaszczysta, kawałek od hotelu, leżaki hotelowe zawsze zajęte, (przynależą do nich kilka hoteli, tak jak do stołówki) choć były tak poplamione te poduchy, że nawet nie ma się ochoty na nich położyć, polecam przejść kawałek dalej i położyć się na piasku.

Plaża gdzieś tak 5 min na piechotę od hotelu. Ale z plaży nie ma możliwości wejścia do morza, ponieważ dno w tej części całe usypane kamieniami.. masakra. Chodziliśmy na iiny plaż. Plaż należy do 2 hoteli. Jeden z których 5 metrów od plaży. Czyli przychodzisz a ludzie z innego hotelu już porzucali na leżaki swoje ręczniki i poszli na śniadanie. A ty już nie masz miejsca...

Wiele osób opisywało kłopoty ze restauracją raczej ze stołówką, nam się nie okazała kiepska. Myślę że trzeba brać pod uwagę cena jakość.

Dodatkowo kubki, czajnik elektryczny - kawa, herbata,cukier, śmietanki codziennie uzupełniane (w razie braku można prosić w trakcie dnia o więcej). Pokoje wyposażone w wifi i klimatyzację. Dla zwykłego zjadacza chleba świetny. Posiłki w restauracji, jedzenie dobre i urozmaicone- pod dostatkiem nawet dla lubiących zjeść. Jedyny mały minus za ciepłą wodę, której czasem nie było- ale wynika to z wyspiarskiej specyfiki Krety ( zbiorniki na dachu podgrzewane przez solary) . Tytułem komentarza do niektórych opinii o nieurozmaiconym jedzeniu , brudzie itd. Chyba byliście w innym hotelu . Ogólnie wybrałbym się chętnie ponownie.

Bardzo słaby hotel w żadnym wypadku nie spełnia standardów****gwiazdkowego nawet jak na greckie warunki. Pokoje z minimalnym podstawowym wyposażeniem mocno zużyte i wymagające gruntownego sprzątania. Drzwi zamykane na przestarzały zamek w dodatku zacinający się. Dostępny tylko jeden kluczyk. Recepcja to jakiś korytarz w suterenie, który służy także jako przechowalnia bagażu. Dla oczekujących zaniedbana kanapa. Oferowana oferta all inclusive to jakaś kpina: monotonne, nieświeże dania, którch wygląd wręcz przyprawił o mdłości i sztuczne napoje podawane w brudnych niedomytych szklankach. Stanowcza interwencja i kłótnie gości zwracających uwagę na brak higieny poskutkowały uwaga! jednodniowym dostępem do jednorazowych kubeczków. Sprzątanie stołów polegające na przetarciu brudną szmatką i zrzuceniu resztek ze stołu na podłogę. Ogólnie atmosfera miejsca gdzie pilnie potrzeba interwencji SANEPIDU!!!
